If I am allowed to give the negative rating, I will give a negative rating. Please be patient to read what happened to us. It is a true story. We were using Priceline to book a minivan from Carwiz Rent Car (also called FLEX RENT A CAR). The only reason we chose Carwiz Rent Car (also called FLEX RENT A CAR) is because of their cheaper price, but in the end we were fooled by them and we paid more than triple price than the price listed in Priceline. The minivan is in horrible condition. I have rented cars from other rental car companies and I never expected the rental car could be like this way. Many scratches and dents on the car and the right rear tire pressure were lower than safety level. I talked with the people from this rental car company and he just simply asked another person to pump some air into the tire. 30 minutes after we drove on highway, the tire pressure warning was on and we had to stop at gas station to pump the air into the tire again. On our trip, we pump air at least 10 times and the tire pressure was low every 30 minutes driving. It was a terrible experience. What makes the things even worse is that the first time when I pump gas into the car, the oil pump cover just fall out. Guess what, they charged me $300 for this damage. I provided my car insurance to the rental car company when I picked up the car. And they still charged on my credit card for this damage. I will never use priceline again or Carwiz. So, if you are thinking to rent a car from this company, read this review and please avoid at all cost. Rent a car from Avis, Enterprise or Hertz, save your headache. Like other reviewers said this company is a totally scam, and I don’t understand how they are still in business.

I had rented a car for 4 days. Communion very poor as there is no answer to my email also no answer on the phone number provided. Company is not able to use a credit car as a security without embosed details/numbers so all new credit/debit cards are not accepted. Had to pay additional 570zl to be able to rent the car. For my email complaining that I am not able to use my details to log in there was no reply. Horrible experience

After sending multiple emails I am still not able to log in to see the paperwork. Apparently it's meant to be protected with driving licence details but it does not work.

Nie polecam. Twierdza, ze ubezpieczenie wykupione przez Rynair nie działa- trzeba kupić u nich, inaczej każda rysa na samochodzie będzie policzona przy zwrocie. Ubezpieczenie dodatkowe wykupione- na szczęście płacone karta kredytowa…
Po wejściu na pokład samolotu, ktory byl opóźniony, dostałam wiadomość z banku, ze ktos próbuje zrobic zakupy przez internet moja kartą. Bank kartę zablokował, ponieważ podano zly adres 3 razy. Firma Flex Wroclaw stwierdziła, ze to nie u nich. Samochód jest ok, nie ma dodatkowych opłat. Po napisaniu do centrali Fleks z prosba o wyjaśnienie (z załączonym potwierdzeniem z banku, ze proba płatności była z Flex) odpisano mi po tygodniu, ze probowano ściągać £112.90 bez mojej wiedzy, ponieważ w samochodzie bylo przewożone zwierze…( dostali to info z Wrocławia) … bzdura jakich malo! Unikac za wszelką cene, bo to co teoretycznie zaoszczedzisz na wynajmie, zaplacisz w podwojnym ubezpieczeniu, dodatkowych opłatach za nic, lub bez twojej wiedzy użyją numery twojej karty. Fatalne doświadczenie i wstyd dla wrocławskiego lotniska.

Ps. Samochod byl uzywany zgodnie z regulaminem, a zadne zwierze nie bylo przewozone. Zwierzeta gubia siersc, ktora transferuje się na ubraniu. W regulaminie nie ma wzmianki, o zakazie wizyt u kogos kto ma psy. Ponadto, sierść mogla byc tylko na przednim siedzeniu kierowcy, wiec idąc waszym tokiem myślenia mogliscie jeszcze mnie obciazyc, za to ze „ zwierze prowadzilo pojazd”!
Ktorko mowiac, szukacie możliwości jak dodatkowo obciazyc klienta i to robicie.

Vorsicht die größte Abzocke! Auto war nicht da . Ich sollte für ein größeres Fahrzeug viel Geld dazu bezahlen. Die unfreundliche und inkompetente Kundenmitarbeiter ! Typisch polnische Abzocke! Finger weg von dieser Firma !

Sono dei truffatori, arrogante ho prenotato una macchina C3 con "chilometri ilimitado" (DyI 104357060) dal 25/03/24 al 27/03/24 a (39€) per prendere alla (Flex to go rent) del Aeroporto di Cracovia, ho preso per andare a Leopoli a prendere una persona, al Confine Polacco/Ucraino NON mi hanno fatto passare, dicendomi che quel documento della assicurazione Non bastavano per entrare, sono tornato a Flex to go di Cracovia il 26/03 e ho detto al ragazzo che (NON SONO RIUSCITO ENTRARE IN UCRAINA) Lui mi dice che in Ucraina non si può andare, ho detto ok, per favore Controlla la macchina che è in (PERFETTA CONDIZIONE) ma purtroppo il serbatoio è con (quasi 1/2 pieno) (ho fatto le foto) e sono andato via...Il 29/03 mi sono trovato da (ADDEBITARE 2.306€) sulla Carta Visa, sfondando il mio limite di 1.600€ e mi trovo la CARTA BLOCCATA, SENZA SOLDI fuori dell'Italia e quasi 2.000 chilometri da casa, distruggendo le mie ferie, mio Conto, soldi literalmente Rubati da un semplice lavoratore, una azione che mi ha causato un danno enorme io sto andando a fare denuncia alla Polizia, ma so che queste grandi Aziende se la cavano bene, 2.306€ per una Azienda non sono niente, per le mie condizioni si...NON HO CAUSATO NESSUN DANNO...DARMI I MIEI SOLDI!!

This company works really fast, qualitative and they care about the clients. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely rent a car with them next time.

This is a very bad company and I regret I had not read the reviews before I hired a car from them. The first surprise was at the reception desk in the airport in Krakow. I was to told that I had to return a clean car (inside and outside) which I found almost impossible to achieve because of the weather and muddy roads. I did have to clean the car and I returned it completely clean. However, the report they sent is laughable - allegedly there is one "minimal scratch" at the back of the car and a "tiny fragment of paint chipped off" somewhere at the front. I have asked for the photographs as I am certain there was no damage. I am afraid that, judging by other people's review they will try to charge me for this made up "damage". Other rental companies are not much more expensive or even have the same low prices (I have checked recently) so this is not worth all the stress and hassle , especially if you ned a car just for the weekend as I did.

Absolutely the worst car rental company at Nuremburg Airport. Rented for 6 days over the Xmas break 2023. First surprise, an 800 Euros deposit - was lucky to get it all back. Car rental agreement was sent via email and was received after the trip. It was 39 pages long. It required a password to access. I never received the PW. Car was new which was great. Returning the car was another surprise. At NUR, the car had a full tank and was washed before drop-off. Arrived before 9 pm, but no one was there to inspect. All turned out ok. However, I recently received a 50 Euro charge to my credit card for forwarding my confidential information to a 3rd-party almost 2 months after the rental period. It's a total scam and I am disputing the charge. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

Oplichters. Willen niet aan het begin en aan het eind de auto controleren met klant erbij. Resulteert in belachelijke schoonmaak kosten van achterbank die we niet eens gebruikt hebben. Boete is hoger dan autohuur. Klantenservice reageert alleen dat het op het formulier staat. Schande voor uitstraling van bedrijf en land. Klantenservice verschuilt zich achter formulieren en regels en vooral dat deze vrij ter inzage zijn en vooraf bekend. Dat personeel gewoon dingen verzint en mensen oplicht komt niet aan de orde. Gewoon oplichting

Wypożyczyłam auto z Poznaia ,pan Mikołaj bardzo miła i pomocan osoba ..Bez problemu oddalm auto tak jak było w regulaminem protokół mialm za dwie godziny a pieniądze za kaucję po 12 h ..Polecam ta firmę..

Flex to go Krakow, to najwiekszy naciagacz na rynki jakiego spotkaliamy! 23.02 oddalismy samochód w obecności pracownika. Żartował w glupi sposób czy zdjęcia rys i stłuczeń mamy?. Partner zapalil papierosa na parkingu a "pan odbierający" w niegrzeczny sposób stwierdził że... Zastanowi sie czy nie policzyć kary za palenie!?
No ale nic, partner auto oddal zdenerwowany stwierdził że to próba naciągnięcia na ubezpieczenie kolejnym razem.
Jakie zdziwienie nasze było gdy po wyjściu z samolotu dostaliśmy maila z informacją że: ze auto zdane zostało brudne i porysowane w systemie drop-off czyli bezobsługowy a co za tym idzie, bez podpisu na protokole....
Nie dość ze jest to proba wyłudzenia depozytu to jeszcze za pomocą oszustwa!
Abstrakcyjna jest również extra umowa z cennikiem, dostarczana na maila juz po opuszczeniu parkingu.
Sprawa jest w toku, ale juz robiłam research i z opinii innych .... Chodzi o przetrzymanie depozytu. Napiszę jak skończyła sie sprawa.

I had a very positive experience renting a vehicle from Flex. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. I was pleased to see that the vehicle I rented was well-maintained and in excellent condition, which added to my overall satisfaction.

Communication with the Polish agent was easy and smooth, and I was impressed with their level of English proficiency. The agent was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

The only downside was that the price was higher than the competition, which was a bit disappointing. However, given the quality of service and the condition of the vehicle, I felt that it was worth it in the end.

Overall, I would highly recommend Flex to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. Their customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a positive rental experience are second to none.

I have been renting a car once a month from Flex. The service has been exceptional. The company is big enough to enable me to drop the car off at various airport locations throughout Poland. It must be mentioned that the staff are multilingual, so booking is easy with very little fuss. Kasia in rhe Gdansk office is amazing. Polite, friendly and very professional.

I rented a car in Poland in January, a country that rains and snows, we had to walk in the rain with the snow melting, the car was in a yard covered in mud snow and was the last, we got our clothes and shoes dirty and when we got into the car it also got dirt inside, a car with non original tires that caused the car to leave the track after 100 km, the car was returned with a normally dirty interior and outside, now the want to charge me around US$ 60.00 the interior is dirty, I paid to rent a car and if it is in a country whit these, and the rental company’s obligation to wash the car inside and out is not my !!
I will certainly never rent from this company again

I rented a car fron this Company some weeks ago. Very positive experience, considering both the easily mode to rent the car and also the customer service was really responsivness ti solve my doubts.
I recommend this Company.

Nie był to mój pierwszy wynajem w tej firmie, lecz kolejny na przełomie kilku miesięcy pobytu w Polsce - a dokładnie zmiana auta i przedłużenie o kolejne tygodnie. Przy wynajmie otrzymałem auto niedomyte, mocne zabłocenia lewej jak i prawej strony. Poprosiłem operatora o wykonanie zdjęć stanu auta, zrobil pare fotek ale jak sie pozniej okazalo nigdy nie umieścił ich w dokumentach wynajmu.
Przy zwrocie zostałem obciążony za zarysowania dokładnie w miejscach brudnych i pomimo tłumaczenia z odbierającym o pozyskanie zdjęć z przed wynajmu nie otrzymałem ich a wręcz zostałem stanowczo poinformowany że to moja wina o braku dokumentacji. Jak również że powinienem brać ich ubezpieczenie (pomimo ze mam takowe w karcie kredytowej) to za nic bym nie odpowiadał - typowy trik naciągania klienta - a jak mam z tym problem to powinienem skorzystać z innych wypożyczalni.
I z ta sugestia pracownika udalem sie do innej wypożyczalni
za co ogromnie dziękuję Bo tam bez żadnej extra kaucji i ubezpieczenia kontynuowałem wynajmy - polecam sprawdzić przed rezerwacja

Absolute joke! Second time taking the car from them and without the screen washer and old window wipers. Now it was winter and I couldnt see a thing on the motorway! And imagine this, I have paid 49 eur for the 8 days of renting the car, and they have charged me 58eur for returning car dirty, it is a WINTER!! AND WE ARE IN POLAND NOT DUBAI, the costs probably are max 20 eur, no, they took 250pln. Absolute rubbish of the company, in Krakow airport there is always nobody to inspect the car or even any person at the rental desk! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, pay 10-15eur more but get proper guys. In the winter time they expect you to bring spotless car when it is wet snow and roads full of sand. Robbing company!!
