Purtroppo ho affittato un'auto presso questa compagnia a Monaco. Arrivato all'aeroporto mi rendo conto che la compagnia è inesistente e non ha un desk. Mi dicono di chiamare un numero e che mi sarebbero venuti a prendere. Aspetto un'ora al freddo nonostante avessi dato un'ora precisa dell'arrivo. Quindi al io appuntamento arrivo in grave ritardo.
Mi portano in un paesino sperduto fuori Monaco dove c'è un gabbiotto con le auto parcheggiate. Il personale è polacco e non parla tedesco ma un pessimo inglese.
Due giorni dopo aver consegnato la vettura, oltre al costo dell'affitto, mi prelevano altri 500 euro!!!!!!
Cerco disperatamente di mettermi in contatto, ma al telefono non risponde nessuno!!! Chiamo gli autisti indiani e mi appendono il telefono in faccia.
Giocano chiaramente nel tenersi il deposito e spariscono.

My również zostaliśmy oszukani przez tą wypożyczalnie. Dobrze by było stworzyć grupę na której można byłoby zebrać grupę chętnych do pozwu zbiorowego przeciwko tym oszustą.

Złodziejska firma! Ostrzegam. Obciążają kartę klienta za fikcyjne uszkodzenia. Wielokrotnie korzystałem z usług wypożyczeń w wielu innych firmach i nigdy nie spotkałem się z takim złodziejstwem. Przywita was ultra miły pan Kamil...a po dwóch dniach od zwrotu dostaniecie protokół szkody której nie zrobiliście.

Nie polecam Flex Wrocław lotnisko. Odbierając auto dostałem informację że auto muszę oddać czyste bo kara za to 250pln. Odbierając auto jakież było moje zdziwienie że auto jest brudne w środku i na zewnątrz . Po rozmowie z biurem kazano mi oddać takie jakie biorę żeby nie było gorzej . Porobiłem fotki auta i rysę na zderzaku która nie była zaznaczona w protokole i wysłałem na stronę customer flex . Auto oddawałem 11-01-2025 po umyciu na myjce 400metrów koło lotniska i porobienia nowych zdjęć zostawiłem auto na parkingu Flex. Moje zdziwienie było jak przyszedł protokół zdania że auto zostało pozostawione brudne . Po wylądowaniu odpisałem że auto zostawiłem czyste i załączyłem fotki , ale jak się spodziewałem bez odzewu to zostało . Dzisiaj t.j.15-01-2025 wysłano mi fakturę na kwotę 2873.83PLN za rysę na czarnym zderzaku .Po rozmowie telefonicznej i przekazaniu informacji że rysa była i zdjęcia zostały wysłane otrzymałem informację że jeżeli tak to on to sprawdzi a że auto odebrałem brudne a w protokole jest czyste i że zostawiłem czyste a w protokole jest brudne to Pan mnie poinformował że tak musi być bo oni muszą mieć podkładkę umycia. Ja tego nie ogarniam ale może jestem mniej rozwinięty niż Panowie z Fle x-a. To tak odbierasz brudne masz oddać czyste i bez rys które były a są stwierdzone po 4-ech dniach po oddaniu!!!!! Gorzej być nie może. Może taką firmą zajmą się odpowiednie instytucje? Ja dalej czekam na odpowiedz i jestem już po rozmowie z prawnikiem.

Don't be fooled by their low prices. The last thing you want is to arrive at your destination at 11:30 pm with family and to be told that there is not a car available where you booked and fully paid a few weeks earlier.

I so wish i had read these review before renting. Ive literally rented all over the world and ive never had an experience like this where the hire company obviously tries every means to steal money off you

I should have been warned. Hired a car on one day. They claimed that the car wasn't ready and offered no alternative when we got there. They were so rude about it we decided to leave it

Made a decision to come back the following day.

That was a mistake

Hired the car. Cheap rate. I think it was like £10 for two days or something silly

As they say there is no such thing as a free lunch

Went off on our merry way. Encountered snow on our trip. Dropped the car back. The guy told us he was going to check the car over.

We waited. Depending on what country you hire in the check over could last from 10 seconds (usa) to a couple of minutes (europe)

Ten minutes in he was still in full scoping mode. It was like the car was being searched for bombs. Ive never seen such a thorough examination.

He went over it once. With some sort of torch. On top. On the side. Under. Left. Right. Up down. Then he started again. And went over. Then again.

It was almost like he had found nothing. So he would try again to see if he would find something

Twenty (yes twenty) minutes later. He finished. And explained to us that there wad a miniscule scratch on the inside of the door that we may be liable for.

The fact is we never parked our car near any other cars so we knew that this scratch was not made by us.

Then he dropped the bomb. The car was dirty so they were going to charge us to clean it

With all due respect, we had just come out of a snowstorm. The car was bound to be dirty.

Every car i have hired is washed straight after the hire. Its pretty standard stuff. It literally would have been sorted with a 5 minute standard wash. No big deal.

Anyway they told me they would send me information via email on the fees

One week later i got the note from them. They were going to charge me over £100 to clean my car

Absolute jokers

Wrote back to them to complain but never heard back from them of course

Would have given them nil point but your rating scale doesn't go down that low

Unless you like being ripped off, I’d advise all of you to stay well clear of these charlatans

Mi hanno sottratto dal mio conto il mese sucessivo dopo aver riconsegnato l' auto IN PERFETTE CONDIZIONI E CON VERBALE IN ORDINE , DOPO DUE MESI MI CHIEDONO 1470 EURO DI DANNI.

Dostałam dwie klasy lepszy samochód niż zamówiłem.Mila i szybka obsługa na lotnisku w Rzesziwie gorąco polecam.Wcześniej korzystałem z wypożyczalni Panek,ale w porównaniu z Flex to go to porażka.

Ich hatte ein Auto für 66€ für Dienstag-Freitag gebucht, welches ich am Münchner Flughafen abholen wollte.
Leider kann man einen Grenzübertritt nur nach der Buchung anfragen. Die Antwort auf meine Anfrage hat einige Tage gedauert. Im Anschluss wurde mir für den Grenzübertritt ins Land Schweiz 100€ zzgl. berechnet.
Ich finde einen Aufschlag von mehr als 100% des Automietpreises sehr dreist und eine Geldmacherei. Bei guten Anbietern, wie Sixt oder Starcar hätte ich dafür nur 20€ (rd. 4,20/Tag) - egal wie viele Grenzübertritte ich habe - bezahlt. Leider muss ich nun die Anmietung stornieren und weiß nun nicht, wie ich an mein Ziel komme.

Zostałem bezczelnie okradziony ,sfałszowali moja rezerwację, godzinę odbioru , i oddania ,ZLODZIEJSKI PROCEDER , samochodu nie dostałem wogole i pieniędzy oczywiście też, nadają się do prokuratora à nie do okradania jawnie turystów
MAM NADZIEJE ZE w końcu trafi się ktoś kto tych oszustów rozliczy

Unikać i omijać z daleka …. Kompletnie niefachowa obsługa , arogancja i zero podejścia do klienta jakby łaskę robili … radzę iść okienko obok gdzie wszystko poszło łatwiej i przyjemniej

I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. They are dishonest, unclear, and extremely rude! They tried to blame me for damages that were already there when I rented the car. It’s obvious they don’t properly document the condition of their vehicles, and when you try to explain, the staff doesn’t listen and treats you like it’s your fault.

The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude, showing no respect for their customers. They seem more interested in scamming people than providing a decent service. If you value your money and time, avoid this company at all costs. Worst car rental experience ever!

Tragedia. Oszuści. Jesli chcesz zaplacic extra za coś za co nie powinieneś to wypożyczalnia od nich auto.

Chciałbym przestrzec wszystkich przed wypożyczalnią samochodów Flex To Go – to kompletna porażka! Wciąż pobierają pieniądze za rzekome uszkodzenia, które absolutnie nie powstały podczas naszego użytkowania samochodu. Odebraliśmy pojazd z brudnymi fotelami, a teraz żądają od nas zapłaty za „czyszczenie”. To samo dotyczy rysy na wewnętrznej stronie drzwi – nie zrobiliśmy jej, ale niestety nie mieliśmy zdjęcia, więc uznali, że to nasza wina. Gdziekolwiek nie zrobiliśmy dokumentacji, automatycznie przypisują winę klientowi. To ewidentne naciąganie i zwykłe oszustwo!

Na maile nie odpisują, chyba że po to, żeby informować o kolejnym pobraniu pieniędzy z naszego konta. To skandal, że takie firmy nadal funkcjonują na rynku – mam nadzieję, że ktoś w końcu zainteresuje się ich działalnością i pociągnie ich do odpowiedzialności. Jeśli nie chcecie stracić pieniędzy i nerwów, unikajcie Flex To Go szerokim łukiem!

Extremely terrible company that forces additional payments. They lure you in with very competitive reservation prices, but on-site, they impose an extra "insurance" fee of nearly 400 euros. The quality of customer service is also shockingly poor, with rude comments from the staff. Clearly, other customers face the same issue, as when I mentioned that I’d booked rentals in multiple European countries without ever experiencing such problems, they immediately started quoting law and regulations. Total scam.

Auto czyste, zatankowane, może trochę mało płynu do spryskiwaczy-ale to banał.
Wynająłem auto przez pośrednika z ubezpieczeniem zwrotu/zwolnienia z kosztów jeśli dojdzie do jakiegoś zdarzenia. Dodatkowo wymagana kaucja 900euro z karty kredytowej.
Na miejscu zostało mi zaproponowane firmowe ubezpieczenie, zwalniające mnie z jakichkolwiek dodatkowych kosztów przy wypadku/uszkodzeniu/innych oraz nie trzeba było płacić żadnej kaucji (dla mnie bajka)-oczywiście dodatkowy koszt, ale jeśli weźmie się pod uwagę, że jeśli coś się wydarzy, to kolejne stresy związane z tym, że za naprawę trzeba najpierw zapłacić, a później ubiegać się o zwrot przegrały w walce ze spokojem umysłu podczas wynajmu.
Jeśli przez pośrednika, to nie bierz ubezpieczenia od pośrednika. Skontaktuj się bezpośrednio z flexrent.pl Poznań Ławica, a na pewno będziesz zadowolony.

Odnośnie godziny odbioru samochodu i zasady spóźnienia o więcej niż 1h - nie widziałem tego w regulaminie, ale dobrze jest podać w informacji numer swojego lotu co będzie skutkowało tym, że flexToGo sprawdzi czy masz opóźnienie i nie zrobi Ci problemu z odbiorem auta po więcej niż 1h spóźnienia.
Dodatkowo, zawsze możesz skontaktować się z biurem i ich poinformować o spóźnieniu.
Wiem, dziwna zasada, bo auto dla Ciebie i tak jest już podstawione i gotowe.
Możesz z nimi walczyć i się wkur...ć
(..wia../..za.. <- sam wybierz) lub zwyczajnie zagrać w tą grę ;)

!!! Never again, they cheat everyone! Unfortunately I had to give one star to be able to write the review. Car booked in advance via Ryan Air and paid with insurance etc. At the counter when I picked up the car they wanted an extra €212 from me for fully comprehensive insurance. Of course, they didn't accept my credit card and forced the most expensive insurance on me. When I returned the vehicle, they wanted to hold me liable for damage that had already been done when we received the vehicle (although we had already taken pictures as evidence when we picked it up). They justified it by saying that they only wanted to document it for the next customer and we would have been liable for it! Hands off the shop!!!

Do not book with them. We had a misunderstanding with the card and "miraculously" it could be solved with an additional insurance that they offer you paying 270€ more. We tried to cancel the reservation and make a new one, since it was going to be cheaper but they wouldn't let us. They also gave us a car of a different category. They make you start your trip in the worst way

Absolute awful experience. If possible I would like to give 0 stars instead of 1.
They're criminals. Their business model is to offer extreme cheap rental rates and once you return the car they make up damages and all kinds of other ridiculous claims. An absolute rip-off.
If you can't avoid dealing with them make sure to check the car with one of their employees.
