The service engineer arrived for the appointment on time. The service was carried out professionally and I was also given guidance on how to ensure that the MVHR system is working properly and efficiently.

Your operative carried out a thorough job of checking my MVHR installation and making recommendations, which I will now follow. He was polite and informative.

Technician Dexter was professional, on time and provided useful maintenance tips. Would recommend!

£185 service done in less than 20mins! Filters not changed even though this was included in the quote. Notified the company and after some discussion and me expressing my dissatisfaction they have rebooked another service with filter change for me. I will pay close attention to the work carried out when the engineer returns.

I had an old MVHR unit which was noisy and old and HRV were fantastic in responding to my query, suggesting a better alternative, which is incomparably better and quieter. Larry, the engineer, was superb during installation and even afterwards when I had a follow-up query, when he called me back quickly. Everyone at HRV has been just brilliant. Dexter was very thorough in servicing our Ventaxia system. He patiently explained everything to us - and cleaned up after himself! And very pleasant to deal with.
The company didn’t supply him with the right size of replacement filters -not his fault - so he’s getting them posted to us and showed us exactly how to replace them ourselves.

Ali was excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable. I have been living with a horrid noise and after his service, this has completely stopped and it’s now running smoothly. Thank you Ali for such good work.
