Flood Emergency Services Anmeldelser

They attended the same day we called them. The drying job was completed as engaged.

I had a very unwelcome flood in early June last year.
I was overseas at the time and needed immediate assistance in my 16th floor Appartment.
I was recommended FES to attend the job.
This company arrived and completed the job with speed and efficiency.
Alison and her team at FES financial services helped negotiate the insurance process with both patience and empathy in what was a long but achievable process.
I wish there were more Alison's in this world.!

FES are trustable, easy to deal with at all time. They are ready to assist at anytime when needed. The most important part was they came immediately when we’re in need them when we had flood whole house. We are forever grateful for their quick service, proper jobs . We are very happy with job they did for us in November 2025. The boys at the site were very polite, they explained us everything what we need to do and they finished the job smoothly and on time as per their advise.

Fantastic service, I was blown away by how quickly they arrived on scene, the technicians were lovely and set straight to work, as a result we had everything restored back to normal with no damage which I was extremely thankful for. Bill was exceptionally compassionate and reassuring when I called him with some questions, everyone person I spoke to and dealt with really went above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough!

FES came in a timely manner and had the water damage under control within a week.
The staff were helpful and friendly which made a distressful time an easier one.

I can’t thank Flood Emergency Services enough. They arrived promptly, were extremely reliable, and genuinely more than willing to help every step of the way. In a tough situation, they were calm, professional, and supportive. Excellent service from start to finish.

“We experienced a flood in our Perth apartment due to a burst hot water system just before Christmas, which was extremely stressful and no one knew what to do. FES responded to our online inquiry on Sunday almost immediately on and arrived within an hour to contain the damage. Their team was professional, efficient, and supportive both during the incident and afterward. Thanks to their work, we were able to enjoy a dry Christmas.”

The FES team were very quick to respond back to my 4am emergency call, with technicians getting to work a few hours in mitigating any furthers damage to my property due to an accidental flooding. The team provided very clear guidance on the end-to-end process and were very responsive toward any questions that I had throughout the process. Very friendly and professional.

This company came quickly, but thats all I'm impressed about, was told leave the payment and we'll sort it out with insurance company, well the itemised bill was like a fictional story, they want to charge $20,693 what a crock of you know what.

Immediate response despite the flooding incident being out of hours. Staff were friendly, polite, cheerful and reassuring in a stressful situation. Footprint of the staff and machines was very light with no mess left to attend to after they left.

Outstanding service from Caleb and the team at Flood Emergency Services.
From first contact through to completion, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Caleb took the time to explain the process, set realistic expectations, and made sure everything was handled efficiently with no unnecessary stress.
The team arrived when they said they would, worked methodically, and clearly knew their stuff. It was reassuring dealing with people who are calm, organised, and genuinely experienced in what can be a very stressful situation.
Highly recommend Flood Emergency Services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

FES saved me thousands of dollars by arriving on site within a timely manner to save the sub floor of every room in the house. Everyone that I spoke to at FES were very efficient, polite helpful and friendly right from the beginning to the very end !! I would definitely recommend them!!!

Excellent work done.
Thank you

FES and the team were great to deal with from start to finish.
Daniel ensured that our quote was substantial and helped as we didn’t have insurance. Was over within an hour or two (after 6pm) arrived after hours to set up equipment and helped move furniture.
Then the next morning asked if everything was working okay after set up, then again after 4 days.
Finally after 7 days all floors were completely dry, with no additional cleaning. The original carpet / foundation doesn’t need to repaired at all!! :,)

We are so appreciative, thank you again FES.

The team at FES helped our church to deal with moisture issues during the floods of May 2025. Their industrial dehumidifers and floor fans not only dried out our carpets, but also the timber flooring underneath. In the past we have had issues with our floor timbers warping due to high moisture content - but with the dehumidifiers, we noticed that our flooring didn't swell or warp.
It also helped us combat mould issues which was wonderful. It was amazing how much water the dehumidifers collected! They are very powerful machines.

I would like to start by saying that when a house pipe bursts, it’s crucial to invest in proper drying services to prevent mould growth. Without this step, you risk having to replace large parts of your home, which can end up costing far more than professional drying. Choosing FES Services was the best decision we made, they did an outstanding job from start to finish.

In our case, a sink pipe burst in the upstairs bathroom overnight and leaked for over five hours. By the time we discovered it, the water had reached knee level. Bill, the owner of FES, was incredibly kind and understanding over the phone while I was panicking about what to do. He calmly offered advice and helpful recommendations throughout the process. I’d also like to thank his team members, Josiah and Caleb, who were both very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Additionally, Adam, who came to install the fans and dehumidifiers, was wonderful to deal with. He worked quickly, explained the drying process clearly, and was happy to answer all our questions. Within just four days, our home was completely dry and back to safe moisture levels.

Thanks to FES, our family now has dry, safe floors without the risk of mould. I can’t recommend their services highly enough. They truly care about their clients and deliver excellent results.

What an incredible team! We reached out to them on a public holiday in panic, and they arrived in an hour. They immediately got to work, asking all the right questions and patiently answering mine—even the ones that probably didn’t need answering. Their calm and respectful approach really helped put me at ease.

They just got right into it – and move anything in the way – they were polite and when they were done, they cleaned and gave me detailed instructions on how long the drying will take and what to expect over the coming days. Highly recommended!!!

I’m incredibly grateful to Flood Emergency Services for their understanding and cooperation during what has been a very stressful time. Their empathy, professionalism, and dedication truly made a difference. I sincerely appreciate the time they took to support me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need.

This is the most unethical, dishonest company to deal with. Beware they overcharge by placing all their equipment in small rooms to charge maximum over 7 day period. They charge drying cost that could replace my entire flooring and carpet affective. Recommend to not use then at all!

The company was unpleasant to deal with. Refused to give a quote prior to work commencing, not even a ball park figure. Provided a long price list but would not indicate which items applied. On completion of work, they demanded our insurer's details. We asked for an invoice first, but despite emails and phone calls, this took 6 weeks to arrive. Very expensive for a minor job, exaggerated on invoice. Clearly predicated on ripping off insurance companies.
