I bought the program, they provided me a license number, the license number did not work. I emailed them that the license number they provided did not work. I waited three weeks and contacted them again. They wanted scene shots. I provided screne shoots showing it did not work. The still have not replied. I have owned it a month and unable to use it. Requested a refund and still got no response on that. I recommend be aware they are no help and have no phone number to contact them.

Zum anderen handelt es sich bei dem Angebot 1 Monat um eine Abo Falle! Vorsicht!

Habe FonePaw heruntergeladen in der Hoffnung, eine verlorene Datei zurückzubekommen. Doch das Tool hat versagt, die Datei bleibt verloren.

Unless you're down to waste some money, I was so close to signing up but something told me to see some reviews first, I noticed it was suspicious initially when I tried it and realized it just restores files already on your phone which is ideally pointless cause you need your deleted files. Do not, we people need to help eachother from scammers

I bought their Andoid Data Backup and Restore and it did not completely restore my data so I contacted them. They replied that I needed to root my phone for the program to work properly. This will void my phone warranty and it is risky to perform this operation. After several emails to them asking for a refund, they keep telling me to root my phone each time.

Update 3/22/2022. It took three months to respond and they still did not address my problem. The problem is that you require me to root my phone which voids my warranty and I do not know how to do it. Your technical team has not addressed my issue. I still want a refund.

This is a very bad experience. Actually this is shocking how they are allow to provide this service. The reviews were right and the restore process ruined some of my pictures. Im waiting for a refund. im not going worry about i lost 27 pounds.

The only thing I was able to recover with this software from my lost photos was the photo thumbnails. I asked FonePaw for help and they requested some additional information to solve the issue. After some time, I asked what the situation was and I received the following response (30.4.

After passing the 30 days, I have asked multiple times what the situation is and I never received any response. I was shocked at how unprofessional a company this is.

Re: Android Backup and Restore software. While I had a number of difficulties along the way, I was successfully able to restore data on my phone after a factory reset.
- I was not pleased that the Free Download allows one to backup but not to restore. It is not clearly advertised as a trial version and that once you have backed up, if you need to restore from that you are effectively trapped into purchasing the software. I acknowledge that certainly this is my own responsibility to find out, but transparency about it would be nice.
- For several attempts I was not able to restore data back to my phone. The software would keep freezing and crashing when trying to check the files to restore. I finally figured out that if I selected just one category of files (e.g. Contacts, Messages, etc) at a time it was able to successfully recover, though some files did fail.
- To this point, support has not been helpful. Nearly 24hrs later with only an email indicating that my request has been received, a ticket created, and a link to view the ticket that says the page could not be found.

After seeing the reviews on here, I thought there was no hope, but I was able to succeed finally. The four stars is really just to help offset all the one star reviews. Three stars would probably be better.

Die Rückgabegarantie greift nur in den seltensten Fällen. Wollte eine Software umtauschen, konnte ich jedoch nicht.

Fazit: 50 Euro in den Sand gesetzt

This didn’t work for me, so I’m trying to uninstall it from my laptop. After 10 hours of my laptop being left alone, just trying to complete the uninstall. It hasn’t.

I’m very suspicious that this company is installing malware or suspicious stuff on my laptop since it won’t uninstall.

Everytime I try to open it, or uninstall it, my CPU % goes to 100 and my laptop has a meltdown.

Finger weg. Nach Systemupdate plötzlich nur noch Testaccount obwohl gerade die neue Rechnung bezahlt wurde. Support ist unterirdisch und antwortet nicht auf Frage.

I did EVENTUALLY after 3 weeks get a refund BUT it should not take 3 weeks and the software did not work. Dreadful company stay WELL CLEAR

Ich hatte im Vorfeld Kontakt mit Fonepaw aufgenommen, da ich die Screen-Recorder Software der Firma einige Tage auf einem Windows PC und im Anschluss dauerhaft auf einem Mac nutzen wollte. Da ein Nutzen der Lizenz auf beidem nicht möglich war sicherte der Support mir zu, dass ich den Windows Key nach einigen Tagen zurückgeben könnte und dann den eine Mac-Lizens nutzen könnte.

Nach 4 Tagen Windows Nutzung wandte ich mich dann an den „Support“ mit der Bitte des Tauschs bzw. der Erstattung des Keys. Es folgten jeweils im 2-3 Tages Rythmus kryptische Mails, dass an mir den Key Umtauschen könne. Weiteres zum Vorgehen oder ähnliches kam jedoch nicht.

Ich kann vor der Firma nur dringend abraten! Die Erfahrungen die ich mit dem Support gemacht habe sind katastrophal.
Im Moment warte ich bereits wieder fast 4 Tage auf eine Antwort…

I downloaded FonePaw Do Trans and first tried the free trial to transfer information from old android motorola phone to new android motorola phone. Followed instructions and at no time did FonePaw software recognize either phone. Bought full version and tried process again and met the same results. Use free data transfer that comes along with your phone, it is straight forward and you won't make the same mistake I did which was nothing but throwing good money down the drain. Useless product, don't waste your time or money on it and use the software on the your old/new phone.

2. Ergänzung: Der Support erklärt die Nichtbeantwortung und Verzögerung damit, dass ein Mitarbeiter gekündigt hat und der Nachfolger erst später kam. In der entstandenen Lücke kam es zu Verzögerungen.

Ergänzung: Nach Einstellung dieser Rezension (mit ursprünglich einem Stern) wurde meine Serviceanfrage plötzlich zügig bearbeitet und gelöst. Schade, dass es nicht sofort funktioniert. Tatsächlich musste ich eine andere Version des Programms aufspielen, welche mit der aktuellen iOs Version kompatibel ist. Die ursprüngliche Version zeigte jedoch an, dass keine Updates verfügbar wären. An dieser verwirrenden Falschmeldung arbeitet das Unternehmen laut dessen Auskunft. Ich kann Fotos jetzt wieder erfolgreich übertragen.

Fotos können nicht mehr übertragen werden. Der Customer support antwortet wochenlang nicht und was dann als Antwort kommt zeigt, dass noch nicht mal die Supportanfrage gelesen wurde: Entweder Verzögerungstaktik oder Sprachprobleme oder Dummheit.
Fazit: Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!!
