Non-Existent Customer Service - AVOID!
I have been trying to return a 2D15P Oscilloscope since 13th February (within both their 14 and 30 day return windows). I found the 2D15P to be a complete mess of small touch screen combined with some physical controls. I told them that I wanted to buy their larger Tablet based Scope instead.
Despite numerous emails and Messenger messages, I have received ONE email response asking for a picture of the item, despite it being packed for return since the 13th, and trying to tell me it would have to be returned to China despite having been shipped from the EU. No address or mailing label, and obviously trying to avoid a return despite me wanting to buy a more expensive alternative. Send me a return shipping label to your EU depot as every reputable company would do.
Looks like I an stuck with a device that I consider unusable,so 120 GBP down the drain.
A company is only as good as its customer service and this company simply doesn't have any! Look at other reviews here and you will see the same thing over and over again.
I will never buy from FNIRSI again and suggest you don't take the risk either!

It's impossible to get a response from "support," just as it's impossible to receive the oscilloscope and Geiger counter I paid for a week ago: the tracking says "Ready for pickup," but the package never arrived at the indicated pickup point, and I was only told it had been sent to another location (in a city several kilometers from my house). After going to that address, I only found an old shoe store going out of business, which, of course, was closed. The courier's support page just shows a blank page, their hotline has no humans, only a mindless bot, and fnirsi's support chat is dead, with no response to my questions from a week ago. I should have followed all the advice that said "buy a RIGOL."

It's been a month since my package is marked as delivered, but I didn't receive anything ! Nobody answers anywhere ! WTF ?
Terrible brand
Terrible brand. I received a defective product and got absolutely no assistance. No reply to emails, no reply in chat — nothing. Complete lack of customer support.
Total waste of money. Afterward, I discovered that other customers experienced the same issue.
Stay away from this brand.

Il mio alimentatore FNIRSI ha smesso di funzionare. Invece di onorare la garanzia come un'azienda seria, l'assistenza (Leo) mi ha mandato istruzioni per smontare il dispositivo, saldare un diodo Schottky e cambiare un fusibile da solo.
Ho risposto chiaramente che sono un cliente, non un tecnico elettronico, e non ho le competenze per riparare schede madri. Invece di organizzare il reso e la sostituzione, stanno prendendo tempo con risposte evasive.
Sto perdendo soldi ogni giorno perché non posso lavorare senza questa attrezzatura. Se comprate da FNIRSI, sappiatelo: la garanzia praticamente non esiste e il servizio clienti è terribile. Avevo intenzione di comprare altri strumenti da loro, ma dopo questa esperienza non comprerò mai più nulla di questo marchio.
Recieved a faulty DPOS350P NO after sales support
Recieved a new DPOS350P, its turns on etc but will not charge, tested with and without the supplied power supply.
Reported on FB gorup and to 2 different email given, support and info.
Had no reply from eitehr and the FB group just repeats "please email one of these adress's"

Beware if you have to contact customer service, they don’t appear to ever reply. I’ve attempted three contacts and I can’t resolve the issue my product a clamp, multimeter shipped, defective and broken. I have been unable to resolve the issue as now
The delivery process is scary at first…
The delivery process is scary at first because the provider (Fnirsi)gives little information about the shipping state. But I received my unit (IPS3608) 11 days after ordering. The unit seems to work properly. I ran tests on different electronic components, with success. We'll see how well it does over time. I'm satisfied for the moment.
Fnirsi sent demaged device
Fnirsi sent demaged device. Geiger-Miller tube was broken.
They wanted a description and pictures of that demage. I sent both. Since then CS did not respond to any email request. There is no interest to help their customers. Poor behaviour.

I have purchased three items so far (the DSO-TC3 Oscilloscope, the LPM-10A multifunction network tester and the HRM-10 battery tester). All items arrived direct from the manufacturer (via the Shop app) and arrived within the promised window.
The testers all feel well made, work as expected and in my opinion, are exceptionally good value for money.
I’ve not had any cause to contact support so can’t comment on that aspect but I would happily purchase from them again.
No dispatch and radio silence on email/comms

Order confirmed, payment taken, but after 9+ days there is no dispatch, no tracking, and no response to email or website chat.
Currently unresolved.

Pintaba mal pero salió bien. Por mi parte satisfecho y eso q estaba bastante acojonado con las reseñas.
Parcel missing in transit…
Ordered two items from them in November. Beginning of December got an email with tracking which was handed over to Evri on 8th December. Looks like Evri have lost the parcel but despite attempting to contact this company on four occasions since have received nothing from their support except once an auto response about someone's working pattern changing. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them

Made an order on 25 November, 22 days later no products and no news from the company.
Package not sent! Do not buy!
Ordered a HS-02 soldering from the site, complete with the case and replacement tips. Tracking number was there, but the package was stuck for one month in the sorting center. After tracking, the package was returned to sender. Contacted FNIRSI through email ad live chat more than 5 times to demand either a refund, or a resend. Absolutely no replies.

Purchased the HS 02b
Purchased the HS 02b. The soldering irons screen came with dead pixels. I contacted FNIRSI about this issue and they told me it was dirt on the screen, I was persistent and sent multiple photos explaining that it wasn’t dirt and the pixels were in fact dead. They ignored me until I left a bad review, which they responded to quickly. Eventually, I convinced them that the pixels were in fact dead, rather than offering a replacement, repair or a refund, all of which I would have been happy with, they offered a $4 refund so that I could purchase a new screen and replace it myself which would void the warranty. I told them I wasn’t happy with this and left a 2 star review on their website which I later found out that they had DELETED TWICE.
