Items never arrived
I never received the items I bought, and I never received any shipping information. When I emailed them to ask why I had not gotten any shipping information nor the items after 7 days, they just said that I had failed to give them a Tax number??? I have never recived any request or message about sending a tax number?? I have never been requested to do this by any online company I have bought from earlier either, and let's just say, I am not new to online shopping.... When I answered them saying that I was never asked to provide a tax number, they said I had put in an invalid email and number, which I had not?? I even recived an order confirmation right after paying. Horrible customer service!!

Awful
Poor quality cases backed up by non-existent after sale service. Two corners of one case collapsed after three uses, no response to messages sent via Amazon. Wheels on largest size case too small, very unstable and do not turn well. One has now collapsed, like the smaller one, making it impossible to pull.

Customer Service appalling. They NEVER reply!
I purchased a set of cases which were delivered on 4th Dec 2022. On the 2x 30" large cases we ordered and received, the plastic brackets on the main handle on each case (same bracket on each case), were missing. I raised the issue with their customer service team (via email as there's no phone number to call) on the same day as the delivery. Despite 4x emails (yes 4x emails!!!) from me to their customer service team chasing for a solution.....we still have NO solution as I'm being ignored! It's now 6th Jan 2023...will I ever get a reply...?!?! POOR! POOR! POOR!

One Wheel Broken out . 2 More Broken But still hopfully until at Home in Place ( now taped as well ), we had to tape it Overall with Tank tape .
We are very Sad About the Cheap quality.and i can Not Hide , that i i am Angry About all Reports have now to be Done , Bagage Report claim with the dealer to geht the Money back .

Shocking quality
Shocking quality, purchased 4 cases and all wheels are buckled with weight of 19kg, I’ve had to buy new ones while away on holiday with them, do not buy, use Tripp or someone else

Horrible costumer service
Horrible costumer service. I bought a set of luggage that because of their mistake it’s been sent back to the company before being delivered to my house.
Now I’m trying to contact and sending emails to Flight Knight for a few days and simply no response.
I just want the luggage’s I ordered and paid to arrive In my home.
I’ve contacted them twice now
I’ve contacted them twice now, with no response to my faulty case only used once. Now have contacted Citizens Advice to investigate regarding getting a refund as not fit purpose. I’ll ask them to contact Trading Standards as well.
Good suitcase, slow delivery
Suitcase is good and arrived well packaged, however I picked this company as it said 1-2 day delivery as I was going on a flight. I ordered Monday around 7.30am and my suitcase arrived the following Monday afternoon - after I had taken the flight so pointless.

Ordered two bags to Finlad and everything worked perfectly! They came in less than two weeks and were just what I ordered, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Didn't survive first return flight.... :(
I bought my new case from FK a couple of weeks back just in time for my holiday. Loved the case but arrived home, after the return flight to find the corner of the case had collapsed whilst in transit/handling and was split and missing pieces, with the lining coming thru. After a few emails FK have promised my replacement case will arrive in a few days. I do hope so, and I do hope it survives my next trip abroad. If not, I shall be seeking a full refund. My previous luggage has lasted years and years of long haul flights. So to have a case not survive 2 5 hour flights is quite unbelievable. Very disappointing - i will update to say whether my replacement arrives and whether it survives my next trip
