Flight Centre New Zealand Anmeldelser

We had a lovely young lady called Lydia who has been so patient with us and is doing an amazing job.

A trusted travel consultant, explained the options and prompt ticketing. Superb.

Brooke was really amazing I had tried to get tickets online and nothing went together with the times or days i wanted. I rang several of my friends and they all said go to Brooke Wanoa at the flight Centre Tauriko. Boy were they right she is really good at finding exactly what I wanted and alternatives, so I had a choice and lot better price than i had been able to find. She was absolutely wonderful in everything she did for me including all the follow up. I would recommend Brooke to everyone. I will certainly be back AAA+

Found kaci so good. She was very thouger and so quick with her response back to me. She was a pleasure to deal with. Ive dealt with flight centre before, and I have never had an issue. Hats off to all

Nicci was a wealth of help and information!
She took the time to listen to us and help us piece out our next trip.
We have never sat down with a travel agent at flight centre before and we are both blown away by how easy and enjoyable the experience was!

My travel agent Grace did a wonderful job, nothing too much for her and always professional and prompt on replying to my emails. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a helpful agent you can trust.

Grace was awesome, found out exactly, what we wanted and booked it for us. She took the time and was with us all the way. And answered our 'thousand questions'. Excellent service!!

Your assistant was curious, understanding and efficient.I was very pleased I decided to go to one of your outlets rather than on line. The personal interaction make everything easier and more enjoyable.

Being first time travellers to Rarotonga , we weren’t too sure about how the holiday would go. But we were very happy with our travel agent, Jeffery Butt’s, arrangements for us. A great time was had by us we loved it

Di has been absolutely amazing! As unsure as I was a couple of times, she managed to change a few things to suit me, and in such sufficient time! Amazing! So so grateful!

Nice professional people to deal with.

the contact with Grace was easy and straight forward .

Great stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Always going out of her way to help. Very personal and welcoming at all times.

Swapnil New lynn Branch great service. Goes the extra mile.

He provided a premium service from the first flight booking in 2025 looking for the best deal on long haul flight. Then in April 2026 needed to find an urgent flight back to Nigeria. No problems. In May after a terrible experience with Turkish Airlines, Swapnil could have left the service complete at that point of returning to NZ. But he didn't he contacted us, followed up, gave advice. Even if the outcome may have been no luggage, he always looked for solutions and support. Thankfully it was resolved.

Every experience with him has been done with the utmost professionalism and he is always looking out for the best deal possible.

Me and my husband are grateful for the extraordinary care he provides with a follow up and follow through approach. Amazing customer service.

friendly environment, staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help with bookings . Staff are great to deal with and keep you updated

Jordan was instrumental in planning our recent family trip to Australia. She took the time to understand our preferences and provided excellent activity recommendations that tailored the experience to our needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process effortless and resulted in a flawless holiday. We are extremely grateful for her outstanding service.

I dealt with Yvonne Unka in the Lambton Quay branch for the 2nd time now.
This was regarding a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland and a couple of other countries along the way there and back.
The flights, seat selection, payment and advice she offerd (through Fight Center) made my trip super easy.
She had great communication throughout
I will definitely contact her next time I need to travel and recommend her to other Travelers.

Very efficient. Communication was excellent throughout. The booking process was super easy.

Courtenay at Barrington was extremely helpful with helping someone who is not very confident with making an online booking. She took care of all of the details and very patiently explained everything to me. She even took care of downloading the airline app on to my phone, and then explaining how to navigate my way around it
. She even said I could go back and see her any time if I had trouble with using the app.
Really appreciate the help you gave me Courtenay!
