Continuo a aguardar a devolução da quantia de 141,49 euros, que até à data ainda não foi devolvido, conforme compra que segue em anexo.
Caso não seja efetuado a devolução deste dinheiro serei obrigada a avançar com queixa crime, por burla e publicidade enganosa, contra a Fruugo e a Trustpilot, pois paguei a quantia acima indicada e gastei ainda, cerca de 90,00 euros para devolver a mesma, através dos CTT, em 30 de setembro, conforme presente email que reencaminho.
Aguardo resposta urgente.

Unable to get refund from Fruugo UK. Don't use this platform. (Earlier version of this review was incorrectedly posted as a review of Fruugo Italy instead of Fruugo UK. Apologies to Fruugo Italy.)
Received microphone which cost £127 from retailer based in Chengdu China. But product bought on Fruugo UK platform which claims to be some famous brand was absolute rubbish. Initiated Fruugo return process, which was easy enough and paid £22 to send microphone back to China by Royal Mail. Several attempts made by postal services to deliver returned product to retailer's address in Chengdu. But no one there. Address appears to be non-functional. Unlike with Ebay, there is no obvious way of lodging a complaint, linked to the transaction, with Fruugo. I have sent emails to Fruugo's corporate contact and customer services emails. But no reply.

I ,sarah g. ordered a hot brush that said it was brand Revlon. I got a cheap Chinese knockoff with a huge handle I couldn't grip. I got a returns label and sent the item back , paying a lot , £25 for registered tracked and signed postage to be within the return time frame . posted on the 3rd August, to arrive within a week. I have not had any email or refund back for the item or even an apology . This is a scam . The goods are fake. Don't go there and have the heartache. They owe me £45.

Thankfully I purchased using a credit card. Trying to track expected delivery was hopeless as the item did`nt move for 2 weeks. I tried to contact Fruugo and was redirected to a Chinese Company who gave no reply. I gave up and cancelled order. My credit card company cancelled payment and refunded my money. 1 week later I received a reply from Fruugo to say my order is cancelled and I have been refunded. This is a British registered PLC. With 2 named leaders | But I certainly will steer well clear.

I have to agree with a lot of other reviewers, steer well clear of this company. You try to get a refund for an order they mucked up, costs a fair amount to return. then you just keep getting fobbed off.

I HAVE WASTED £30 BUYING A TABLE They CLAIM HAS BEEN DELIVERED. BUT I Haven't RECEIVED IT. THEY HAVE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THERE IS NO UK CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I HAVEN'T GOT MY ORDER AND NOW I'M OUT OF POCKET. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WHO SHOULD BE HAMMERED BY TRADING STANDARDS

The pocket sax, jeg købte, er fuldstændigt ubrugelig.
Det er et elendigt saxofonblad. Det virker mest som et saxofonblad der kommer fra et brædt, og det frembringer ingen lyd, ligemeget, hvad jeg gør. Det er svindel og bedrag at sælge et så ubrugeligt produkt. Jeg har selvfølgelig prøvet af bruge deres hjælpecenter uden held. I bought a piece of equipment called a ‘Schumann Wave generator’ .
It arrived with absolutely no instructions and worse than, a part was broken. Without instructions it was impossible to know how to assemble it. I wrote to them asking for a refund and explained the situation, and even showed them a photograph. They replied - after a few days - saying: ‘not to worry’ and ‘they would make it right’. Then they sent an email asking for the tracking number, the order number and a photograph. I replied with all this information, and then they asked for more information - which was completely unnecessary. And then, today - shock of all shocks, they emailed me to ask if it was working!!! I was absolutely furious and I have asked them if they are playing a game with me, because if they had read all previous emails, they would have seen that obviously it’s NOT working! Because apart from the fact it is broken - plus - I don’t even know how to put it together because there’s no instructions, its therefore unusable. I duly warned them that if I didn’t get a reply today and a refund after all these days of messing me about and their unhelpful attitude, I would leave a scathing review on here. I really hate to do this because I am not accustomed to leaving negative reviews but I just thought this lack of customer care was disgusting. I found a phone number and rang them, and an automated message said they no longer took phone calls. Then they just advised in that message, the contact route, that I have just been through a number of times.
It is not at all easy to get in touch with these people and I think the Customer Service is awful and I totally recommend you NOT to buy from them. I do not expect any refund or any any reply from them.
Since I wrote that review yesterday, I contacted KLARNA through whom I made the payment to Frugo and I messaged them explaining everything as above, and they contacted Frugo and this morning I received the happy news that they have actioned a full refund without my needing to return it (which I told them I wouldn’t pay to return it as it’s broken)
So I’m glad I paid through a reputable company such as Klarna- and my advice to you is to do the same with any of these cheap companies online - do pay through Klarna, or PayPal - because they can get your money back for you.

Do not buy had an F1 shirt from them which was counterfeit. Had a real one already and it stands out a mile. Can’t return costs 30,00 postage

Ho ordinarlto un lettore per glucosio tramite Frugo ma mi è stato consegnato in atro articolo (che non mi serve). Ho contattato l'Azienda per vedere se fosse possibile sistemare l'errore e mi hanno chiesto di inviare immediatamente sia i dati dell'ordine che la foto dell'oggetto inviatomi erroneamente, cosa che io ho fatto subito, logicamente. Dopodiché..... il nulla più assoluto. Io ho rispettato tempi e richieste, la Frugo no. Certo non è un azienda alla quale affidarsi nonostante abbiano altri articoli per sarebbero potuti sembrare molto interessanti. Prima di riordinare qualcosa voglio vedere se sistemano questa.

I would never order from fruugo again, it is so disappointing when your item is finally delivered and it is not what you actually ordered, they advertised the item and size I wanted ,i even sent them a message before the item was sent out to specify that they would be sending the right size,i even got a response confirming it would be the size i ordered. But they sent a totally different size. Unbelievable, and you have to wait so long for delivery, ONLY TO SEND IT STRAIGHT BACK.
I THINK THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM,(AND WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY.)
I have emailed to say I now want a refund, but I'm really not holding my breath on that.

ordered an item from this company today ! straight away I can see that this site is a scam !! order number 151119508 !!! POLICE

My parents thought they were buying me a bench with cushion for my birthday, which came up on a search for Rattan garden bench. There was a full and lengthy description of the bench, with dimensions etc and minimal information at the end about a cushion. The description said Chair and sofa cushion, which makes you think you get both. However we received just the cushion. When my Dad contacted the customer service he was told it was a cushion for a chair and sofa only - the description being misleading especially when detailing the chair - " Sturdy and rust resistant the garden bench is made of cast aluminium etc for 21 lines." The only detail of the cushion is the colour.
The response from customer service says "We will make improvements to the product description. The product title contains text that does not include chairs, you can take a look"
The description is currently still the same on the advert. With pricing offered from £106.42, reduced to £70.94 to £49.73 reduced to £41.44
On opening the cushion the quality is appalling. V cheap shiny material, a blue cushion with white stitching where the stuffing was closed in and on the 'buttoning' It is poorly filled and not worth more than £10. We paid about £35 including shipping.
I will never use Frugo again as they seem to deliberately mislead the customer, have woeful customer service compared to rivals and sell cheap poor quality products. A refund would be the least we should be getting. This is not a way to build a sustainable business!

Hier Einkaufen ist wie ein Glücksspiel. Unseriöse Verkäufer. Keine Rückmeldung. Schlechte Ware, keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten mit dem Verkäufer. Am Ende sitzt du auf Kosten. Nie wieder. Vorsicht. Kunde wird veräppelt.

I ordered Russell Hobbs salt and pepper mills copper. Received unbranded silver. The seller said it was unlikely they would receive them and offered me $5NZ. Frugo have not offered any help, I am 87 and have been well and truly scammed. What has happened to the return and refund policy or does Frugo just cream off the profits.

UPDATE: I read a review where someone had gone to their bank so I did. It was referred to their disputes team. PayPal and Frugo customer service then became involved and my money was refunded.

Only giving one star as can not leave none I thought I was buying a parasol in cream 46 pounds what I got was cover in the most horrible colour I spoke to them was told to send it back what a joke 31 pounds to send back I think they are so misleading and they know one is going to send back at price so there in win win place
