Received malmanufactured suitcase; company ignoring emails and online form messages ...

So far it’s a good piece of luggage. Sturdy and it’s classy. Hopefully they do an extra large then I’ll be sorted

Ordered a cabin case, delayed delivery, only to find it was the wrong one, (their error), too big! Tried to rearrange delivery of correct case but not available! Trying to contact this company is virtually impossible. They have no phone number so you have to rely on completing a form online, which takes upto 48 hours for a response! Finally arranged a return via DPD, awaiting refund. If I only knew how much hassle this company would be, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them. Looking at reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. My advise-buy from someone else! 😡

I am absolutely blown away by the service I received from Flight Knight. Truly amazing & such a rarity in this day & age.
Chloe dealt with me via email & the issue I had regarding my case was resolved without any quibble or uncomfortable questioning.
They really do pride themselves on quality customer care.
The case is lovely & of great. quality. Being solid & well made.
I will definitely be using them again & would highly recommend, not only their service, but the quality of their product.

The suitcases arrived but alas that's where the excitement ended. Straight out of the box, the larger suitcase was missing a zipper handle and the medium case a "sticky" zipper struggling to move forwards and backwards. Wrote to Flight Knight but absolute silence. They appear to have no intention to resolve. Really poor customer service.

I think the word "experience" is a tad grandiose for describing the receipt of a small suitcase, wouldn't you agree?

Suffice it to say that I am pleased with your cleverly designed suitcase.

I was worried about my order from abroad, if I won't pay customs duty when the goods come from the UK and if the order will arrive at all. I didn't know the eshop. Everything is fine, I didn't pay any shipping or customs, I had the goods at home in a week. It's just a pity they don't have the same suitcase in stock in black, I would order another one.

This case is very sturdy and makes the most of every inch of space whilst meeting cabin baggage regulations. I love my purple one!

My purchase never arrived and despite several emails being sent I did not receive any reply and have had to go to my credit card company to re-coup the £65. Go elsewhere

I ordered 4 cases of which 3 were delivered.
I was charged for 4.
The delivery note confirmed 4 cases, The missing case had been circled by pen.
I could not call for help, the only contact was by email.
I received a reply within a couple of days.
A refund was given with no explanation as to why the case had not been dispatched.
Disappointed about this, but I understand human error does occur.

The suitcase zip isn't strong on the front. It split on the first use and not sure it will withstand future trips. I would not purchase again.

Ordered suitcase due to quick delivery times and given delivery message from DPD or whoever...2 days by delivery had to contact company to be told it was out of stock. Then had to pay more to get 1 day delivery from Amazon.

I am devastated when i order my cabin luggage it should be deliver in 2 days time. and it didn't arrive on time. I travel with out a hand luggage at all. It is really bad. I am not very happy with your service.

Ordered two cabin bags to two different addresses, neither arrived. E-mails not answered and no phone number (the one on PayPal doesn’t exist). Eventually got a refund through PayPal

I purchased two cases from flight knight and the two broke on the first ever use. I have been in contact with the company for over two months to request a refund for this purchase as it has a 5 year warranty. I sent photos as requested by them and they have been giving me the run around with the response that they could not find an ID number so I sent them the ID number on more than two occasions and have sent them numerous emails asking what is going to be done next and have received no reply from them whatsoever. Their cases are flimsy and have ripped and buckled with the wheel also coming off too on both times that I have bought from them. If you don't want to waste your money stay away from buying from them, because not only will you loose your money they will ignore you and also the fact that the case has a 5 year warranty obviously means nothing to them or the buyer if they refuse to get in contact with you to resolve the issue

Unfortunately after buying a set of 3 cases, and opening the box that they arrived in, the large case was damaged.
I did contact the company who did send me a replacement - which arrived but was also damaged, scratched and discoloured in places - obviously a shop window or display case and NOT a new case at all.
Despite emailing to try to get a replacement, so that I would finally have a new luggage set to use to travel, I have still heard nothing from them.
Very disappointed.
