Heated blankets... the best thing since...

The heated blankets are just about the best thing I bought in years - it has reduced the need to put on the heating tremendously and are extremely cosy - hence we have two to stop the fights over it 😉. There is a slight weakness in that the controls default if left under the blanket. However, the customer service received by far overcomes this!

Update (12 May 2025): I was contacted by Flight Knight after posting my review and quickly was able to agree a good resolution - a new suitcase. Hopefully it will be good for many journeys to come.

This was a new suitcase last year (2024) - not bought by me. It is the lightweight medium four wheel hold luggage. Looks good, but after one use the extendable handle became stiff and would not open fully. Then on my recent third trip, one of the wheels packed up just before leaving home (luckily I still had my old Trip suitcase). Not an issue I thought as I can surely source a replacement wheel unit (attached by four scews). But customer service were of limited help and could not provide me with a replacement wheel unit or tell me where to source one from. The case is effectively useless for travel. I recommend Trip luggage as an alternative. I have also just noticed the case is cracked near to one of the other wheels - that maybe just unlucky but it does add further concern as to how robust it is.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prime Brands Group UK. The quality of their products is shockingly low—my luggage broke after just five city trips, which is unacceptable for something meant to be durable.

Their service is just as bad. They list prices in CHF, creating the impression that they operate under Swiss consumer standards, but when issues arise, they hide behind UK laws and refuse to take responsibility. Their response to my complaint was dismissive, offering no real support or goodwill gesture like free shipping or a discount, which would have at least shown some commitment to customer satisfaction.

Clearly, this company does not care about customer happiness or building a good reputation. I will never buy from them again and would strongly advise others to stay away.

If your thinking these roll along on 4…

If your thinking these roll along on 4 wheels they dont. They won't. I bought 2 of these and neither of them will roll on 4 wheels which defeats the object of having 4 wheels. I would not buy anymore Flight Knight cases. i asked for help on customer services but they are not interested. Don't buy them. I have since bought another make which rolls along nicely.

Cabin 45x36x20cm Doesn't Fit in the Luggage gauge at the airport

I purchased a Flight knight World print small Cabin bag for EasyJet under the seat carry on which is included in the price of Easyjet flights.
It's a pretty looking case but my not worth the money as it doesn't serve it's purpose.
On my flight back from Turkey the Flight attendant asked me to use the size gauge at the airport to show if it fits. I was thinking well of course it will fit as the website advertised this as compatible for Easyjet flights. AHH WRONG... IT DID'NT FIT.
I was lucky the two ladies were busy talking and didn't notice that i couldn't get it in the gauge. I don't think i will be taking that risk again. So, thats £50 going up in my loft.

I had mixed experiences with Flight Knight. The suitcase I ordered was a good product, although they initially sent the wrong size. While one suitcase broke after a single flight and the replacement process was lengthy and disappointing, customer service did eventually resolve the issue. Another transaction went smoothly, with prompt refund processing after a return. Overall, the products are good, but their customer support and handling could be improved.

Ordered suitcase that was in stock

Ordered suitcase that was in stock, got confirmation. After one week I contacted customer support as it was not shipped and got a reply that they would look into it. Another 3-4 days passes by without any update. Contacting them again twice. Finally gets a response after a week that the item has been lost and that they had to look into it as the do not themselves physically ship the orders. They offered to reship or to give a refund. Refund recieved, so not too bad, but clearly needs to improve customer service.

Ryanair accepted size

It's the only suitcase with 4 wheels I found in the internet, size 40×25×20 cm, accepted by Ryanair. I ordered the golden one and I love it, it's a really unique, sweet, little suitcase.

Terrible wheels that don't last

Case is great but the wheels on all 3 we purchased are not working. Probably only been used on 3 holidays. Would be happy to buy spares but they don't offer this
