Don’t buy product was rubbish I could have bought for 3rd of amount. Took a month to arrive too

Placed an order in JANUARY 2022 for a Rainbow High party pack. This was well in advance of the party which was on 2nd APRIL. Items have still not arrived despite over 20 request for information and refund. ZERO STARS FOR THIS OUTFIT IS TOO MANY !!!! ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. DO NOT USE, AS YOU WILL ONLY BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED AND OUT OF POCKET

I wish I could score 0 stars. This company is appalling. Please please do not use them. I ordered a dance mat for our grandaughter for Christmas. When she opened it all of the graphics & controls were in Chinese. When I complained I was told it didn't state on the website that it was in English! Why would I want to order a dancemat that had Chinese controls & graphics on a website based in the UK to be delivered to the UK?? I had to send repeated emails requesting a refund which were ignored & you cannot contact them by telephone. Eventually they told me to return it to China at my cost which I didn't do due to cost & also seeing reviews that others had done this & still didn't get a refund. How are they allowed to get away with it?

Still waiting for refund appalling customer service never return any emails over £50 they owe me, dishonest and disrespectful company

sleeveless denim jacket looks nothing like the picture frayed single row stiching which is already starting to pull confusing returns note with no clear returns address can't contact customer service by phone or email absolute bull this company should be banned from trading and I am emailing trading standards with a major complaint poor company !!!!!

Please DO NOT SHOP with FRUUGO. Its a scum company. They charged me £50 plus for just 1 alpha lore soft toy and in their description it says A to Z 26 letters but I only received the letter Z!
Be careful its a scum theif company.

Please do not use this dreadful online company. I spent £35 on what appeared to be well made leather sandals. What turned up after a long wait, is absolute poor quality rubbish, you would be hard pressed to buy anything so shoddy in the cheapest weekend market. No point in trying to send them back either, reading these reviews. Save your money!

Rücksendung muss ich nochmal Versand und Zoll Gebühr bezahlen weil ich nach China zurück senden muss ob die Versand Adresse Deutschland ist und alle Poststelle nimmt das Paket nicht an alles kostet für mich mehr als das Kleid nie wieder bei frugoo was bestellen

I placed an order for a street map on 30/01/23 which was cancelled minutes later as it was out of stock. I received an email from Frugo stating that I would receive a refund within 2 to 5 working days! I have not received my refund and they have ignored numerous emails which I have sent. I would advise future customers to use another company when looking to purchase goods prior to using Frugo!!

Trust me steer clear from ordering from Fruugo. Absolutely rubbish,Chinese products that are total rubbish, I am ashamed I have been scammed by this company, please don't make the same mistakes I have made

Terrible customer service. Can't speak to them on the phone and any messages you try to email just bounce back. I bought an item which was advertised as a SUNCATCHER but received a thin piece of painted metal. I keep sending complaints to Fruugo but they pass my messages to some cheeky individual in China who sends one line replies like " you ordered a pendant, what's your problem?". I'm getting nowhere with Fruugo so please be wary of buying from them. If it didn't cost me £19 I would think it was laughable.

What a joke. Keep far away from this Chinese scamster! They sent me a mail 2 weeks after they claimed to have delivered my package to ' post-office' not staying which. When i inquired i got a bit answer saying i should pick my package up in time....still not saying where it was delivered.

Fruugo is a bloody disgrace!! I returned an item to china in nov 22 i paid £19.50 for a tracking postage, i have sent klarna my proof of this but klarna are wanting me to pay full amount to them because fruugo can not find their return item!! My tracking has said they have tried to deliver item back to china but no,one there to sign for it!! No person available on customer service no. I will go to court before i pay for an item i have not got!

In November I ordered a Jack Skellington Costume for my 5 year old grandson as a Christmas present, cost £32.40 including carriage charges. Fruugo's tracking system said that it had travelled from China as far as Preston from where it had been returned to China!! I raised an enquiry with Fruugo who said it had been returned because I had put an incomplete address on the order. I find it hard to believe that Fruugo are claiming that I don't know my own address. I emailed the correct address to them and have since heard nothing, nor have I received a delivery or a refund. I have now seen a clause in their T & C's which states that it an incorrect address is given, no refund will be offered. It seems very strange that they have this bizarre clause and coincidentally claim I have used an incorrect address. I have tried numerous times to contact Fruugo using their automated enquiry service - but this service has not worked for several weeks now.

I am now £32.40 out of pocket, my Grandson has not got his Christmas present, I like many other reviewers believe Fruugo to be a scam, and believe Trading Standards or the press should investigate this company.

I ordered an electric blanket from fruugo. After almost a month they emailed me the order got lost. I have been awaiting my refund an entire month to date i have not received the blanket or my money. Fruugo is a scam. The order number is ,63694526. Everytime you try getting in touch with them is a problem. Am irrate about it.
