Great service and product

The goods look very good, but many of them are sold out.

Suitcase that I ordered came in high quality and very good looking. It only has one small problem with handle, but that was nothing major and it not caused any issues when using it. I reported that at Fligh Knight support and they solved the situation in 2 days. I recommend

Very quick and professional

Very happy with the product, very well made and exactly as on the website. Delivery was fast.

I have bought Flight Knight's suitcase before, which is lighter than other suitcases in the market. They are also constructed very well. Although hard shell, the material is flexible and therefore they withstand getting thrown about when getting transported in the luggage hauls in the airports. The item was despatched by Flight Knight promptly well packaged and hassle-free.

It was exactly what I saw in the photographs. Great quality! Very light! Quick delivery with no problems or delays.

Firstly, great item. Cute, compact and does the job! Secondly, there was a problem with one wheel after a year or so, so I contacted Customer Service where I received top-quality service: a replacement was sent out once the problem was explained when I only enquired about a part replacement. Definitely recommended and this service now ensures I will shop again with Flight Knight. Thank you for such a surprisingly positive experience of ongoing, customer care.

Wheel came off suitcase not much over 12 months old, in fact 20 days out of warranty. 1st email was a point blank refusal to help in any way despite me saying I was willing to pay for replacement wheels if they could advise where to buy from and subsequent emails have garnered no response whatsoever. What a shoddy way to deal with customers and also a shoddy product

I ordered a Silver set of cases and arrived in Black and in the invoice is written SILVER SET

I told FloghtKNight that the suitcase didn’t arrive. DPD posted a photo of the parcel but on somebody else’s porch. Flight knight said they would look into it but I’ve not heard anything since. Wondering if I will see my money back
Update 4/10/23 - had not heard from FlightKnight in a week and finally today an email to say that my parcel had been delivered to me - Of course it has NOT been delivered to me and if they had bothered to ask me they would know that. DPDs own paperwork confirms that they didnt deliver the parcel to me Have asked for a refund from Flight Knight but wondering if I will ever see my money again! NB - Flight Knight emails dont give a contact phone number so you can only email and wait for their ridiculous replies and even those take a week to arrive!
