Tom (Sussex) was great. Friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process and chatted with me while we waited for over 40 litres of mixed fuel to be drained from my pick up. The only down side was I called the RAC and it took them a very long-time to pass the referral through to fuel doctor. Hopefully I will never need them again... but just in case I have made a note to call Fuel Doctor direct next time!

Steve O was an absolute angel! I was stranded and anxious just before the roundabout when he appeared out of nowhere. He reassured me, got me some diesel, and even followed me to the fuel station to make sure I was safe. A true lifesaver!

I put petrol in my diesel vehicle by mistake and rac arranged for fuel doctor to come. What a great service Steve o arrived quickly and asked relevant questions before solving the problem, he explained what he was doing and was very reassuring. I was so stressed after putting the wrong fuel in my car, but luckily I hadn’t started the engine. I called Fuel Doctor and Steve came to the rescue. He arrived quickly, was so friendly and kind that my stress completely went away. He drained the tank efficiently and turned what could have been a horrible experience into a really smooth one.
