Sent a dispatch email and did not dispatch my phone until a week later. Poor customer service.

Very good service and high quality

Earphones are bad but prices are cheap. I bought two of the same pair and I'm just gonna leave the second pair on the bus for someone else. It's not worth the trouble of trying to return them and they're not good enough to keep. I just keep getting bad luck after bad luck on buying a decent pair of earphones that are also cheap. There was this 25 euro pair of aukey earphones that were unreal for the price, but it looks like they're not making them anymore and nothing else compares. These were certainly a let down.

Google product and efficient delivery

The staff were very customer focused and helped me with getting a great deal on my Home internet as well i-phone 16 with Vodaphone. I would highly recomened this store to anyone.Rgds Rick

Fairly fast service. I did order before 1pm on Tuesday, which should have left my delivery arriving within the 2 day delivery period, it took 3 days. It's not really a deal breaker, but it might be to some.
The site is very transparent, optional extras are widely available, and reasonably priced.
Delighted with my purchase.

Excellent phones. Great value but more importantly customer service is second to none

ordered iPhone Se, good condition. delivery was fast. the phone was dirty and the packaging stinks. battery only lasts about a day. screen has three major scratches. speaker is noisy and crackly. not really good value for money at 180€.

I bought an Amazon Firestick from this business last December & it hasn't worked properly since i got it. I was in touch thru Ebay & he promised to come back with an answer. I was in touch with Amazon & they told me that it was under warranty, but that the reurn would have to be done by the seller. 2 weeks ago, he said he would be in touch. I'm still waiting. Avoid like the plague, if there is a problem.

I understand these phones are second hand and expect some scratches. The phone arrived and I've never seen a phone with so many scratches.
When advertising 'Good' quality phones i expect a lot better.
Really disappointed.

I bought the Apple EarPods with the lightning cable. They are okay , they do the job but it takes a few times for the connection to sync with your phone and the audio can be a bit cracked at times
