I bought a helmet and then the shipping info was never updating. After reaching Fox support I just got AI generated answers that made me wait for days until they just said they couldn't ship the helmet due to technical issues.
So they told me to order again. Fine, I ordered again after they returned my money, but just to find myself in the same situation than with my first order!
I am never ever going to buy again from this e-commerce. Worst experience ever.
Scam and will not accept any bad reviews
They company is a scam. Bought a MTB helmet. First, the photo made the helmet look black and gray, which would have matched my bike. I was very surprise when the helmet showed up and it was ALL black. Super disappointed. The side straps are not adjustable (WHY?!?!), so it just doesn't work for my oval shaped head. Their helmet scratches VERY easily, what a joke. And they charge hundreds of dollars for this crap. Return it and they charge you for the return and then tell you not to use the original box, so you have to find one yourself. Then on top of it, they take 3-10 business days to give you back your money? Nope - went through my bank and will force them to give me my money back. They also don't post any bad reviews on their site - it just wont get posted. Scam, shady. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.

Terrible brand terrible customer care terrible warranty. Imagine really believing this thing that crumbled in normal storage for 6 minths, could save your health or life in an accident. I did. It wont. And they wont stand behind their 300 dollars carnival promise products.

Hola compre dos lentes para gafas de moto el articulo no llegaba,al final tube que llamar yo a ups para ver lo que pasaba,segun ellos la direccion incorrecta,lo compruebo estaba bien ....8 dias despues llegan error en la talla son de niño,8 mails para devolverlas,le comento si me van a enviar una etiqueta o algo parecido muy tajante me responde que si,a dia de hoy tengo una reclamacion en puesta me reembolsan 32 euros vamos que me han cobrado gastos de envio de traerlos a pie desde indonesia a valencia?por ultimo llego tarde ,mal y encima me siento estafada,señores desde luego no voy a aconsejar a nadie comprarles algo,ni en las paginas peores que hay te roban tan finamente

Wir haben bei foxracing bestellt, weil es hier auf der Homepage noch einen zusätzlichen Rabattcode gegeben hat!
Der angegebene Flash Sale wurde als zusätzlicher Rabatt, auch auf Aktionsware, auf der Homepage angegeben.
Auf der Rechnung war dieser aber dann nicht mit drauf und wir haben uns dann mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung gesetzt und auch einen Screenshoot geschickt!
Als Antwort bekamen wir von einem (Marti) nur ausreden und wurden hingehalten das dieser Code nicht mehr gültig war und es da nichts gibt.
Trotz mehrmaldigen Intervenieren und zeigen das der Rabatt Sale aktiv war während der Bestellung kam kein entgegen kommen, das ist wirklich peinlich für so eine Marke!
Aus diesem Grund ist der Rabattcode auch rechtskräftig und auf die Bestellung anzuwenden.
Zum Schluss wurde uns sogar gesagt, wir können vom Kauf gar nicht zurücktreten da die Ware schon zugestellt ist.
Die größte Frechheit ist jetzt auch noch das dies nicht gratis geht und wir das selber bezahlen müssen!
Also wir werden hier sich nichts mehr Bestellen!
Das ist ein illegaler Kundenfang der hier auf der Homepage betrieben wird.
Wir werden das jetzt auch an den Konsumentenschutz weiterleiten.
So etwas geht leider gar nicht!!

foxracing is one of the best brand for motorbike gear.
I've used fox racing since i was a kid and i still use it now as its one of the best motorbike gear brands around today. It just hurts to see the bad reviews because I have used fox racing all my life
FOX instinct MX boots
In 2019 nieuwe fox instinct laarzen aangekocht, waarde rond de 550€. De laarzen zitten goed en ik gebruik ze enkel tijdens de zomer voor avontuurlijke off road ritten. Dus geen "extreme" toestanden zoals water en modder. Sinds vorig weekend de linkse laars gescheurd. Naar de schoenmaker en hij vertelde dat dit zinloos is om te herstellen omdat de kunststof verduurt is en breekt. Leek me toch wel vreemd voor zo een dure laarzen die nog niet oud en weinig gedragen zijn. Contact opgenomen met FOX waar ze hun standaardzin schrijven dat ze het jammer vinden en mijn ticket voor garantie vroegen. Ik gaf aan dat deze uit garantie zijn en niet tevreden ben over de kwaliteit van deze laarzen. Geen antwoord terug waarop ze me wandelen sturen. Bij deze wil ik graag waarschuwen om dit merk niet aan te schaffen wegens lage kwaliteit van producten alsook hun after sales. Jammer dat ik hier geen foto's kan plaatsen als bewijs.

La peor marca de todas aunque se anuncien como la mejor, compre unas rodilleras de 110€ unos guantes de 60€ y no han durado ni 2 meses sin romperse las costuras sin motivo alguno, no vuelvo a comprar la marca en vez de invertir en mejora de materiales invierte en marketing engañoso. Cualquiera otra marca es 10 veces mejor y 10 veces más barato. De pena

Me compro mi novia unos guantes fox por reyes, pago 32 euros que eran de los guantes más los gastos de envío, me quedaban pequeños los hemos enviado de vuelta, resulta que le ingresan 19e en la cuenta, le han restado los gastos de envío por enviarlos de vuelta y hemos perdido los 10 euros de gastos de envío al pedirlos, resumiendo no tengo guantes y se han quedado con 13 euros por toda la cara, cualquier otra página no te hace esto vendiéndose los mismos guantes, una vergüenza

I ordered a pair of shorts for my boyfriend's birthday present, but I accidentally ordered the wrong ones. I tried to change the order the next day but it was too late. Returned the shorts, and ordered the right pair of shorts. Got a refund the day Fox received the shorts, and the right shorts arrived today. It all worked out, and my boyfriend loves his new shorts.😃

Customer service rude hangs up on you after you wait on hold for an hour or more. They canceled my $500 order for no reason. Two weeks later and I still have not gotten a refund nor a response via email. Iver made many orders with fox but this is the last one. Save you time and money order FXR
Great clothing horrendous customer service
Placed an order for over £200 of mtb clothing for a holiday got notification it was despatched 6th June and it still has not arrived - initially fox did reply when I sent email to customer services sending me a tracking link which just shows its on its way with a delayed exclamation mark next to it. I have now tried the online chat - they just do not reply, I have called the uk office and you get a message saying call back in office hours (tried several times today Wed and also yesterday) and emails now are not getting a reply. I would like Fox to either resend my items or refund me so I can buy elsewhere!

VERY poor service
VERY poor service, tried to return an item, but you have to email them and ask for a return label. After emailing them three times I get return label, but label has another customers name address and phone number on it, and it’s addressed back to me!
Tried calling them and after being on hold for 25 mins explained to them the seriousness of a Data Protection Act breach, they then sent me a correct label and agreed to not charge the £9 return fee.
Great products but shocking service lets down this brand…they need a new Ops Director

Shocking customer service for a Euro 626 order. Getting nothing useful back from customer service. Getting told I'm on it, trying our best and we will come back to you ASAP gets a little old when that is the same message every day. When I call contact number know one bothers to pickup.

Excellent customer service in my experience
Ordered from the Fox website. The package was lost by DPD. After contacting customer service (and receiving response within 48h), a new package was sent express delivery and received the next day. Truly remarkable customer service, I can only recommend.
