Bought this helmet specifically for enduro riding. After approximately 10 uses, the visor caught on a branch during a ride — a completely normal enduro occurrence. Instead of the visor detaching cleanly as the breakaway system is designed to do, the central mounting point integrated into the helmet shell fractured and broke off completely.
When I contacted Fox Racing about this, they acknowledged in writing that "the load can transfer into the mounting interface and exceed the design limits of that area" — yet still denied the warranty claim, classifying it as use-related damage.
A flagship helmet marketed for enduro should be able to handle a branch. The breakaway system did not work as intended, the part is not replaceable, and Fox does not stand behind their product.`

Ordered an item over 6 days ago, on the website they have it clearly stated “standard delivery £5, 1-2 days) I am on day 6 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Talk about false advertising. Shocking service

Bought a helmet for my son for Christmas. Its too small. I tried to return and was told I could by Foxs customer service team. Then they retracted the offer of a return. I now have a helmet my son cannot use. They offered a discount code for a future purchase oh but not yet, as they dont have any. Wonderful. A great help! Never buying from them again.

Bought a t-shirt in 2 sizes with the aim of keeping one in the right size. Taken aback by their extortionate £7 cost for returns so I returned myself at a fraction of the price. Took them over 2 weeks to locate my return and then a further 2 weeks to refund me. They have deducted the £7 cost to return even though I paid for my own shipping and now ignoring my emails to resolve. Love their products but will never buy from them online ever again.

Bad really bad. I ordered some gloves online, followed the size guide instructions and ordered the correct gloves. I couldn't even fit my hand in the opening. Then they have the nerve to charge you £7 for the return. I used to really like there stuff, I bought a lot years ago. I won't ever buy anything from them again.

Beware! Fix charge £5 shipping (fine) but charge £7 to return an item!

So, I bought an item for 22 - cost me £27 with shipping and needed to return it - at a cost of £7 - so was refunded £15

I have paid £34 and received £15 return. So to purchase anything costs me £15 for nothing. Crazy!

They choose how much to charge for the return, when it obviously costs them less to ship - so are making £££ on this scam.

I posted back the goods as they didn’t fit, paid for recorded mail with Royal Mail, as they UPS label they sent did not work for my location. And the goods worth £70 APPARENTLY never arrived so I didn’t get my refund.. the distribution address on the UPS label doesn’t have a working phone number and the name on the label doesn’t exist. Someone at Fox has a nice new helmet and gloves.

Poor quality goods - trousers losing colour after one ride, pockets falling off after mjnor crash on another pair, jacket poppers falling off, tshirts cheap nasty and fade.

Avoided for a while, drawn in by sale, item never arrived (sent back by courier) nearly 3 weeks and no refund.

Customer service slow, evasive, dismissive. I can only presume "Clara" is just a name they use for all responses or she is the least helpful employee they have given these reviews!

I am very very very disappointed with this excuse of a company. Firstly do not order anything with them as they will except your order, and take your payment even though the item you’re ordered isn’t in stock. I ordered a helmet for my son’s birthday and waited about three weeks with no corespondents. I haven’t received the helmet or a refund after many phone calls and emails and I don’t think they are ever going to give me the money back. I blame Clara in customer service who clearly didn’t care that this present was for my son’s birthday. I can’t get my money back Clara won’t respond to my emails!!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY I am so upset and so is my son as I can’t afford to buy him another present

£6.99 for the privilege of trying on a pair of shorts that are not true to size. No explanation for return requested and no offer of exchange.
The 34" shorts were more like a 32" fit and not really the quality I was expecting for £69.99 (reduced from £100). No fly fastening!

I phoned customer service to enquire as to how I could return an item as we have no local UPS depot.
I was advised to purchase my own return label which I promptly did via Royal Mail tracked.
Today I received an email confirmation of returned goods, only to discover that they have not refunded for one of the items I returned & also have had the down right cheek of deducting £7 from my refund as a return postage charge!
I for one will never buy anything Fox produced ever again even though I have two men in my house who are avid cyclists!
Avoid like the plague.

Arrogant company . I’m lost for words . I’ll never wear your stuff again and I’ve sold all my other bits on ebay . I don’t ever want any involvement with you again and I suggest anyone reading this … please don’t bother . Save your time and money . Buy POC or Endura .

I had not heard of Fox Racing and stumbled across them while searching for new MTB gloves. They had a broad selection of gloves in my size.

I ordered 3 pairs, with a 10% discount for new members who joined their newsletter, for around £82 with free postage. I generally find gloves are overpriced no matter where they are purchased and this was no exception. But to their credit, the prices were at least on par with competitors.

Ordered on Friday, and considering it was a bank holiday on Monday, they arrived a day earlier than expected on Wednesday with UPS.

Gloves look exactly as described on the website, although the Flexair Gloves specifically feel a little on the thin side. They are advertised as lightweight and breathable so maybe my expectations were slightly misjudged.

All three items arrived on time, and while I can't comment on longevity, I feel I have no cause for complaint, which feels rare based on others' reviews. I would use them again based on this interaction, but perhaps I was a bit lucky.

I paid more for 1-2 Day delivery, and the item arrived after 6 WORKING DAYS. Emailed support about this, but there has been no answer for the last week.

I Must admit, you pay the price. But still… it’s worth the price!

First class. I ordered a mountain bike helmet received it next day by UPS carriage paid. Fantastic helmet great service and quick free delivery.

My son likes the look of the fox racing clothing so for Christmas I saved quite a bit of money and got him a winter jacket from their brand. By February the logo and the writing on the arms was almost all gone and peeling. I advised fox racing and they told me it is normal wear and tear. I was so upset. This winter has been extremely cold. My son has been going to school with his jacket, putting it into a locker ans coming back home with it. Even when going for a walk he was not wearing it because for a winter jacket it wasn't warm at all so I had to get him another jacket to walk the dog or be outside for longer than to and from. This jacket was barely used at all and looks awful.
His jersey I got him last summer came apart at the seams.. honestly, it's overpriced garbage and they will not help you if there is issues with the clothing or jacket but will tell you it's your fault when it clearly isn't. How is your logo peeling normal? I have had many different brands and the logos do not peel.

Total scam: website inaccurate; returns advice doesn't work; impossible to speak to personnel. NEVER use Fox Racing...Grabs your money but is hopeless by way of goods and service,.

I usually don't have the time to leave reviews, but this one I feel compelled to write. My son recently started ordering items from the website Fox Racing, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. The site looks reliable at first glance, but their policies on orders and returns are truly frustrating. First and foremost, you often need to pay for shipping on your original purchase, and things only get worse if you need to return an item. Unlike many other companies that offer free returns, Fox Racing charges for return shipping as well, which feels unfair and customer-unfriendly.

To give you an example, my son placed an order totaling $60, but when we had to return the item, we only got $37 refunded after all their deductions. That’s a loss of $23! It’s absurd and makes you feel like you’re being penalized for simply deciding that a product wasn’t suitable. With policies like these, Fox Racing seems more focused on squeezing fees out of customers than on ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase from this website. Do not buy from them unless you're 100% certain you won’t need to return anything!

This is the worst shop ever.
I bought a racing it and the trousers came damaged. With a massive cut on the leg. I called customer service and the lady Lucia was not willing to help at all, even said because it was damaged that they would not refund. Implying it was my fault. I will not rest until I get my money back
