It’s been a month since my order was made. Was sent tracking info but has not updated . Called fms was told issue was resolved but still no tracking info don’t know what happened.

They did good
They did good. Dan from technical support is a good man and he worked with me. My package was unfortunately stolen off my front porch were still in the process of getting me a replacement, but they’re good people there at FMS.

FMS honors the sale price, tariffs and all
FMS put my concerns about the landed price to my door (Tariffs & Customs duties) to bed. I was told these are in the advertised sale price. And true to FMS’s words there were no hidden or additional charges.

ORDERS NOT FILLED
STILL NO replacement wheels that fell of the aircraft on it's premiere flight. For a beginner aircraft the landing gear is too flimsy and the hubs do not lock in place. One did, two did not. Replacement parts ordered and three weeks later NOTHING.
I want to order a larger warplane but not until FMS shows it can make good on replacement parts.

Great Products but bad shipping
You have great products BUT the only thing I have against your company is the $15.00 shipping fee for EVERYTHING! Even a $2.00 item. That is were you need to put your thinking caps on!

I asked a question, got a response. I replied and haven’t heard anything. I ordered parts on October 4th. Got part of it, requested the part that still has yet to ship be cancelled. I’m still waiting on a response.

Parts don’t line up
1. The parts would not like up properly.
2. The plastic parts broke off for the horizontal stabilizer.
3. The landing gear plastic part is cracked and is attached to the fuselage so you have to order a new fuselage.

Ordered replacement wing struts on Oct…
Ordered replacement wing struts on Oct 7th and today is the 28th. Got a notice yesterday (27 days) that they have finally shipped!!! Likely another 2 weeks to get here. Complete and total BS!
Found a .stl file on Thingverse so I'm going to get some 3d printed. Maybe I'll start selling them!

Good value,
I found the quality and workmanship of the 1700 FMS Super Cub unbeatable for the price point. The assembly was straight forward and fairly easy. The plane goes together fairly easily. I installed a spektrum 631+ receiver and the plane flies as well in as3x as in safe mode. It can be used as a trainer or for a more experienced pilot for aerobatics! I may change the wheels eventually as they are a little hard, but they do well on our dirt runway. Thank you providing such a high quality model for an affordable price when some planes are just out of the question for price. I highly recommend this plane for anyone wish a little experience in high wings, thank you FMS! Check cap'n Hardways RC channel fit videos.
