Yh really happy with my phone . So delighted

During my holiday in Ireland, I bought a UK plug here, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at my accommodation. I went back to the shop and asked if I could exchange the plug for a power bank and pay the difference.

The retailer was incredibly understanding and agreed right away. To top it off, they even gave me a discount on the price difference! This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like.

If you are ever in Galway and have any issues with your smartphone or accessories, please visit FONEZ! Highly recommended!

The battery was not as expected, it said in the description 100% battery health! Other then that it’s great but battery is more like 80%

Very good online service and customer service phone was in excellent condition the only thing was the screen protector fitted before the phone was delivered wasn't great and could have been put on a bit better but other than that always great service and quality from fonez will continue to shop with them
