I can only add to the never-ending list of praise and 5-star reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with not having to go through the faff of someone coming to my house to give a quote, I sent a few photos and got an estimate range price for the move! Stratos was communicating so well, providing exhaustive information about their fees and process, he even gave me a few tips to do my own tip runs rather than paying them to do it, as it would be cheaper. I was so impressed at that point I didn’t care what the move price was. It was a very good value to my surprise!
The team itself, Kaycee and Henry, very professional very chatty, very helpful. I can see they were thinking and planning very carefully how to pack my items with care. Moved with minimal hassle in no time. Thanks a ton! You’re running a wonderful business.

We were moving my mums belongings in to storage as she had recently passed away everyone that I dealt with were super respectful and pleasant they couldn’t have done any more. Communication great and cost was very reasonable- would definitively recommend if you are wanting a hassle free service

They were absolutely amazing, incredibly patient, professional and helpful throughout and had the key ingredient to moving house - being calm! I used Moveupnow to empty furniture from my mother’s flat. They were brilliant! Easy to communicate with, prompt, reliable and very helpful with suggestions when the British Heart Foundation let us down on the day. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Stratos was very responsive to questions and helped me think through exactly what I needed, leaving flexibility for changes. His assistant on the day was doing his first move. Stratos explained calmly and patiently all the elements to take care off to him - his calm nature made what could have been a stressful day, run very smoothly. I highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

I needed a Soho Home table moving with a marble top that weighed 180kg+ and the team were able to help me at the last minute. Delightful to deal with from start to finish, and great at communication. I’d highly recommend the team to anyone!
