Add for set of 3 coffee tea sugar containers. Add said they were stainless steel & copper.
Turn up & it's thin tin & brown leather pop riveted to tin.
So what they delivered it, they are crap. Trusted them for one purchase and ripped off. Should have come here first.

The final support from "fruugo.com" was very good. Whereas the support from "enquiriesatfruugo.com" was a complete disaster. No qualified staff. Were not even able to provide a simple proof of refund.

This company misrepresents its products. What I received is nothing like what was advertised and is materially different in every meaningful way. Despite this being obvious, Fruugo is flatly denying the mistake, refusing a proper return and refund, and attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer. This is not a difference of opinion — it is misleading advertising followed by refusal to take accountability.

I already reported them to the right channels and am waiting for the resolution.

Avoid at all costs.

This is a follow up to my review yesterday. I ordered a reborn baby doll from the company, at a price of £53, what I received was screwed up in a plastic bag and I would not have paid £5 for it. My efforts to contact Fruugo failed but I found I could do so via PayPal and I sent photos of what I ordered and what I received. Fruugo customer services reacted quickly and challenged the Chinese supplier. I can’t fault them from then on. I have been promised a full refund and I want to say a big thank you to the company for sorting this quite easily in the end. Some advice: pay using PayPal, you then have the chance of getting the help you need. But, for now, thank you Fruugo,

Grandson's Christmas present delivered to wrong street this afternoon. Wrong size too. It was a Youth size instead of a large boy as he is only 9 years old. Far too big. Found it impossible to find a complaints procedure. Only option was to send back to the individual retailer. So beware - once Fruugo have a sale they wash their hands of you and you have to pay for returns to whichever retailer it came from AND there were no instructions inside the goods with details of how to return except by going through Fruugo's website. First time I've used them but never again. Very disappointed!

Christmas gift Boss eau de parfum for men. Box received completely bashed in, as if someone had kicked it around a playground. Disgusting and therefore cannot gift the item. Very disappointed.

Avevo visto una bellissima poltroncina rossa, proprio come la volevo. Solo dopo alcuni giorni mi accorgo di aver ordinato un copripoltrona. Colpa mia che forse non sono stata attenta. Ho inviato mail ogni sera per cancellare l'ordine. Il pacco e' arrivato ed ho mandato mail per rifiutare l'ordine. Ironia: mi mandano pure un questionario di gradimento! Ho messo 0 e mi hanno chiesto perche'. Ho spiegato le mie ragioni ma ad oggi non ho mai ricevuto nessuna mail. Ho diritto di recedere dall'acquisto.

I ordered a carbon filter which was due to arrive today 14th October.
I have just been informed that the' tracking dsetails have changed' and I can expect it by the 11th November.
Obviously useless.
They arealso fraudulent as they claim 4 stars based on 51,703 reviews.
Of course the new delivery date is given by a 'no reply' e mail.
Avoid.

My 2 year old French bulldog slipped a disc and I ordered a doggy buggy from Fruugo for £25 sadly due to complications we had to have her put to sleep. What arrived from fruugo was a cup holder for a buggy, I never received the buggy that I had originally ordered I contacted Fruugo and they admitted that they had advertised it wrongly and offered me a refund of about £2.00. There has been lots of Emails sent and they keep making excuses to why they won’t refund me my money, I have said that I will contact trading standards but still no refund. Please Please do not buy anything from Fruugo they are thieves!!!

ordered an item delivery estimated early sept still waiting. Tracking shows its not even got to the delivery company yet.

They advertise ibc tank with tap good price so you pay then get a email saying we made a mistake it's just for the tap a (value of about £7)would you like to cancel order I reply yes .but they don't. It's an utterly disgrace i ordered a peepye waited 4 weeks and got a penguin instead my grandson is disabled and has mental health issues got an email back from them offering another penguin been trying to ring them and emailing them but nothing what so ever this so called company is a disgrace 100%.

The quality of the phone case I ordered and received is so poor it is a disgrace and the company should be ashamed of itself for selling such items. My advice to all your prospective customers is
" READ ALL THE OTHER LETTERS AND TAKE NOTE"

The item I ordered was astonishingly poor quality. I decided to return it and was advised to use a tracked service (from the Uk).
The item was worth £12 but to use a tracked service to China came in at £20.50!
I opted not to return it and reluctantly accept a £12 loss.
I won’t be buying from the again. Even Temu have a better returns policy than this shambolic bunch do.

We ordered a part for a battery operated vacuum cleaner. It arrived but did not fit so we write to them and quoted correct part number. They sent many emails asking us to confirm the number was correct and reply above the line. We did this several times but found it impossible to complete. They kept asking us again and again but we are still unable to reply. The blue line disappears on the reply!! Frustration after frustration.

This worse on line company ,I bought side mirror which was as compatable.
I emailed them several times andmot no one reply From the first day ,I received the wrong items , sent 4 emails no response and already spent £150 and not word to acknowledge receipt my emails. This is a scum company avoid it.My mistake I didn't check trustpilot would had avoid such scum.
