Got exactly what I paid for and delivery only took 5 days.

I ordered a suitcase set in july before my vacation this summer, sadly the largest luggage broke after just one flight. I immediately issued a complain and it was approved, and i was promised a new suitcase within 7 days.

Long story short, we are now in september and i still have not received my luggage replacement. Support does not answer me anymore, and i am very disappointed with this handling. Sadly i really liked the suitcases prior to this experience, but the handling of costumer complaints are not great. I would stay far away from this company.

Great size for a long werkend and cabin bag. Lightweight nd practical.

Actually ended up returning the suitcase I bought. Nothing wrong with it, just didn't realise it was very similar in size to a suitcase I had already and I'd wanted something smaller (hadn't taken into account the height of the 4 wheels on the one I was buying). Anyway, paid my own postage to send it back (as is standard). Was a little stressed about it because I've had to chase other companies for refunds and these guys seem a small outfit from their address. Checked in with customer service, they replied promptly. Got my refund in good time. So all good. Would buy from here again.

Received a damage 3-set that wouldent close all the way. I have contacted the support and a week later, still no answer!

Unfortunately we lost a wheel from one of our new cases whilst travelling, and couldn't source a replacement when we got home. Hard to wheel a full case on 3 wheels! Amaya at Flight Knight was so helpful and arranged a replacement case within hours and had it sent out. Just received it and couldn't be happier! thanks very much.

I have never felt so deceived. Before my order was shipped, I canceled it via email, but I received it anyway. On the day of receipt, I sent an email because I was missing information needed to return my luggage and get a refund. It's been two weeks and I haven't received any response. It seems like I've been scammed, as they make it impossible for me to return the product. They have no phone number and do not respond to emails. I advise everyone not to buy anything from here because you will feel completely scammed, and that is absolutely not pleasant. I bought new luggage elsewhere and will start my vacation with a terrible feeling because of this company!

Bought the case in Jan 2023 and it has been used infrequently since then. One of the wheels snapped off during my most recent trip which shocked me as clearly that shouldn't have happened.
I sent photos and the original invoice as requested and I am now being completely ignored by Flight Knight.
A really poor experience with a faulty product and no after sales service or care.

Best suitcases the wife and I have used. Lightweight, aesthetic, solid structure and far better TSA lock thah the standard. Well worth the cheese.

Recently bought one silver cabin and medium suitcases from Flight Knight. I already bought a medium suitcase from them and liked it so much I decided to buy from them again. The suitcases also comes with warranties. I find the product well made and price effective. I would recommend using this company
