This is an excellent way to create a bespoke fitness and dietary plan for life to maximise your physical and mental potential. I would recommend it for everyone. Customer service is good. The results are complex but they presented in a thoughtful way so that you see what is the significance of your variant, what action you should take but also gives you context and perspective of your unique genetic profile relative to everyone else.

Is ok, doesn't tell me much things which are important. The advice it does give is just general advice you can see online.

FitnessGenes has been following up on what my DNA (37 gene variants) and lifestyle data in this instance revealed, with a combination of diet and lifestyle suggestions based on medical research papers. I have been following up my heart bypass in 1998 by informing myself about prevention. Nevertheless this comprehensive report typically provided new (to me) information eg about unfiltered v filtered coffee. The point is that the advice is properly explained. The hard technical part backing the advice is all done for you.

The reports are meticulously composed, tailored to the individual and, importantly, expose their reasoning.

Lots of information available which can seem overwhelming at first but it's broken down into chunks and comes with suggestions of changes you can easily make to improve health and fitness. Every action is tailored to you and your genetics and is clearly explained.

I did my report many years ago and recently got in touch with the customer service team to recover the report. I am so pleasantly surprised to see the new platform with all the various reports, tips and recommendations. It's so much easier to read, save recommended actions and important articles. It's a much better experience. I am now looking at the the new DNA tests as well because they look very interesting. Thank you so much!

I heard about Fitness Genes through a trusted magazine and thought it would be interesting to get a unique perspective on my excercise rather than foods.
The results came quicker than I expected. Customer Service, when I contacted them were great.
I received a comprehensive report. Some of it was fairly generic and I knew already (benefits of ginger, green tea, ACV etc) and some was specific to me, like how my body could probably benefit from doing more weight reps than the usual.
I’m pleased to have done it. It has re-set my thinking around food and exercise which is just what I needed. I’m looking forward to seeing my workout plan.

I found the initial results really hard to absorb as the information is provided with lots of generic advice so it's hard to seperate useful information. I had a meeting with one of the staff and got help to understand the results. Alex pulled out some of the key reports and the session was informative. I had left a negative review previously but have updated this given the company offered a personalised session.

Constant updates about new findings as they develop their technology. This is really good and comes at no extra cost after the first evaluation of your DNA and means what you get is future proofed. Some of the insights are quite surprising and useful.

I started with Fitness Genes in 2017, I haven't used them consistently since then, but my experience in 2017 was one of excellent customer service; emails were replied to promptly with clear and detailed responses. Fitness Genes is cutting edge company that I find particularly useful to get a full and wholistic scope of my body's dietary and exercise needs at the metabolic and genetic level. The initial cost of sending in a DNA sample can be pricey for some, however after that initial cost, Fitness Gene provides a lot of information without you having to purchase further packages, this keeps me coming back and builds trust. Overall I highly recommend this company, it was one of the first to offer this type of service, there may be more by now, but I find Fitness Gene continues to add and improve content, keeping them up to date and relevant.

Simple and welcome tips to incorporate into my daily routine for a more positive me. Useful personalised information in bitesize which is sent every few weeks which works for me!
