My my purchase was on 29th of April, and the delivery was written from 2-5 days only! and supposedly to receive it maximum on the 5the of may. I extended my stay here in Greece 2 more days but yet didn’t receive my purchase! I’m leaving tonight and wish to return my money , i have send for support tilling that the delivery gives me more than what was written in your website several emails but didn’t not get any answer for the best action!!! now there are no one to receive my purchase. i was hoping to be a customer but the delivery was not as expected.
However, it is not worldwise delivery wich fine if it was with long time for delivery. hopfuly that you will receive my message and take an appropriate solution to it.

I bought a luggage box from this company in April on Amazon and had to return the box as it was smaller than the measurements and in real life. Returned the box and it arrived at theirs on 28th April and I’ve still not gotten a refund even though Amazon says I should have gotten my refund on 3rd May.

I’ve sent messages to them on Amazon and there’s been no response. The worst company ever

Site was easy to use and order. Case is perfect. Loads of room with perfect placement of straps and zips. The wheels are so smooth as well.

The delivery was super quick/efficient and the boxed are even more beautifully IRL.

I haven't actually used it yet, but Imve had a look at the suitcase and it seems the perfect size. It also got delivered the NEXT DAY! So it was really speedy delivery service. I recommend 👍

We took delivery of 3 cases. Unfortunately, the zip on one was faulty. I emailed to inform the company and they responded quickly asking me to send a video clip if the issue. I did so and they sent a replacement case straight away. Brilliant customer service!

They play games, they hide behind an old fashioned website that does not allow for mistakes. Impossible to modify an order nor cancel it. They make themselves unreachable when it suits them. No phone number to be found on their websites or in the white pages. They are not honest with unfair practices.

Great case, just what I was looking for. Ordered and came quickly 🙌

I've been trying to get in contact with customer service about my return parcel for almost 4 weeks now. Still haven't not an update.

According to DPD my parcel has been returned for a month already, still isn't processed and no updates from Flight Knight.

Wouldn't recommend ordering from this website.

Envoi au domicile très rapide. Valises seront testées prochainement sur un voyage en avion donc pas encore de retour à donner sur la résistance.

Ho ordinato un set di due trolley via Amazon..ne ho ricevuto uno solo! Ma il peggio è non ho MAI ricevuto riscontro alle mails che ho inviato per avere spiegazioni. Leggendo più a fondo le recensioni ho scoperto che un cliente francese ha ricevuto circa 10 giorni prima lo stesso trattamento: è un modus operandi? Deludenti.

Aggiornamento: sono stato ricontattato e mi è stata offerta una soluzione che mi ha finalmente soddisfatto. Grazie.

Aggiornamento del 27/02: dopo una settimana ancora NON RISPONDONO, non fanno proposte, non danno istruzioni. Vergognosi.

La valise a roulée à peine 3 ou 4 fous et une roulette cassée ! Ma fille leur a envoyé un.mail en Anglais pour plus de facilité !
Et bien aucune réponse !!
Quand à Amazon ils font la sourde oreille!
Franchement valise à 69 euros inutilisable dégoûtée

I had a faulty suitcase, and have now received a replacement. There was no quibbling about the issue, my word was accepted without question, and a new case was promptly dispatched without delay. I am very impressed with the customer service. Thankyou.

I bought the 'Highly Durable Premium Travel Suitcase ABS Hard Shell Carry on Check in Luggage (Medium & Cabin) and I am really pleased that all my family members liked it. I haven't still used it on a long tour but when I handled it it looked nice and really comfy. The ultra light material used in for making the suitcase is really nice as well.

I am really pleased with my purchase and wish Flight Knight all the best.

On January 27 (2023) I ordered Deluxe Cabin Suitcase Built-in Lock Lightweight Hard Shell Carry On Hand Luggage (COLOUR: SILVER).

January 30 I got email and information that "my order has been canceled”.

January 31 I sent you email with question "I would like to know why my order was cancelled?” but I still haven't received any answer. It’s 3.02 now.

This is really unprofessional…. I paid 455,91PLN but I only received 401,13PLN back. So I am losing 54PLN = 10,27GPB
In my opinion it's unfair behavior. Especially - on their website there was information about possible shipping to other countries in EU.

Can’t understand this situation.

I have been trying to contact this company for 14 days via their contact sheet on the website as they do not have a contact number and based on the poor service issues to date it is clear to see why they do not have a contact number!!. They provide a warranty, however when you make any attempt to even discuss how you would make a claim against same they go very quiet. Luggage damaged after one trip and simply trying to obtain info as to how we seek to claim against warranty...Poor Service all round and like previous reviewers, I will now be going to the ombudsman to seek assistance.

Suitcase was perfect until lock would not open on our return home

Broken wheel when I first got it. Reached out multiple times, but with no response. They claim they Get back to you within 24 hrs, in this case, it’s been a whole month of silence. If it can’t be shipped to you without it being broken? Imagine the damage that comes when you have a heavy baggage and travel with this, it will be totally broken. Low quality suitcase, low to absolutely non existing customer service.

Not even 1 star… do not purchases these suitcases!!
Mine has ripped at top, used twice and not worth the money. I’ve tried contacting them to get a refund or replacement. As I’ve had no reply after three emails I’ll be contact the ombudsman to seek advice getting this resolved.
