Didn't want to even score a star.
I have had previous items from this company with no problem.

I made a purchase of 2 suitcases and delivery was 19th December.

I have received one case and not the other. Firstly the box the case came in states set of 3...i ordered two... Brought out first case thinking smaller may be inside but no.

So there it began I have lost count of messages sent to frugo and the retailer I'm actually happy with the product but I bought it as matching cases.. Therefore I didn't return it just assuming I'd have no issues a D they would send the other case..this is a Xmas gift for my daughter who is going travelling How wrong was I?
Finally Found contact number surprise surprise recorded message saying message us.

I wrote in all messages would give them time to resolve and I wasn't one for leaving reviews but I have no choice.

At wits ends items weren't cheap only got half of what I ordered.. I also paid by clearpay who don't seem interested that there brand is associated with this company

Incorrectly labelled item - i order an Amazon firestick streaming device and only got the remote control - which is not the streaming device. Any help i asked for came back as a blank message - repeatidly - DO NOT USE unless you pay via Paypal and can do a resolution clawback.

Bought what was supposed to be a pack of 12 my little pony figures for my daughter what came was a multipack of tiny very poor quality what I can only assume was pokemon figures unsuitable for my little girl. I would give a zero star but won't let me ...avoid company at all costs

I would not give any stars if possible. This company is a scam!!! I purchased a heated blanket which arrived 2 weeks late, but even worse it can without a UK plug and the manual and remote all in Chinese! I’m now being asked to ship back to China and incur the costs even though I purchased via a UK site. This platform and company should be closed down! I am waiting a repose from them BUT I am sure I will not be getting one or my money back. Please avoid using this company. Pay a little extra and get a peace of mind from a reputable retailer. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything even though it mentions 4 star reviews on their website. I am beyond disappointed especially when the cost of living is so hard for most.

Worst company I’ve bought from customer service is so so bad they have banned me from messaging them and the emails will no longer go through. They are scammers stay well away I wish I read reviews before purchasing as I won’t not have wasted my money. This company need to boycott disgracefu

Terrible experience ,they don't answer emails, I've made payment on an order and it's not been shipped . Customer service is appalling

This company is a complete rip-off. My partner bought what she thought was a Garrett pinpointer and paid £70 for it. They call it a Garrett on a stick on label on the box but it clearly is not. Instead she received some cheap junk that you can buy from E-Bay for £15. Having read the reviews on here we're not even going to try for a refund. These people are thieves and should be avoided like the plague.

This company is just a front. They call it a marketplace but you don’t know that when you buy. I bought a dressing gown and waited an extremely long time to receive the shoddiest garment you could imagine. That’s when I discovered I hadn’t bought from Fruugo but from some Chinese company clearly churning out rubbish. To return requires me to post the dressing gown back to China at my expense. What a con!

Takes your order and money and that's the last peace of mind you get. It's not worth using. Dishonest company.

Awful service.
I ordered and received a pair of boots, but unfortunately there is a hard bump in one of them that makes them extremely painful to wear.
I raised an return and refund query, received an automated email reply informing me that they will get back to me within 48 hours.
That hasn't happen and it is now day 8 since my email to them.
All you get is a voicemail when you call them and there is no email to follow up on.
DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!!
You obviously can't return anything.
AVOID!

Order a pink Floyd t-shirt never turned up. After nearly 3week I have cancelled the order. Enough is enough poor service I would never use again.

I have not received an order that a placed from them and you can't seem to get hold of anyone to resolve the issue and the seller there is just no way of contacting them. This company needs closing down

I placed my order on 11/8/22
My expected delivery date was
11/16/22 - 11/30/22

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!

When I tried to put a request in for a
“Request Delivery Date Update”
there’s a automated message that states:

“The last expected delivery date for this item has not yet passed so an update will not be provided for this item. If your item does not arrive by the end of the last expected delivery date you can then return here and request an update.”

The website DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO REQUEST AN UPDATE!

REFUND MY MONEY or Resolve this issue or I WILL BE in contact with the
BBB & My Financial Institution to put a claim for FRAUD!!!!

DO NOT USE. Bought a heated throw. Does not work. Would cost too much to send back to china. Found it on Amazon much cheaper.

DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THEY WILL EITHER BE FAULTY OR BE WRONG FITTING THE PARTS ARE VERY BAD FITTINGS I ORDERD MIRROR COVERS AND THE COVER DID NOT FIT AT ALL I TRIED ALL THE CARS LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT DID NOT GET ANY LUCK
