I really can't say enough good things about Fuel Doctor's Joe Worth, covering Newcastle Upon Tyne, North East of England. He rescued my wife's mis-fuelled Lexus Hybrid and was mega-knowledgeable and super helpful. As well as draining all of the bad fuel from the tank, fuel lines and fuel system, he also explained every step of his processes whilst he was carrying them out, giving me absolute assurance and confidence in his expertise. Top man and credit to Fuel Doctor.

After putting diesel into my motorcycle, I had fuel doctor come to my rescue, Mohammed was a gentleman and a star. Got my bike up and running much to my relief, I was stuck at the Shell garage in Daventry Mohammed kept me informed as to his arrival time he is a credit to the company, thank you kind sir.

The company was very helpful from first contact. Jim Cullen arrived on time in Lanark as arranged. Jim was very curious from the start and within 20 mines petrol was taken out and diesel put in tank and pulled through. Started first time. I would recommend and I thank Jim again.

Put in 5 litres of diesel into a petrol car. Called up and within 40 minutes, Jim was out by Currie and sorted the issue within 10 minutes, which was handy as I was still meant to be at work. Great service and speedy. Would recommend to anyone.

Diesel was put into my petrol Hire car and I was broken down in Glasgow city centre at 4am Christmas Day!

Jim was even in his bed when he got the call but came out to me within 40 mins of me calling - drained and fixed within 30 mins!

He has completely saved my Christmas by selflessly coming to my aid and has saved me a very very expensive bill with the hire company

Excellent service. Recieved a phone call to confirm the exact location of the car and was advised by the technician of his estimated time of arrival. Jim Cullen carried out the work to remove the diesel that had been accidentally put into my sons car. ( runs on unleaded ) Jim was friendly and very professional in all aspects of the work he carried out. With the proper fuel in the car he got the car up and running again without any issues. You know the story.. one of our drivers put petrol in diesel tank. Right at the end of a Saturday night backshift. Nightmare. Thankfully, for a very reasonable price, Jim from Fuel Doctor came out to sort it that very night after 10pm. It had been arranged by the call handler for the next day, but Jim gave me a call & offered to come to us that night, which was brilliant. He also put my mind at ease regards the damage that may have been done to the engine. Can’t recommend Fuel Doctor highly enough.
