Put unleaded in my toyota rav4 x-tr by mistake , drove 3 miles to my dentist and once done came back and could not start only realised once I took a look at the fuel receipt which stated I put unleaded , rang my breakdown company rac and told them what happened , they've sent fuel doctor within 90 minutes and once arrived the friendly gentleman took 5 minutes to siphon and get the car started . Excited with joy as I thought it would not be fixed , thank you rac and fuel doctor. 100% reccommend both .

Put nearly full tank of petrol in my deisel car in Jet Petrol Station,Whins of Milton,Stirling.Ian came out and was brilliant.Got me all sorted and back on the road in no time.Great service but hoping never to have to use them again!!Thankyou so much

after adding 11L of petrol to my diesel VW my immediate response was to add diesel to try and dilute it. Drove 5 miles home and called my garage who recommended Fuel Doctor. Called them and Jim from Cumbernauld called back within minutes and was here in about an hour. Drained the tank, added some diesel and was good to go in minutes. Great fast and friendly service and a fixed price. Highly recommended, thanks Jim.

Gerry from Glasgow came to the rescue today! I genuinely was terrified my car was going to scrap heap heaven after petrol was put in it instead of diesel and it was not starting. Got here within 90 mins and had me back on the road about 40 mins of arrival! Drained the car and got me started with some fresh diesel and an additive to re-lubricate all the parts. Got it started first time. Would recommend to anyone in the position I was. Gerry was also a lovely guy 10/10 THANK YOU!

Jim was brilliant I was stuck at pump at Tesco carluke he drained fuel and got me back on the road quickly.

Don't ring your brake down provider - ours charged extra, fine, my fault, but when you get we don't do it at the roadside and we'll take car to your address and do it in two days time it is not overly helpful! Plus, the pick up was getting later and later, so googled and found these guys. Done at roadside, no hassle, even followed us into the nearby forecourt to make sure it still started after filling up. Couldn't ask for more - done there and then. If we'd started with them we'd been home more than 3 hours earlier than trying our breakdown providers first!

I put a full tank of Shell V-Power petrol into my Mercedes diesel tank not noticing the label on the pump. I called Fuel Doctor and thankfully managed to get Jim Cullen who came up to Dundee and drained out my tank on site. I was back on the road very quickly. Jim was very re-assuring and calm. It was great to have this expertise during a stressful situation and the fuel issue was solved rapidly to get me back on the road, really fantastic, Thank You so Much Jim.

The wife accidently poured wrong fuel in the car. Chris was genuinely amazing, offered great support and went beyond with his help in starting the car. I highly recommend if you make the same mistake, reach out to fuel doctor.

Numb nuts here put 28litres of shell unleaded into my BMW Diesel car, not had the car long, obviously not concentrating on what I was doing, the filling station gave me Fuel Doctor card,phoned up and made appointment4 Sunday Morning,Jason arrived from Bristol pumped out the whole of the fuel, then put in clean Diesel, very friendly guy, great service,got me up and running again, cheers Jason/Fuel Doctor ;)

Stupidly poured 5 litres of diesel into my petrol car. Called Fuel Doctor and they were very helpful and efficient. They had someone 20 minutes away. Andy turned up right on time and had my car ready to drive in 25 minutes. While I will endeavour to never miss-fill my car again, if I do I will happily call Fuel Doctor. Brilliant service, helpful, friendly staff. Lifesaver. Thanks 👍

I part filled my diesel Subaru with unleaded petrol in Helensburgh at about 6.30 pm on a Monday evening. The excellent Tesco service personnel who towed me off their forecourt put me on to Fuel Doctor.
Gerry came to my rescue, arriving precisely when he promised. He is very knowledgable about car fuel systems and soon had the bad fuel drained and providing me a jerrycan to part fill with new fuel.
As a result, no damage done to my car and I was back home within a couple of hours of the incident occurring.
Charges were very competitive.
Altogether, an excellent service from Fuel Doctor.

Phoned company and was lucky only had to wait 30 min. Jim Cullen spent half an hour draining, testing and refilling. Explained everything, very helpfull.

Can’t thank Jim from Kilsyth enough,between making the call and Jim coming out getting me I was back on the road within an hour first class service all round, and the price was unbeatable which was a blessing I may add.

Excellent service from my initial contact with this company. Excellent communication from Chris on approx time of arrival. Arrived an hour before schedule kept in contact throughout. Friendly and helpful with no judgement, got me back on the road after my error of fuelling within 4 hours.. He even made sure everything was running before leaving the forecourt couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks again 😊

Do not use this company Fuel Doctor!! They screwed our car to the tune of an extra £800 after paying their £180 fee. They burned out our exhaust system doing the job back to front. They didn't drain it properly and pumped the wrong fuel through our engine for about an hour. We needed to get a new catalytic convertor, a new silencer and new sensors. We didn't realize any of this until the car wouldn't run and we had to take it to be repaired. We did speak to the head of the company to explain what one of their workers had done hoping to get some compensation but never got back to us.

Jim came out to me when I unfortunately put petrol in my diesel car he was with me in around 40 mins super fast and had a great and helpful attitude in my time of need can't recommend him enough if you make this mistake thanks again Jim

Through our own silly fault, (although the gentleman who helped us out said, it so easily happens), we put petrol in our diesel tank.
We were panicking as we were having to go somewhere later, but our chap came out from Stapehill (sorry didn’t get his name) and sorted our car within less than an hour.
Explained all that was happening and more and soon had us ready to go off again.

A cold, dark night in the Savernake forest is not a good place to realise that I have put the wrong fuel in my car.
Thank goodness for Jason who came all the way from Bristol to rescue me. He was reassuringly upbeat, efficient and knowledgeable ,sorting the problem out in no time.
