We went on a land cruise organized by Gon Vega. It was mostly well organized, however we flew into LA at 1.30 in the morning and there was no room booked for us for the night/morning we flew in so we had to sit around until we could check in to a room. We were extremely tired after 12 hours of travel. The last day of our holiday we had to find out ourselves who was taking us to the airport as it wasn't written on our travel sheets that Gon had sent us.
However , apart from those two little hiccups, We had a fabulous time and Gon did an awesome job. I would definitely highly recommend him. He worked above and beyond his job and was very supportive and caring.

Kaylene helped us put together our round the world ticket. She made that easy and stress free
Part way through the trip I got sick and we had to come home early and urgently. Kaylene pulled out all the stops to make that happen. We really appreciate the early morning calls she did and how well the return trip came together. Thanks so much Kaylene

Jeffery Butt was the first consultant to call when I was comparing quotes for a two-week trip to Thailand, and his service was excellent from the first conversation. I emailed late in the day. He rang before close of business, said he would work on it first thing, and followed through. The next morning he called with a finished plan and walked me through every part of it so I knew exactly what I was getting. Fast, clear, and genuinely helpful.
He also explained Flight Centre’s pricing clearly, including their travel expert service fee, which made the quote easy to understand.
I originally contacted Flight Centre to compare against a trip I had already planned with another agency. Jeffery’s option was cheaper, but I did not want to unwind the whole itinerary and rebuild it at that stage. I regretted not going to Flight Centre first.
He never pressured me after I said I was booking elsewhere, and he still gave me useful tips for Thailand. When I book my next holiday, it will be through Jeffery.

Because they did not simply sell us tickets and forget about us. We were on a long trip (start of May until the end of August), and we both have health issues. So the bookings initially made were with our health needs in mind, and then during our trip they were constantly in contact making sure things were going as planned. So it felt we were being looked after the whole time, like a guardian angel. The booking process was easy, and at all times various options were explained with the pros and cons of each option.
