Technical support were very good and advised me how to stop my faulty alarm sounding. As the unit was still in 10 year warranty (very good) a replacement was sent to me, which is exceptional service.

The customer support staff member was very helpful and the arrangements for replacing the malfunctioning smoke alarm were clear and helpful. This is a great service and we can recycle the old alarm and receive a new one free of charge. What's not to like?! (The alarm has been fine for 6 years and only started getting oversensitive in the recent heatwave. - The moral of the tale is to keep your receipts (required for replacement).

My smoke alarm wasn’t working when I replaced a battery after a years use, I phoned customer services & a very helpful & polite young man helped me by explaining that I should send a photo of my original receipt which I had kept. Once I had done this a new one was posted to me. Thank you Alan & Sophie

Our FireAngel smoke alarm went off, thankfully no fire, so I took it down, hoovered around the holes and reinstalled it. Again it sounded, this time with a flashing red light, so checked Google, which suggested a circuitry fault. The best before date was 2030, so I called FireAngel Customer Service, who asked for an email with my details and proof of purchase, and the alarm batch number. In turn they despatched a replacement alarm.

Rang FireAngel as the carbon monoxide alarm I’d bought from Amazon was faulty. The chap I spoke to quickly realised the alarm was faulty, explained how to stop it bleeping & arranged for a replacement to be sent.

I had a FireAngel 10yr smoke detector that failed within warranty. Speaking on the 'phone with "Customer Service", Robbie was very patient and helpful with practical advice but it was not possible to get the alarm working again. Thereafter, it was a very straight forward process to verify the purchase history on-line and to claim a replacement, which has been expedited without delay. Exemplary customer service: friendly, patient, understanding and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending FA and in personally continuing to purchase products from them.

One of the FireAngel FA6611 Optical Smoke Alarms protecting my home recently started to trigger and would not reset. I'd replaced the batteries to no avail and no matter how much I cleaned it with a vacuum cleaner and by blowing cold air through it, it wouldn't stop going off a few seconds after reinserting the batteries. So I contacted FireAngel customer service and a very helpful lady called Sophia handled my case and, after asking for some details, has arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. She was very friendly and polite in our email conversation and a credit to FireAngel.

I have owned Fireangel smoke/fire alarms with a 10 year battery and replaceable batteries and also a carbon monoxide alarm for many years with no issues. Last week I had a shock awakening at 3 am as my 622 was sounding constantly and on inspection thankfully no smoke or fire but the reset would not reset. I called Fireangel helpline that morning and Carol answered and asked me questions about cobwebs, bugs and cleanliness which I had done and knew could trigger the alarm so after sending a link to me for the Amazon invoice of purchase Carol arranged a replacement which arrived a few days later. thank you Carol for making this issue easy to resolve and maintaining my faith in Fireangel products and the support process :)

The product became faulty after only 6 months but I reached out to Fire Angel and received a prompt and effective solution, Sophia was really helpful and within a week I had a new alarm.

My 5 year old co2 unit battery failed within warranty period. Rang FireAngel, no waiting and Alan responded promptly. Received a new replacement unit .
Best after sales service I’ve experienced, by far.

one of our fire alarms started beeping battery low alarm 2 years earlier then stated on alarm. they sent a replacement free of charge that fits on the existing base.
