Top marks from me, very helpful indeed, put through to a real person who really cared.
It was 1 am and I had fuel problems, no fault of mine, and my breakdown service I have, took £249 from me for someone to come out to me, they called me back 10min later to say they cannot come out until the morning, they said they could tow me home, I said that would not work as street always full of parked cars.
I said that I would wait until the morning and sleep in the car, half hour later they said they would send me a taxi to take me home, I said no as my car was parked on double yellow lines, and there is a lot of yobs about.
I took it upon myself and called the FUEL DOCTOR, I told the lady I was 75 yrs old and did not agree to anything that my breakdown company wanted me to do,
She said just give her 5 min and she would call me back, which she did. and said someone will be with you within the hour,
40 mins later Jack turned up and did a first class job fixing my problem ,and £70 cheaper. thanks jack.
My breakdown service is through my insurance, and I pay top premium, this is only the second time I have used this service in over 12 years, first time I called them out it took over 8 hours to come to me, and still the problem was not fixed, I used my local garage to solve the problem.
I will never use this breakdown service again, EVER.

My sister put the wrong fuel in her car & luckily didn’t start the engine. I Called Fuel Doctor & Mohammed quickly came to the rescue. He drained the tank & was very friendly & kind. He quickly reassured my very stressed sister & took the time to explain everything he was doing (she is profoundly deaf). Also, in a very gentle, humorous way, gave her some pointers how to avoid doing the same thing in the future. Very grateful for the friendly professional service we received. Great service from Jim in Milngavie. I'd put diesel in my car and driven over 5 miles before noticing, Jim came out and took about 50 minutes but he got it running again. Great price for the service and very thankful

Had joe from Newcastle come out and he was outstanding drained the tank and battery was dead stayed an extra hour charging battery. and followed Me to the garage to make sure van started .credit to the company give this man a wage rise top man joe 🙌

Great service by Jim! Kind and explained what I needed to do at all stages! I called at 6pm after mistakingly adding ad blue to diesel tank (as he was on his way home) and he was with me within 40 minutes! Highly recommend! Made a stressful situation a lot easier! Thanks again Greg

Put petrol in diesel like an idiot, called Fuel doctor and they had someone out in about 1hr 30mins. Very professional, sorted my vehicle and very good price

After noticing at Tesco Firestation Fuel Station I had put petrol into my partners diesel car I panicked.
As an AA member, the charged me £270 but could not change the fuel till Tuesday (36hrs later). A tow truck was send out and expected in an hour. After 1 hour I recieved a further notification advising another w hours before the tow truck would arrive, so I called the Fuel Dr.
Jim advised me his SatNav said 57mins to get to me and he was right on time. He pushed my car away from the pump, hooked up the machine and within 20mins the tank was empty and able to be refilled and safely started. This was only £160!
I couldn't recommend Fuel Dr and Jim more highly, hopefully I won't have to use their service again but they will most certainly be my first call if I do.
Very disappointed in Tesco however as due to their 'affiliation' with the AA they were not allowed to advise any other service exsisted. I'll be writing a letter of complaint to them next.
10/10 would use Fuel Dr again.

Absolute gem traveled a good distance late on at night to help me out of a literal mix up, I put petrol in a diesel car 😆
The man that came to my rescue was well mannered and didn't laugh too hard, proper professional, thanks again.

Hi, First Class Service 10/10 if i could give higher i would. 🏆 i have a lot on & lifted the wrong pump. I realised when i put the Nozzle back in it's holder. My friend recommened Fuel Doctor a lovely lady at the main call centre took all the details & very lucky for me jim ( A pure gentleman ) took the job from another worker or i would have been stuck for hours. Jim was local had a great chat of where we lived knew the van inside out incase the wrong fuel might have got into the fuel pipes & filter thankfully it hadn't not long after i was on my way & happy to say Betsy ( Van ) survived her ordeal. Thank you sir. 😆

Be very careful when calling this company make sure you read the small print,wasn't told to feel the car up when the bloke had finished,when I did fill the car diesel was leaking everywhere had to take it to the garage as needed the car called fuel doctor to see if they would reimburse my bill basically got told to do one should of called them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Fuel doctor were really helpful, had great communication and seemed well-priced. Would definitely use them again (hopefully won't have to though !)

Fuel Dr, Frank is an amazing man. He was very informative, fixed my issue quickly, gave excellent advice and sorted out car and returned it to the same state as before. I had an issues with a full tank of contaminated fuel last night. He arrived within an hour of my call, came all the way from Watford amd got the job done. He was reassuring throughout, great customer service offered. He literally saved me from being stuck in a county lane in Harlow till the early hours of the morning. Can’t thank you enough Frank

Excellent, friendly service from Abdul. Went to them direct, having contacted RAC first, and saved £80! Arrived after 1 hour, job took about 25 mins as I'd put £40 of unleaded into my diesel car, and driven half a mile. Fortunately all ok after fuel was drained.

This guy is amazing and so nice. Green Flag had left me stranded at Asda for 5 hours. This guy came out in less than 1hr when contacted. Such a nice person, really helpful and gave me a Cadburys Creme Egg because I was upset.

Put petrol in my Mercedes ml instead of diesel, thankfully noticed before turning my car on and leaving the garage. Contacted fuel doctor (Jim) who was there in no time very pleasant guy sorted the issue straight away, even with having to push the car away from the pumps to sort it for me wasn’t an issue for him. Price to do the job was much less than other places I contacted too.

Amazing and fast service, reasonable pricing too, staff are all brilliant, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend fuel doctor! Has us fixed up and on our way in no time at all

I've been driving about in my diesel engine motorhome for a week jumped in my petrol engine car this morning stopped at the jet garage and put diesel in oops. Rang the RAC who sent out a very nice gentleman named Joseph he drove down from Newcastle and within 25 minutes he had me sorted and on my way, what a friendly guy 5*s for Joseph
