Moja przygoda z Flex To Go w Gdansku trwa od dluzszego czasu. Obsługa miła, kompetentna, pozytywnie nastawiona na klienta. Ani razu nie miałam problemu z zamówieniem i odbiorem samochodu. Zamawiam samochód przez maila, przylatuje i odbieram samochód. Nie oszczędzam na pełnym ubezpieczeniu więc czuję się zabezpieczona w każdym zakresie. Serdecznie polecam aby osoby które zamierzają korzystać z wynajmu samochodu przeczytali regulamin ze zrozumieniem a dopiero mieli pretensje do wszystkich i wszystkiego.
Dziękuję firmie Flex To Go za miłą przygodę.

Firma ciągle naciaga na ubezpieczenie, w moim wypadku pociągnęli się do wykreowania nieistniejącej rysy na samochodzie który zwróciłem nienaruszony. Teraz widzę, że próbują przykrywać niepochlepbe opinie zapewne zakupionymi pozytywami. Ufff, nie przystoi takie postępowanie w bogatym i rozwiniętym kraju jak Polska. Naprawdę takie firmy powinny odejść w niepamięć.

Avoid this company at all costs. They rob you at the very earliest opportunity, they will have no issue leaving you stranded, they will attempt to make you pay an extortionate rate to claim the service you have already paid.
All the hallmarks of a corruption racket.

We rented cars from them on two occasions from Rzeszów airport in 2023 and 2024. In 2023, there was extensive conversations (which were very unclear) as they tries to sell us extra insurance for which we did not actually need it.
In 2024, we rented from them again and it was all good, normal rental and the car and value was good. On returning the car to the airport it was clean. Obviously we had used it for a week but it was the same as I would return any car to any rental company in other countries and it was in the same condition as I returned it the previous year. No issues. I drove the car into the designated are parking area in the airport and parked it.
An email was sent after I retuned with pentalties totalling 80€ covering cleaning of the car and no parking ticket. There should have been a sticker on the dashboard clearly stating that the parking ticket was to be left in the car. I did not know this had to be done. The only way the car could have been any cleaner would have been to get it valeted. This charge was not fair. I questioned the charges by email and an automated reply said a response would be sent within 14 days. The money was taken from my account and no one ever contacted me to discuss the issue. This was rude and disrespectful.

Avoid at all cost! Go to panek , enterprise, hertz or any other. I have booked car through skyscanner like i do always and when i got to the desk they refused my credit card unless i pay £320 extra because my fist name wasn't fully displayed was as an initial like M Smith instead of Matthew Smith, but charging more wasn't a problem for them, bunch of jokers they are i was going to be regular customer but not any more i will use any other company and i know they don't make any problems like flex to go

La peggiore compagnia di noleggio con la quale ho avuto a che fare.
Auto prenotata con la loro app, arrivati allo sportello dell'aereoporto di Vaesavia l'addetto (estramememente scortese e quasi contento della situazione) ci comunica che non hanno auto e che la nostra prenotazione è cancellata. Chiediamo spiegazioni, ma non riceviamo nessun tipo di assistenza. Abbiamo prenotare presso un' altra compagnia con relativi costi aggiuntivi.

Pan Kondrat był wyjątkowo nieuprzejmy, sprawiał wrażenie, że cieszy go zaistniała sytuacja. Odmówił nam wydania auta, ponieważ się spóźniłyśmy 3 minuty na odbiór samochodu. Nigdzie u pośrednik nie było wzmianki o tym, że na odbiór auta mamy tylko 1 godzinę.
Nie polecam. Omijające tą wypożyczenie szerokim łukiem.
Ta sytuacja oczywiście wygenerowała u nas dodatkowe ogromne koszty i bardzo dużo niepotrzebnego stresu na początku wakacji.
Jeszcze raz nie polecam!!!

Omijajcie z daleka. Początkowo są najtańsi, ale końcowy rachunek przebije najdroższe oferty. W Poznaniu otrzymałem samochód nieposprzatany oraz cały porysowany. Pracownik nie poszedł ze mną na parking tylko dał do podpisu protokół wydania , który oczywiście mówił, że auto jest w idealnym stanie. Musiałem zrobić zdjęcia oraz wrócić do biura by to wszystko wyjaśnić. Okazało się, że podpisanego protokołu nie da się zmienić i traciłem czas by pisać maile z wyjaśnieniem do działu reklamacji, który odpowiedzial po miesiącu. Nie wspomnę już o tym, że miesiąc wcześniej zostałem obciążony kosztami sprzątania auta w którym był kurz i kilka papierków. Wydanie brudnego auta nie łączy się z kara dla firmy czy upustem dla wynajmującego. Żenada. Naciągacze i tyle. Dodatkowe ubezpieczenia w super cenach oferowane przez ludzi w biurze są 3 razy droższe niż bezpośrednio kupione przez np Discovery cars. Lista zarzutów jest długa...ale nie będę już więcej tracił na nich czasu.

I wanted to share my experience with your services.
Firstly, when I logged in to Kayak to search for a car rental, I was redirected to VIP Cars instead of being connected directly to Flex To Go. Typically, I rent directly from car rental websites such as Enterprise, Europcar, Panek, Odkryj Auto, etc. However, this time I decided to try something new, and unfortunately, I deeply regret this decision.
When booking through VIP Cars, I chose to purchase insurance coverage, assuming it was linked to the main car rental system. However, when I arrived at the airport, the salesperson offered me additional coverage. I explained that I had already purchased coverage, but I was informed that the new coverage was better. Assuming the previous coverage would be canceled, I agreed to the new policy.
Unfortunately, the initial coverage was not canceled, and I ended up with two separate insurance policies. At first, I thought the £12 payment I made to VIP Cars was just an administrative fee, but upon checking my credit card statement, I realized I had been charged £110 for the new insurance.
Secondly, I had to cross the border briefly (about 30 minutes) to pick up my child from a bike tour. Now, I have received a letter stating that I need to pay 1,250 PLN for this trip. No one informed me of these potential charges, even though I mentioned to the representative that I was heading to Szklarska Poręba, which is very close to the border. Although I tried to avoid crossing the border, I had to do so to pick up my child after the tour from Poland to the Czech Republic.
Someone should have made me aware of these charges, especially given the proximity to the Polish mountains where borders can be crossed unintentionally.
My question is, can something be done to improve transparency or better cooperate with the platforms you use to make customers aware of what they are purchasing and any potential charges they might incur? This is what I would consider honest customer service. I've never had issues with Enterprise, Panek, or other car rental companies, even when booking through Booking.com. In those cases, the companies informed me of any existing insurance and recommended that I book directly with them in the future. That’s what I call customer service.

Długi czas oczekiwania, naciąganie na koszty!!!
Na początek długi czas oczekiwania na rozmowę o wydanie samochodu ( bo każdemu pewnie trzeba wcisnąć informacje o dodatkowych kosztach). UWAGA, okazuje się, że jeżeli posiadacie kartę debetową a nie kredytową to naciągają na swoje " ubezpieczenie" które kosztuje ponad 800 zł!!! Samochód zostaje wydany bez oglądnięcia wcześniej pojazdu i bez wglądu w protokół szkód, który przychodzi na kolejny dzień. Oczywiście w protokole szkód żadne zarysowanie nie jest ujęte, a potem jest próba naciągnięcia że ty zrobiłeś tą szkodę, dlatego warto dokładnie robić zdjęcia przy odbiorze! Nigdy więcej tej wypożyczalni!!!

Są tragiczni. Wyłudzają pieniądze od niewinnych ludzi tak jak widać w opiniach.
1) Dali samochód brudny. Umyslismy go bo był tak brudny że aż niemiło i zwróciliśmy czysty. Dalej twierdzą że brudny. Jest ewidencja przy odebraniu i po oddaniu.
2) Samochód był uszkodzony w wielu miejscach co jest udokumentowane na telefonie przy odbiorze. Twierdzą że oddaliśmy samochód uszkodzony. Nie ma nowych uszkodzen tak jak udokumentowalismy na telefonie
3) Nie do uwierzenia jest że każdy klient który wystawił tutaj opinie ma podobny problem i firma nadal istnieje.

Typical car rental company… Read! You’ve been warned
This is your typical car rental company that offers you great rates until you show up at the counter and suddenly there’s additional charges for everything. So very dishonest because they know they’ve got you when you show up.
Months after my rental they’re still making excuses to charge me money but it takes weeks to get a reply from them for an explanation. For instance, they made it impossible for me not to buy some upgraded policy that covered all possible expenses (even though I had already purchased additional insurance with my booking). Months later, I was charged a fee to disclose my information because of a supposed traffic infraction. When I asked for proof from them that this fee was in the documents I signed and wasn’t in fact covered by the ridiculous policy they had me purchase it took another month + to get a generic response.
I honestly don’t think they care about repeat customers, their company motto must be to get as much from you the first time and do this to as many people as possible before they fold.
And before they come back and say this fee was my fault because I had an infraction, I will say that my experience from the second I got to the counter seemed very much like a scam. So many undisclosed fees and circumstances, and again, at that point they’ve got you and they know it. Ended up paying almost 300€ for an initial rental of 60€
I almost never post negative reviews but this company is dishonest, their practices are dishonest and they have no customer service. When you send them an email they even tell you it will be weeks before you can expect to get a reply - who does that? By that time it’s too late to argue.
They’ve got your card and they’ll keep looking for excuses to make money off of you with no means to protest .
Will have to change my bank details just to avoid any contact with this scamming company again. I wouldn’t be surprised if they only use the car rental business as a cover for something else… especially since their customer service is laughably non existent.
Will absolutely never use this company gain. Not with so many choices all of which I have never experienced this level of service and dishonesty. It’s disgusting.
Don’t believe me? Look at their overall rating. You only have yourself to blame, just like me, if you book with this company.
Also, to the company, please don’t insult me by responding to my review, especially not with your customer service complaints email address. I already tried this and got no response. If you wait long enough to answer chances are people will just move on. Good strategy on your part, don’t pretend to care.
Update: After their reply to my comments, I will add that I was told there would be no further costs because I had to pay a ridiculous amount to cover my rental (under pressure), some VIP coverage. When informed I would be charged further, I asked the company to show me proof of this language but since they don't respond to emails I never received this. I guess they feel they have no legal obligation to provide these details, they can just charge you what they want. They just charge you because I guess they think they can months later. Please note to company I changed my account just so you do not have access to steal from me any further. I honestly feel like I have been scammed even though I know they are an actually company. Good luck if anyone chooses to rent from them after all the advice and warnings you've been given.

I paid online around 200euro for 5 days, once I was in Gdansk office to pick up the car The said that I need to pay 400 euro more
The problem is that I was already stressed have 2 kids a lot of baggage and I had no other choice.
Plus I get another car not the one that I booked and they told me that that is the only alternativ that I have, if I do not want to pay the extra 400 euro then I will not get a car and not the 200 euro that I already paid.
The communication was really bad, the guy do not speak good English.
They even Force me to pay for the fuel tank fuel in advance instead of leaving the car back with full fuel so 6 days costed for me 750 euro.
They even said that I will get back 150 euro once I leave that car back but off course that was a lie, no one was in the office so I left the keys in a box that they have outside the office
Read reviews before you book a car, this company is absolutely one of the worst.

Two bad experiences
Two bad experiences. Last year in Warsaw was forced into buying insurance after my credit card (Amex) was not accepted. This year in Poznan I was forced into paying for full insurance as their terms have changed in the small print to require drivers from outside the EU to have an international driving licence. Neither policy was highlighted, but hidden in the small print, a business practice not unique to FlexRent but that is nonetheless insidious and exploitative. No fault of the staff on the desk.

I booked the car using booking.com, and at our surprise, when we arrived in Poland, they managed to charge me an additional £240. They reject my American Express credit card, since my “full” name was not on it, I try to dispute this as my credit card as my name and signature in the back of the card, which I presented with my passport as a matter of reference. Even the terms and conditions send me through the website doesn’t said the credit card had to be on full name and abbreviations will not accept it.
They are merely a scam of a company.

Terrible Experience:
I rented a car from Flex To Go at Cologne Airport from 10 to 12 May 2024. The payment had already been made online a few days before and, upon my arrival, I specified to the reception staff that I had already paid, also showing a photo of the receipt via email. Despite this, once the rental had taken place, I found a second charge on the credit card I had used for the fuel deposit (which I had then returned to half the tank).
I immediately contacted Flex To Go via email to request a refund for the unauthorized charge, but to date, two weeks later, I have still not received a response.
Considering this behavior unacceptable:
Lack of communication: No response to my refund emails.
Unauthorized Charges: Charging your credit card without consent.
Poor customer service: No assistance or resolution of the problem.
**I strongly advise against Flex To Go for car rental.**
I suggest turning to more reliable and transparent companies.
In addition to this review, I will also consider:
File an official complaint with the consumer protection authority.
Sharing my negative experience on social media and travel forums.
I hope my review can help other users avoid similar experiences.

Do not rent with Flex to go. This company charged me for a damage I didn't cause. They provided unclear pictures (done in a garage with flashlight), so I contacted them repetitively by email asking to send better ones and explain to me what was the damage, but they never replied.
When checking in at the desk, the person was looking bored and proposed high "insurance" fees (90 or 120 Euros), which makes no sense for a weekend. It is also the first time I see a company asking the car to be totally cleaned.
You better pay a bit more for a safer and friendlier company.
