Ordered phone and delivered with 2 days

Got replacement screen and screen protector for my IPhone 13. Spent approx €115. Replacement screen cracked after less than a month. I did let the phone fall, but it cracked very easily and very badly.
Went back to Fonez, they told me my only option was to replace again, no discount offered. I accepted and replaced it again. Another €99.
Less than 2 weeks later, screen cracked again, and I did not let it fall. Went back to them. No acceptance whatsoever from the Manager that the screen could be faulty / poor quality. Basically did not believe me.
2 screens later and having spent over €200. Very poor quality screens and poorly handled customer service. Very dissatisfied. First time ever reporting a negative review online.

Scammers!!!!The worst customer service or acknowledgment of bad customer service I've ever witnessed!
Spent over 400 euro on a second hand Samsung 3 weeks ago, previous to that had the same phone since 2019. Asked them for a cover and screen cover as I planned to keep this for the same length of time, I was told they were out of glass covers but had started printing their own in house which were much stronger! I was also sold a cover in the guise that this would In fact protect my phone! The phone had a very slight fall which I barely heard it was so insignificant and the entire phone is not fit for purpose. Went into the store to the Dumb & Dumber act of a Manager duo who wouldnt know customer service if it came knocking on their vacuous heads. They even admitted the cover which they sold me wasn't of good quality ( before they realised it was their own, like I said not the brightest sparks God bless them) I was told to get lost that there was no way they would fix my screen , might do it for a slight discount but probably not. Hilarious they expected me to even part with another euro.
I've already advised 3 people who were going to purchase in Fonez against it and I will actively continue to do this!
Complete and utter cowboys! Stay well away from these fraudsters!
