I ordered about 10 days ago with Express and it doesnt come. I Think its a scam. And you cant travl youre order. And it does not give any information. Så bad! If it not come soon i wil say its a scam

Ordered the series 2 black flaskie
Arrived in just 5 days and it is amazing so far. Probably not the best use for my money but definitely one that makes me happy. With some ice cubes my self made soda beverages last for a whole day!

After some trouble with the delivery (Which was not the fault of Flaskie, but the German Post), the Support really tried to help and in the end, i got my Flaskie with just a little delay.
The product itself is great. I am using it to keep my drinks warm for Uni, which works great. Drinks are kept hot, the temperature display is a great feature and the overall Quality is really a pleasure.
I can just praise the Support and the Company, you are really doing a great job!

I ordered more then two weeks ago, the customer service keeps saying they’re going to ship my order but i stil haven’t recieved anything. Yet the product still shows as available on their website, even though they can’t deliver it.

I haven't even received the flask yet, I ordered it on the 28th Sep, its now 12th Sep and i still haven't received the flask.

AMAZING! I made my coffee at 7:30am and it was still piping hot by 11:30! I love how it tells me the temperature

The item came after a week and I was surprised to see the box mouldy and dirty.
The item doesn’t work as advertised and hardly keeps your tea warm for an hour

The digital lid has a mind of its own and I decided to return the product

The telephone number on their website does not exist and they did not reply to any of my emails

When I eventually sent a message to say I’ll post on social media the CEO replied back :

“We cannot accept returns for items due to COVID-19. Sorry.

Please do as you wish”

Received my flaskie today, many days too late. With an empty battery, and its almost impossible to change the battery without breaking and scratch the whole bottle.

Absolutely love my flask! Thank you so much! It’s such a gorgeous colour too!

Arrived 9 days after it should have, The temperature led if faulty and not very accurate and it leaks, Worse £25 I've spent
