So, you might find your question being answered by the person that designed your plan, or researched the science that led to a recommendation you've asked about, or our CEO or COO if something hasn't quite gone to plan. Amazing Insight
Since receiving my results at the end of June I have adopted all of the actions from my recommendations and have seen amazing results. My whole body composition has changed, I eat more than ever and I know that I am protecting myself as much as I can for the future. I can't tell you how insightful the results have been, and although they seemed overwhelming at first, once you focus on the actions and decide what is most important for you to focus on, you can slowly implement changes that you know will 100% help YOU! It has been one year since I sent my samples and despite chasing I have had no feedback from the company with anything.
I would avoid at all costs based on the experience I have had.

Great value! Once your DNA is read, you’ll get a weekly report spotlighting a new gene tendency from your report! The fitness DNA analysis is also great value. You can use this information to tailor your workouts to your body’s natural strengths. For instance, perhaps you are not a power athlete or sprinter; you’ll know to focus instead on endurance. I highly recommend this Fitness Genes DNA testing.

Great value for useful health data
They provide me a great scientific approach to health and wellness. It explains why certain health approaches work for others and not for me. It allows me to optimize my routine for maximum benefit with less of the inconveniences. I love that they provide value by providing updates weekly with the initial purchase price.

Quick, efficient customer service
I had a query about whether workouts have to be gym based for certain plans. I got a reply very quickly, detailing what plans involve what, and alternative exercise options for ones that would traditionally involve the gym.

Great reports, website and recipes! Workout plans need more variety
Explanation of reports is very detailed and scientific yet easily understandable, user friendly website and creative recipes! Some of the work outs could be more varied like giving options of exercices in case you struggle with form or prefer not to do the same thing for months. Maybe give insight on trending movements and studies that blow up in the online fitness community
