I have found the regular reports that FitnessGenes send are fantastic and insightful.

This information is very useful
This information is very useful, especially at this stage in my life where I am preparing my body to have a child at some point in the near future.
I have also discovered health issues through general blood work with my doctor and these results have provided me with clarity as to why some things may be happening

My Report suggests if I am looking to gain muscle mass that I should focus on a slower eccentrics than concentrics. How true that turned out to be! My gains were starting to show a few weeks after I took on this advice.

Amazing insight at your likely gene expression
I have a family history of high cholesterol and fitness genes across had already identified that as a potential issue. Combine that with a fair insulin resistant and a lack of zinc in my diet, zinc helps insulin sensitivity
They have identified numerous other things I've been working with the Dr on. Simply amazing insight and very helpful of getting a idea of what will work for you based on your genetic markers and how they might express themselves by your lifestyle choices. !

Absolutely incredible insights
Absolutely incredible insights that give you real detail about your genetics and the things I can do to improve (and also why some things are easy or harder for me to achieve compared to the rest of the population. I especially love the new insights that come through each month and new discoveries are made. I have really learned about myself and that gives me the very best chance of achieving my fitness aims. I uploaded my own DNA data from an Ancestry export, which make the small investment in Fitness Genes incredible value!

Clear information and great insight…
Clear information that gives immediate insight into health and training improvements. We are not all built quite the same and this highlights some areas. Very comprehensive - a lot of information received for the money. Would welcome further bolt on options perhaps for other testing that was additionally medical e g testosterone or actual PSA perhaps.

When I had to change the way I worked out I looked around for various regimens but there were always something missing or something that did not fit, and then I started to read abt DNA. I tried three different options and the one that figured it all out was FitnessGenes. They checked all the boxes: Yes, I have always been an avid endurance athlete. Yes, I have struggled with lifting weights (and FG gave me an approach that worked wonders). And yes, lactic acid has always been my Achilles heal. Also, I have always been better off running the engine on plant based stuff. It made it easy to figure out the kind of approach that suits me. In short: Kudos, FitnessGenes!

The results seem to be very accurate…
The results seem to be very accurate and I already do lots of the actions suggested, especially regarding diet. But it’s good to know I’m on the right track.
I think the only improvement would be a more specific work out plan. As my results seem to be saying I need to do every form of exercise possible….
