I ordered Feb 21st and the money was immediately paid. When inquiring about my delay, I was told due to "attending a spring festival". (in feb?) The next week brought crippling snow storms that stalled my package. Procrastination & marinating orders is no way to run a shipping department

Placed an order on February 14, 2025. The shipping ticket was prepared on the 15th. Contacted Customer Service on the 25th, still no package. first email response after 3rd email:
"Thanks for contacting us! We apologize for the wait. 🥲 I'm currently working through a high volume of emails from the Spring Festival holiday period and will make your email my priority.
We're deeply sorry that your previous email may have been sent to your spam folder.🥲Please don't worry, considering the condition, we'll directly arrange a new delivery for you. May I know if it's acceptable for you? If yes, please verify the address with us.
2nd reply: Thank you so much for your confirmation! We will arrange the delivery for you today and keep you updated once we receive the tracking code from the warehouse staff. 🥹 Of course, we will also continue monitoring the tracking for you. CRICKETS Then, on the 1st of March, I got this message: We haven’t heard from you in a few days and wanted to see if you still need assistance. If you do, simply reply to this email, and we’ll be happy to help! - Apparently, the continued emails that I have not received my order went on deaf ears. I see lots of nice reviews. I wonder if they paid for them. BEWARE

I am pleased with the assortment of product lines that you carry. I only wish the cost was more reasonable. This is a very expensive hobby. It causes me pause to get involved with selling items because cost of materials and being able to sell for a fair does not show promise.

I'm fairly new to resin art. Since I bought Let's Resin, UV and 1:1, less projects are going into the trash because it's higher quality. I will be a long-term customer.

Their resin,micas,specialty powders are very good quality. However the customer service was horrible. The first time I msg it took them over 15 hrs to respond and told me that they had jet lag and too tired to reply. This happened again on another occasion. twice! Inexcusable! They offer no single mica powders,no gifts or extras when you buy a large order,they think If you buy that much in resin you dont need any sticks or cup etc,when people buy in bulk they are trying to save money so help them with sticks and a few cups. Very inconsistent with their bottles and how they sell resin. Again their product are very good,but they are very lacking in customer sevice.
