Did what it says on the website. Very good and helpful advice.

Very quick delivery
Looks easy to use

I found staff and chat really helpful with mansplaining. Arrived next day. Would certainly use again

The pump and pipe came very quickly and look like they will do the job but have not tried them in anger yet

I have used this company three times so far and on each occasions I have been offered help and advice, which as an elderly pensioner, was very important to me.

I still struggle with understanding how to measure anything in metric terms. I was guided to purchase the right sizes of parts I needed.

Their delivery service is, as far as I am concerned, second to none! Order one (weekday) day, order is delivered the next!

Very quick and reliable service

ordered and paid for a new pump on next day delivery but was advised on day of delivery that something went wrong and so would be delivered the day after. wrote and requested a discount for the reason i then had to hire a pump and was told no discount as out of their hands. told it is now dispatched and so when it arrives send it back!

The information, help and the professional way you handled my order was 1st class. The pump arrived quickly and it works brilliantly. All in all it was a very good experience.

Tammy was very helpful. I was struggling to make the purchase online and she sorted it all for me. A very pleasant customer experience.
We received the pump the next working day, and having already used it twice, I can say that it is excellent.

I cannot express how pleased I am with this product. I was fortunate enough to see it advertised on YouTube, until then I had no knowledge of puddle pumps & their uses. I ordered the pump with hose on Tuesday, which included next day delivery via DHL and come Wednesday afternoon it was in operation. An absolute gem, very quiet and functions brilliantly. Top marks to FWP and Tammy & Liam who helped from the sales to get me the ideal product for my needs.

Easy to use site, prompt delivery at a competitive price.

The staff are most helpful and pleasant. I was given excellent guidance on equipment best suited to my needs, which came in below my stated budget. The commitment of “next day delivery” was fulfilled. I am confident I will receive good advice from this company in the future.

Fast and efficient value for money

The phone system was next to useless. I had to revert to email in order to ask questions prior to purchase and despite requesting a phone call I only got email replies which failed to comprehend my concerns.

Pump and hose arrived in just a couple of days, which was great as I really needed them. Easy to set up, worked first time. Impressive flow rate and gets the water right down to just a thin layer. Any air lock is easy to overcome.

Got the pump working for the first time this morning, seems to be moving the standing water ok! Will know more after it’s done it’s job.

Faced with a large body of water getting closer to my house I placed an order for a Honda WB20XT water pump late on Thursday afternoon. My new pump and hoses arrived first thing the following morning and were put to good use with the pump being simple to set up and start. The pump performed an excellent job and efficiently moved the lake out of my field into a drainage ditch. I did find a manufacturing fault in part of the lay flat hose which sprang a leak but this was not apparent until the hose was put into use and having informed FPS they’ve advised a replacement is being sent today. 100% positive experience, excellent company to deal with and the Honda pump is a joy to own.

Floodandwaterpumps have been very helpful in solving my problem with the “ kinked” outlet hose . Therefore I have upgraded my review! They were quick to respond , and keen to assist me .Many thanks, Paul.

Ordered on the 24th, delivered on the 25th...can't get any better than that.
