Ordered 2 bras 3/5. I am only counting two stars at this point as my experience is not completed.
I would like to share that there was indeed a link to a return/exchange form on the website.
They ask you to send an image of the shipping label and a photo of the confirmation of your order. Once I did that, I received a reply almost immediately.
If I do not hear in 24 hours then I will pursue contact further.
Ladies, the address given is for the distributor, not the manufacturer. Yes, it appears to be a private home in Georgia. Has anyone ever sold jewelry or make up? Same thing.
No they are not top quality merch but for Pete’s sakes we are not paying $50 a pop for them as we would at a store like Kohl’s.
If I get no exchange item, or they ghost me, then I’ll review again and say so.

The bra took forever to arrive. It is very uncomfortable. I tried to return it, as their site says you can return, satisfaction guaranteed…but they do everything they can to prevent you from returning it.
Lesson learned. Don’t order from them.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These bras are absolute crap. They are made so poorly , and I don't see how they would ever fit anyone. The only thing worse than these garbage bras is the customer service. I requested a refund because they are such poor quality and they said they would only return 1/2 of what I paid. Total scam company. Don't get fooled like I did. If I could wave negative stars that would be more accurate. Stay away. Don't waste your money on the crap they are selling.

The actual bras are highly likable.

Very disappointed . Wish I had read all the reviews firstly. Lower band under bra cups rides up. Quality very flimsy and unsupported. Avoid wasting your dollars.

This is my 3rd time ordering the bras. They are the MOST COMFORTABLE and Best Supporting and fitting bra I have ever bought and in 62 yrs that is Alot of bras. I LOVE THE BRAS! Thanks Daisy Bra.

These are a waste of time and money. A $9 sports bras from Walmart works better.

Do not buy. These bras give almost no support and do not fit correctly. They are from China not the USA as the advert on FB leads you to believe. There's no option to give no stars or that's what I would've given. Do not waste your money. Information for delivery was unreliable I had 2 tracking numbers one from China and the other USA I am in the UK. Nothing had been updated on either number till I sent an email asking where my parcel was. One tracking number said the parcel was in Newark and the other said China. On FB they advertise under different company names but if it says buy one get three it's almost certainly the same company. They don't come in cup sizes just small medium large and so on. I'm a 38D and was sent a 4xl.

The 1st two bras were too big! They sent 2 replacement bras that are too small!
I've tried repeatedly to return them and get a refund with NO success!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Would have loved if Daisy bra had fit . Think maybe they’re intended for larger bust women . I’m just so small and smaller chested that need adjustment on strapping. Love the feel of , material , and front closure though . Just didn’t fit me properly. When notified company , return was prompt and hassle free . After dealing with other companies on returns, exchanges , or refund , which would take 3 to 4 months to get that almost forgot about it . But didn’t have any concerns or felt like I was begging for my monies back . Was very pleased to deal with company that actually did what they promise , satisfaction guarantee! Will continue to do business with this company .

After waiting weeks for the bras to arrive they were the wrong size. I ordered 2 5XL and got 2 6XL. Customer service was a joke. I got nowhere. Please do not waste your money with this company.

I ordered two bras, sized 42DD, when I received them I knew immediately they were sized incorrectly. Instead of DD cups, they were maybe C cups. I tried one on, sure enough because they were nit the correct size, they did not close correctly and I was 'mushed'!
I looked and found they wre sized 3X, not 42DD.
I have been trying to get a refund since October 29. I don't want 30% or 70%, I want a full refund. I never would have ordered a 3X...they purposely miss represented the size of the bras.

I got 3 bras for about $40 on sale, which is a great bargain. I received tracking updates regularly. The items were delivered quickly (about 2 weeks). The bras look super cute and are made of a soft fabric. The bras fit a little snug. I was worried about the snaps being strong enough but I can jump around without issue. I used the measuring guide and a tape measure to choose size 38 B, but I think I will order the next set in a 40 for a more relaxed and comfortable fit. The 38 does give me nice support and a bit of a push-up bra effect, and is comfortable enough to wear for a day. I usually wear sport bras so the snugness is not a real issue for me but I would like to try another size for more relaxed comfort, and see if the support is equally good.

Never received my order. Never received updates about delivery.

I ordered from them for a total of $85.00 since September and still to this day haven’t received my product at all. The website ellymuse.com has disappeared from the internet. I’m guessing they are operating under another name to steal from others. I saw they sell on Amazon as well. Amazon does not care who sells there or how bad they are. I had a similar situation with another company that had 1.0 ratings even in Amazon and a few days later they had removed all the bad reviews and was now showing a 5.0 rating. Scam companies every where you go.

I ordered from this company on 9/10/2025. It has now been 27 days & the order has not been delivered.
Today I used the tracking number provided for USPS the result: the post office has seized the order because the company used "fraudulent postage." (Per USPS)
This company is fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

STOP DON’T ORDER I hate even giving them 1 star ! Horrible customer service! Bras r too big . They sent my bras in 2 different shipments and they are way too big . Trying to reach their customer service is like trying to reach the government! Plz NEVER order from them , they are pretty but huge and cups flap open !I’m sitting here with 5 bras that I can’t wear and they offer no return label so to send to ca cost more than the bras . Forced to take the 70% refund !

I am a 42 D these bras don’t fit correct. I tried two different sizes. One has a big gap near the arm pits. The other was too tight. No size for me, they are not made for support.

Don't order from Elly Muse or any company peddling these bras. Takes forever to receive them. Received wrong size. Unwearable. Waste of money. The "customer service" is horrible. Hopefully I can donate them and someone can use them.

Ordered 34D and received size L. Ordered 3 bras, 1 white and 2 beige. Received 1 white and 2 yellow. All 3 were grossly oversized amd poor quality. And I waited over 3 weeks for them. Even received notification they clearly customs! Contacted customer support and was told 34D is a large amd that I did receive beige. Asked for a refund twice and finally was offered 70% which I received immediately. Definitely a Chinese scam.
