Ordered an item, it is late and despite emailing their support team, no one bothers to reply (yet they say response within 48 hours), 3 emails later and no response

Scammers , don’t order . Spend £100 on an item which never arrived. No response from customer service . Read reviews please on other sides. My sister had the same experience in another country . Items are probably fake too since they come from abroad with no traceable shipping information. That’s when I got the only response from fruugo, saying that it was within SLA. By then the item was on the way since 3+ weeks. Until today nothing ever arrived!

They have taken my money and sent nothing. The tracking has stopped and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It sends you round in circles there is no one to help. AVOID THIS COMPANY As IT A TOTAL SCAM.

placed a order, shipping never updated, had to cancel over 2 weeks after the order as is hadn't even been sent! do not use waste of time

SCAMMERS! How this company is legit is beyond me! I ordered a luxurious leopard print rug and got a large cow hide pattern mat! I paid £26 to return, I would not have been able to give it away! I purchased it in Feb returned the day after and its now April and still no sign of refund! After been ignored by the seller I complained to Fruggo who are supposed to be looking into it! Upto now its another 2 week past and zero communication! Im nearly a £100 down im absolutely disgusted DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered a microwave. They sent microwave plate! Absolute scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Pedï unos faros para un Land Rover y despues de 2 meses, eso que decian que entrega en 48 horas , me envian unos "aros de led" ,uno de ellos roto, que no sirven para nada y aunque se hubieran confundido en la traducion al menos que no me hubieran cobrado 119 € por una cosa que como mucho vale 30€ .No aconsejo a nadie que compre en esta empresa, no sé si es problema suyo o de quien les distribuye , me da igual.

Whats right with this company nothing I ordered a microwave with a steam rack all I got was a cheap steam rack no sign of any microwave when I asked where it was they said the green plastic steam plate was all I ordered. Do not buy from this company there a complete rip off. Prepare to lose money with them there an absolute joke.

I ordered a pack of 3 cleansing bubble cleanser, received 1 only and they keep asking for a review of the courier. I shall not be dealing with this organisation again ever

Ordered a coat for £50 in November. The quality was absolutely awful, totally unwearable and not even worth donating. I paid around £20 to send it back to China, followed all instructions to do so and still not received my refund (its now February!) Do not order from here!

Ik zou 0 sterren geven, bestelling nooit ontvangen, heb een mail gezonden nooit geen antwoord ontvangen. Het zijn gewoon bedriegers. Besteld nooit bij Frugo. Ik heb ze gewaarschuwd dat ik zo niet zou laten!

No order keep being told to be patient. Won't use again as I feel it maybe a scam company

What went wrong this time? Gosh? No goods, no refund. No one there at all. Fruugo is fetid. Avoid!!! Typical chinese failure. My fault for not checking forensically where the scam originated from, however with china being the advanced putrid stealers of others money, ideas or social standards, it is others for take note. And think.

Not worthy of one star!! Order arrived very late, with two of three items in pack missing. Items ordered were dog toys, and definitely the very worst quality I have experienced in 30 years of dog ownership.

After 60 days no item no refund! Professional fraudsters!

What we got is a load off rubbish no one getting back to us £79 down the drain stay clear

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Advertised as suede but they're synthetic and strong/unpleasant smell of chemicals. The postage for the return to China was over £22, cost of shoes/delivery just over £50. At the post office they said they've had this before where one customer was looking to return a £100 item, cost of postage £70 so she decided to keep and try and sell on in the UK. Not sure if I'll even get a refund but thought I'd try. Will never use Frugo again, lesson learned!

Worst company ever, bought a tee shirt months ago, sent it back moths ago to Australia of all places only for them to tell me I'm not getting a refund or replacement.......avoid buying anything from this company.

I was expecting an order by the 21st Dec, still not arrived. Each time I raise a query about my order I am told there has been an error try again later. Unable to track the order. Will not use fruugo again.
