As usual went off in the middle of the night.
Tried everything but fortunately it was faulty. ( 3yrs old). Phoned fire angel next day and could not have been more helpful. Completed the tests..definitely faulty.Received a new one a few days later. No charge,very helpful customer services people. Talked an OAP with mobility issues all through the process ( it will happen to you too one day,). Anyway ten out of ten. Thank you and well done

The FireAngel CO monitor failed 20 months into a promised 10 yr life. Screwfix were terrible; they procrastinated & then ignored me. I contacted FireAngel direct & ROBBIE was great ! He listened, agreed with me & promptly sent me a replacement. Such a refreshing change. Of course I hope it was a one/off or a small batch problem & the replacement will last the 10 years!

Sophia and the team at FireAngel answered my queries and provided the answers to everything we required (a replacement for a unit that had developed a fault within warranty). It wasn’t the quickest process, but we weren’t in any rush and so that didn’t matter at all. I was really pleased with the outcome of my queries. Thank you, FireAngel.

I had an unexpected failure of the alarm. I contacted Fire Angel and Robbie asked me a few questions to ascertain my problem. He was helpful and resolved my issue in full by arranging for a replacement to be sent to me.

The local fire brigade gave me three FireAngel smoke alarms two years ago, but one went rouge and started going off at any time, so I contacted FireAngel to report it and immediately Ravi from customer support got back to me and they are sending me a replacement.

Had to contact support as I had an issue with a Carbon Monoxide alarm giving false alarms. As the item was 4 years old the supplier would not replace, however Nikkita at fire angel support issued a replacement. Excellent ! As a landlord these items are vital for our tenants safety, so thanks "Fire Angel" Nikkita.

Contacted FireAngel via their contact form about warranty of a 10yr CO2 alarm that had failed after 2 years.
Nikkita was very helpful and after sending my original invoice, arranged a replacement.
Can not fault the service.

Excellent customer service from Fireangel. I purchased 8 smoke detectors in 2018 and one of them has stopped working. I contacted Fireangel with the full details of the purchase and also attached photos of said alarm showing batch number etc. I have today heard that a replacement is being sent out to me today. Highly recommend and would not hesitate in buying Fireangel items in the future

Robbie was helpful and replaced my faulty unit

I bought a property (UK) in 2023, with 2 FireAngel fire alarms installed - Model ST-622. They had dates of 'Replace by end June 2031'.
BOTH have since sounded false alarms, once when I was on holiday and neighbours endured the very loud alarm for a few days. Model ST-622
After many emails FireAngel have finally declared that as I do not have receipt of purchase and guarantees are not transferable! .... they refuse to accept responsibility for the failure of their fire alarms, and will not replace them.
I won't be buying any FireAngel products ever again as not only have they failed me but they do not accept their responsibilities to provide a safe product.
P.S. they did not even ask for the return of their failed product.

Sophia and the FireAngel team resolved my issue quickly and arranged for a replacement smoke alarm to be sent promptly after mine was found to be faulty. They were professional and helpful throughout, providing a great service. I really appreciate their quick response and would happily recommend them.

When I phoned helpline after few minutes they answered.
As soon as I explained what was happening with smoke alarm Robbie knew fault he sent me email and waited to make sure I received the email. Within couple of days I received second email saying they are replacing smoke alarm with new one because I had 5 years warranty .

A lady called Sophia has responded within a day and has immediately sorted a replacement alarm for me. Thanks Sophia.
However, I have not given Fire Angel 5 stars as my first e-mail about this problem was not responded to after a week and the area of the house with the defective alarm was un-protected. Would Fire Angel be responsible if there was a fire?
I have 6 of these alarms in use and over the past couple of years, 3 have proven defective, all well within the 10 year guarantee period ( a couple after just a few months), which I think is a pretty poor showing for such an important device.

Polite encouraging support from the technical team with a swift resolve to the problem.

Had an issue with one of my fire alarms. Rang customer support and spoke with Alan. Issue resolved with replacement alarm in post 2 days later. 1st clsss service.
