Esperienza inaccettabile, una vera truffa.
Avevo effettuato una prenotazione tramite Booking.com per un’auto a noleggio. Una volta arrivato all’aeroporto di Memmingen, l’operatore della compagnia di noleggio ha dichiarato che il mio voucher non era valido e mi ha costretto a firmare un nuovo contratto, redatto solo in tedesco, con la minaccia che, in caso contrario, avrebbero bloccato 1.600 euro sulla mia carta di credito per sei mesi.
Mi trovavo in una situazione di evidente difficoltà, con due bambini al seguito, e hanno approfittato della confusione e dello stress per impormi condizioni inaccettabili.
Come se non bastasse, si sono rifiutati di accettare la mia carta di credito aziendale, sostenendo che non rientrava nella loro “policy”, informazione mai comunicata in fase di prenotazione.
Al mio ritorno, nonostante mi fosse stato detto che l’ufficio sarebbe stato aperto, era completamente deserto. Sono stato costretto a riconsegnare le chiavi a una donna delle pulizie, che si è improvvisata “responsabile” senza fornire alcuna ricevuta o conferma.
Oggi ricevo, sempre in tedesco, una lettera in cui mi si chiede di firmare una dichiarazione per un presunto incidente che non è mai accaduto.
Sto già agendo per vie legali, ma ciò che trovo davvero grave è che Booking.com continui a collaborare con operatori del genere, che adottano pratiche scorrette, se non apertamente fraudolente.
Forcing to pay extra expensive insurance.
I've rented car in Gdansk Airport and was forced to purchase very expensive full insurance because staff did not like my new HSBC credit card. It lacked embossed numbers, new card. However it was OK to use same card to pay for insurance !!!! Its simply theft !! Never again

Uwaga! Odmawiają uznania ważnych kart kredytowych i w ten sposób wyłudzają opłatę za ubezpieczenie. Oszuści, którzy nie szanują klientów. Skandaliczna i bezczelna obsługa we Wrocławiu. Dodatkowo – niedziałająca infolinia, gdyby komuś przyszło do głowy próbować rozwiązać sprawę na miejscu przez telefon z "centralą". Trzymajcie się z daleka od tych złodziei.

Auto goed ! Maar bij inleveren mededing dat de auto vies was ! Via Rentalcars alles afgekocht en dit was volgens de medewerker de kleine letters die ervoor zorgde dat ik waarschijnlijk moet betalen om de auto te laten wassen. Hij kon er niets aan doen dat beoordeelde het HK in Warschau. Jammer nog nooit meegemaakt en heb al heel wat auto’s gehuurd via Rentalcars zonder problemen !

SCAM WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!!!! How this scam works , they will book the car for cheap price like £10-20 a week . They will luir you in for super cheap price . Staff is trained to trick you . They will never give you the car for the agreed price but find a fault in your credit card , Driving license etc . Then they will ask for huge amount . Now you dont have a option . In my case i knew the scam because i am experienced traveler.I refused them to pay and Walked to few desks away and took the car from Car net . Be care full guys . £10 -20 a week cars doesn't exist in this world . In many cases they will block the huge amount and will never refund or charge you lot more cleaning . I have reported them to Ryanair to remove them from thier web page . Use a reputed company and read the terms in smart print

90 € charge for fuel although returned as taken over
When we took over the car the fuell tank was only about 2/3 filled up and some cable were dangling from the dash board. We informed the staff and someone fixed the cables. We were told we can return the car with the same fuel level at no cost, which we did. After about 4 weeks, 90 Euro were taken from my credit card. An email with a picture of the fuel status at the take over time was never answered. Still open if I will ever get my money back...
My advise: Take ANY rental company but NOT flexrent.

Disappointment
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Flex Rent, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Despite having over 7 years of driving experience, I was denied a vehicle rental simply because my driving licence had been reissued due to an address change. The staff, specifically Julia Leonik, claimed that my licence needed to be older than 12 months to be valid for rental, which was completely misleading and unreasonable.
When I attempted to address my concerns with Julia, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told to send an email as she had been working there for 6 years and was not willing to escalate the issue further. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I will not be returning to Flex Rent and would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you value transparency and respectful customer service.
Rented a car from them in Münich
Rented a car from them in Münich. They charged us for damages already on the car when we got it. Allso they chaged us for a missing first aid kit, a warning triangle and a handbook for the car. These items was not in the car when we got it. STAY AWAY!!!

Niestety nie można napisać opinii bez żadnej gwiazdki, gdyż ta dziadowska firma nie zasługuje na nic jak tylko olanie ciepłym moczem.
Tried Flexrent several times at Krakow Airport
Used Flexrent four times at Krakow Airport. One time it worked very smooth. Once the car needed to be picked up somewhere else - so I needed to book at a different agency. Twice there was always something, like I couldn't pay with my wife's credit card and THEN if I wanted to pay with my card I had to choose the "regular" car deal (which is much more expensive than Hertz, Avis and such). And of course, if you don't read the terms&conditions - you need to have the car professinally cleaned inside and outside prior to parking it at their dedicated spot. If not, they'll take your deposit... Avoid this company.

I rented a car from Flex To Go / Flexrent- Warsaw Airport, and they deducted £525.06 from my deposit for a so-called missing key blade, which was never there when I received the keys.
I did not lose the key blade – I simply never got it. When I picked up the car, the key seemed complete, and I had no reason to suspect anything. Now, the company is trying to blame me and charge me for something that was missing from the start.
This is a clear scam and an attempt to overcharge customers. After contacting them, they failed to provide any proof that the key blade was included in the first place. They are demanding money without any justification!
If anyone else has been scammed by Flex To Go, immediately file a chargeback with your bank and report them to consumer protection authorities!
NEVER use Flex To Go - Utterly Shocking car rental company
Shocking car rental company. We paid in advance for the car rental but unfortunately did not read the small print which requires your credit card to be embossed and not printed. I explained that all new cards are printed but he wouldn't accept that. The only way they would accept our printed card is if we paid for their full insurance excess which amounted to over £200. I wish I had read their reviews before booking with them. I have never come across a rental company like this and I have been renting cars regularly for the past 40 years! Utter disgrace

I booked this car 3 weeks in advance for when I visit my family in the UK from where I live in Miami. Upon boarding the flight to London, they cancelled the car booking and gave no reason!! No other car provided leaving me stranded at Heathrow with no car. Nobody answered the number provided. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

A Polish company that gives Poland a bad name! Two weeks after returning the car I received an invoice over 800 Euro for a small scratch on the bumper. Looking at the previous recorded damage, I dread to think how much money they made from this scheme - without ever repairing a single one of them. Probably paid off every single car in the fleet by now. They need to be reported to the authorities. And in any case: avoid, avoid, avoid!
