I did A LOT of research to find a cabin bag that would pass the Ryan Air & Wizz Air regulations/restrictions.

I haven't tested it yet because my trip is in 23 days.

However, I am completely impressed with Flight Knight's shipping times. I expected that the order would arrive in 10-14 days. It took only TWO !!

As for the bag, the construction feels very sturdy. My only gripe is that the silver FlightKnight brand "insignia" that's imprinted on the front of the case makes it look a bit downmarket. Otherwise, I'm very happy so far.

I'll try to update my review after my trip (where I must fly on both of those low-cost airlines eeeekkkkk).

My second case bought from this company and yet another problem. Wouldn’t help with the first case that I had issues with due to warranty, so I let that go. The second case has wheels that don’t turn properly. It took my ages to get the correct correspondence from them and help in returning it. They have received it back on the 7th but I have not heard a thing. I need the replacement as I use it for work…. Very happy to sell but the after care is shocking. I am now going to take the matter further and will NOT buy from them again

Good service and Quick response

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Flight Knight.

I purchased two suitcases and used them for the first time on a flight. When I collected them, both cases were already damaged — one had significant scratches and the other had a broken wheel, making it impossible to use.

Given this happened on first use, I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable resolution. However, I was only offered a replacement for one case and a partial refund (first 15%, then 50%) for the other, which I do not feel reflects the fact that both items failed immediately.

Under UK consumer law, products should be of satisfactory quality and durable, which clearly isn’t the case here.

I have requested a full refund but have not received a satisfactory response.

Never order anything with This organisation. When the send us multiple damaged suitcases we had to pay to return them. Or we could get 30% back from the order. Actually we did not agree but sending them back would cost us allot of money. So we decided to get a partly refund. Now after writing them we don’t get any reply from them and we still did not get the refund.

So we are scammed

How can you send us damaged goods and we end up with all the cost to return them and don’t do what you promise to give a partly refund?

Bought a suitcase set from here and it was terrible quality, only used the large suitcase once for my holiday and the wheels broke off and the lock broke too was not able to use again after only one use, the smaller one wheels also broke after a few uses Wasted £150 I do not recommend this company at all they buy cheap suitcases from china and sell it on for double the price it is a massive scam!! You are better off finding a better quality brand for the same price or even cheaper.

From ordering to delivery was only 48 hours with updates from yourselves & your courier.
Quality of the product looks very good & time will tell with the ware & tear!!
It’s only a cardboard box I know, but I thought the quantity of the external box was poor and let the overall look of the product down.

Ordered suitcase through Debenhams and been sent CHARCOAL, when the invoice says ROSE.
Difficult to get a refund as have to email brand partners to request a refund and can’t to do it automatically on the website. Had no response since emailing them. Want a return label to send it back and get my refund but have had 0 contact about the issue.

Can't comment on the quality of the products as I'm yet to receive it but their customer service, while reasonable fast in replying are not great. Oh and the dispatch and delivery times stated on their website are a load of lies considering they don't actually dispatch orders on the day they say they do, at least those being delivered by royal mail anyway considering it was over 24 hours from receiving the tracking information until RM received it. Order here after being let down elsewhere with delivery and seems these cons do exactly the same.

Suitcase cracked within first two flights, both wheels of big suitcase unusable.

Fantastic cabin case. Absolutely love the colour choice made up with it even better than the photos. Will be perfect for what I need it for.

Registered a full warranty when receiving my three piece luggage set and needed to claim on it after a wheel came off on my largest suitcase. The process was SO easy, Flight Knight immediately sent me out a new large suitcase after I sent my warranty number and photos of the damage. Fast communication and dealings. Very impressed, thank you.

Terrible suitcases while looking decent do not stand the test of time or rigours of travel. They are not constructed well and break easily. The warranty that provided is next to worthless as the company do their level best to not accept any claims at all

I ordered a Large bubble suitcase and a black multi zone adaptor from Flight Knight having ordered from the Company previously, sorry but what a nightmare !!! when the package arrived the box had several cuts in it and when opened the only thing protecting the suitcase was a very thin plastic bag, it turns out that the suitcase it self was a black bubble one but was the medium size not the large and the adaptor was not the one I ordered. This meant that I then had to contact the Company which can only be done by email (no phone number could be found) to get these 2 items returned, fair play to their Customer service who did answer my emails of which it took 15 back and forth between us to get this sorted out and once returned they did issue a refund.
