Courtenay at Barrington was extremely helpful with helping someone who is not very confident with making an online booking. She took care of all of the details and very patiently explained everything to me. She even took care of downloading the airline app on to my phone, and then explaining how to navigate my way around it
. She even said I could go back and see her any time if I had trouble with using the app.

First off I rang at 9am on a Monday morning and was greeted by a pleasant friendly voice which is always a good start. Tara the travel agent was very helpful and was able to organise the best available cabin on the cruise ship I wanted. She was patient while I looked through cabin numbers on the deck plans she sent me.Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Tina, who helped me book flights for my elderly parents. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
As my parents had to travel with insulin and had some specific requirements and questions regarding carrying medication on the flight, I had quite a few concerns about the journey.
