I ordered my Flaskie over a week ago and still haven’t received it or received a delivery dates for it

Still haven't received my bottle and you charge £5 shipping

the flask arrived dirty. I wrote complaining and as yet have been ignored . Certainly wouldn't buy again.

I ordered a flask 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived maybe this is because of the brexit but I ordered the flask for my vacation so I could have cold drinks now I’m on that vacation without the flask

Holds the beverage cold, but the thermometer doesn’t show the right temperature. And it have a funky smell.

Also habe 2 Flaschen gekauft einmal die „Smart Flask“ mit 500ml und die „Plus Smart Flask“ mit 1100ml.

Die Bezahlung lief problemlos über Paypal und die Artikel waren nach knapp 2 Wochen bei mir.

Zu den Flaschen selber:
Beide halten die Getränke hervorragend warm/kalt.
Der Sensor für die Temperaturen funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bei der größeren Flasche muss man diese nur sehr fest zudrehen, da sie sonst nicht dicht ist, aber das ist ja nicht das Problem.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen das für den Preis das Produkt auf jedenfall was taugt.

Bought one an the cap didn’t work at all an a new one was shipped out but didn’t come

Still haven't gotten the flask yet.
There is no information on your order.
Like a track or trace or something.
Nothing at all.

Bought item 5Jun and haven’t received any information that bottle is on the way,tryed to contact in email but also no response so now I’m little concerned 🤔

To start of with it takes a couple weeks for it to arrive but they are worth the wait. I'm very scaptical when companies claim to keep liquids cold/hot for a certain period of time but I kid you not "flaskie" are not kidding around. Firstly I have the 1500ml plus smart flask, I brought it fishing with coffee in, not sh**ing around 8 hours later I was still burning my tongue. Secondly with the heat wave we had ( June 2021 ) I used it for work ( I'm a bus driver ) I filled half with ice cubes the rest with squash, 48 hours later ( not joking ) it was like drinking ice water. I mean dunking your head in an alaskin lake in the middle of winter type cold. The 1500ml is great for picnics / camping /fishing etc but is very bulky for general use get the smaller one for work or out and about

Great cup to keep cold drinks or hot drinks.

I just ordered the Flaskie Plus Smart Flask and I really like it. Good and fast Customer Support. Delivery was about ~4 Weeks because I live in Germany and because of problems with Royal Mail. Standard delivery is round about ~10 working days. Thanks Flaskie!

After being told at purchase the shipping was Royal Mail 48 tracked I was disappointed when 2 weeks later I still hadn't received anything. After speaking to someone their end they ensured me it would be on the way soon, another week goes by and then I got a txt telling me it had been dispatched on the 16th of May with tracking Info which was useless and the tracking was never updated. Over a week later the flask arrived and I can't use it as it has such a strong chemical smell that it affects whatever drink is in there. Absolutely vile! Very disappointed

I ordered the bottle but I never got a confirmation email that I ordered it and it still hasn't been delivered after a month.
