Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Posted a return on the 6th of December, heard nothing. Emailed them a month later, heard nothing for a fortnight, so I emailed again. They have over £100 of my money and no interest in getting it back to me.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Product delivered promptly but shorts were 2 inches shorter than specified. Emailed customer services and followed up with another email 2 weeks later. It's been 5 weeks and still no response so I called their 0800 number again and again. Nobody ever picks up despite long holds, and when you opt for the 'leave a message' option nobody calls back. All round poor.

I bought 2 defend pants (Kevlar and normal) both split. Stif MTB filed the warranty claim and we asked for a replacement, then that failed in the same way.
Fox Head don't pick up the phone and don't reply to emails.
3 maanden en nog geen geld terug
Een broek retour gestuurd en na 3 maanden nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Klantenservice is onbereikbaar. Of ze zijn midden op de dag gesloten of je hangt een uur in de wacht en krijgt nog niemand aan de lijn. Op voicemails en emails reageren ze ook niet.

Shocked that a company as large as Fox are even allowed to trade after the shocking experience I have had with them and by the looks of it others too!!!! Constant emails and proof that after they sent me the incorrect helmet has been returned to them still no contact from them and waiting on £180 refund

Why didn't I read the reviews before I got tucked up by fox head . Bought a fox jacket medium for my wife and they sent me a me a small. I'm not even sure how I found this site/company or if there is a company. Really wish I hadn't. FFS just give me my money back or a replacement jacket that fits. Or reply to my emails. Terrible customer service. Ordered a jacket and got order confirmation and that was it. No jacket has been shipped and no money has been paid. No response ronseal 4 emails to customer services. Do not buy from this site.
Horrific Customer service
Wish I read these reviews before ordering! £11.55 to return an item i no longer want. Emailed them and received a reply with 20% discount which I said I didn’t want to spend more money Incase of future orders having to be returned. The reply was “then kindly share the voucher with someone who might like it then” “You are not entitled to a free return” Seriously who is on their customer service teams! Insane. Never have I experienced customer service like it! Can’t wait to see if I’ll ever get the refund. If not I will follow as others have had to and take it up as fraud.

Very slow customer support
Helm besteld, orderstatus wijzigt niet, telefoonnummer doet het niet, op e-mails wordt niet gereageerd. Mooie producten, daar is de prijs ook naar.
Maar de customer support is zo verschrikkelijk slecht. Het is echt een gok om hier te bestellen. Beter zoek je het product bij een reguliere webwinkel!
Update: na een email te hebben gestuurd aan alle mailadressen die ik van fox kon vinden kreeg ik snel een reactie. Door een miscommunicatie van het voorraad systeem heb ik een order kunnen plaatsen voor een artikel dat niet op voorraad was. Shit happens, niets aan te doen.
Netjes excuses voor gehad, ook voor het late reageren. 10% korting op volgende aankoop.

Extremely poor customer service, costs a fortune to return their items to the Netherlands, customer services don't bother replying to emails, no answer on phone, would not use again.

Fox kleding stuk besteld gehad. Na een keer al gescheurd. Voor een degelijk merk als fox, prijs kwaliteit gezien niet de moeite dus! Klantedienst laat ook alles behalve zijn wensen over. 2 maanden veder na enkele mails nog steeds geen antwoord. Telefoon blijkbaar ook niet. Tot op heden nog steeds niets gehoord.

Una vergüenza. Devuelves el producto por tus medios y te sale carísimo. No te devuelven el dinero. Si tienes algún problema, nadie contesta. Servicio de atención al cliente inexistente. No compres aquí es una estafa

I ordered a helmet for my partner it came and was wrong size , returned recorded cost me a fortune !!! No one replies to my e mails, I am waiting for a refund!!!!! It’s been weeks / months .... terrible company !!!! And terrible customer services I will be raising as fraud too.
