Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My stored belongings were secure and the whole unit is kept safe and secure. Pricing was fair and in line with other storage units in the area. Access to the unit is only during staffed days (Mon-Sat.), but that suited me and I welcomed the rest on Sundays. I’m content with the way they handled any requests or issues I raised. Highly recommend and would use again.

Unprofessional
Booked a storage unit online, came to the storage, they told me my booking hasn't gone through in the system and they don't have units that size. Than why was I able to book one online?
I agree on booking a larger unit since I'm already there, but every time I came I would get told off that I need to hurry because they close soon. I cancelled my unit and will never be doing business with Fox Self Storage again.
Also, this place is, by definition, not a self-storage.

Thank you for your feedback, Kate. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It sounds as though there was a technical issue with the online booking system, which we recognise can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused. Our team always aim to accommodate customers as best we can on arrival, though we understand your disappointment with the situation and the access timings.
While we are classed as a self-storage facility, our team are always on site during staffed hours to assist customers and ensure safety and security. We are sorry to hear you chose to cancel your unit, but we appreciate your comments, which will be used to help us improve both our booking process and communication moving forward.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Fox Self Storage.
Neat and good parking
It is clean and convenient. The working hours are a bit less, no flexibility. 6 day working only.
I received a message that I do not need to serve any notice and when I vacated there were 22 days the space was vacant and did not get any refund. I think it would be best to pay weekly DD not monthly.
Overall the experience is good staff are pleasant.

Thank you for your feedback, Chandra. We’re pleased to hear that you found our facilities clean, convenient and that our staff were pleasant. We’re sorry, however, that you were disappointed with the access hours and payment terms. Our opening times are set to balance customer access with on-site safety and staff availability, but we do regularly review them based on feedback. Regarding the billing cycle and notice period, we follow a monthly payment structure in line with our terms and conditions, though we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration.
Thank you again for sharing your experience with Fox Self Storage, and we’re glad to know that overall you were happy with the service.
