Rang on the 19th September to say i had a faulty alarm. Robbie was great on the phone and emailed me saying i would receive a replacement in 7 days. Still not received so i have emailed twice no response and everytime i ring it says they are closed for a bank holiday but i am 4th in the queue! Would never buy another alarm from fire Angel,terrible customer service
Update! Got in contact last week and they said they had sent me a replacement. Still nothing and they say they cannot track the parcel! This has now been going on for a month. So thats 2 alarms that have got lost! I don’t believe they are eveb sending them! Shocking service!

I pre-ordered four different products from the new Fireangel One range. For some reason I had to raise four separate pre-orders. After I received the order acknowledgements saying they would be 'released' on 5 October, I have had no further updates, no confirmation of despatch, and no response from customer services. No idea what's happening!

Informed them about fault on smoke alarm, tried remedy did not work . Sending me a replacement all done by email.

t's been 2 weeks and they haven't bothered to respond to my support ticket. I have one of their dodgy heat alarms with 10 year battery, alarm started going off and won't stop even after removing from mount and cleaning it.

They are adding to risks with customers:

If they had said on their website that they don't respond to customers, I would have just bought a new one straightaway. Now my kitchen is unprotected as I thought they would help out. I will replace all of my firangel products as soon as I can as I don't trust them anymore.

Also I know for a fact, the FA6720-R Heat alarm is a lot less loud than previous model! Whilst testing it, the loudness was tolerable! The previous model was ear piercing loud as it should be so it wakes you up if needed! My hearing is fine by the way!
I think they have done this intentionally to help with the notorious issue on their 10 year battery alarms failing prematurely... so the the reduction in alarm volume will help battery life. Again... it's a risk to your life!

Robbie from customer service went above and beyond to help me and supported sending out an in warranty replacement smoke detector for me.

More organisations should have professional of Robbie’s nature ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had two warranty cases within a short period of time. The first one was resolved very quickly, while we had to wait a little longer for the second case. However, it was eventually resolved as well. Thank you very much!

In late 2023 I bought four Fireangel alarms, 3 smoke alarms and a heat alarm plus the Gateway. I downloaded the app. All this because being a wheelchair user I cannot change batteries in the alarms which are all high up on the ceiling and these came with a lithium batteries guaranteed for 10 years.
After 3 years,very far from the promised 10 years' peace of mind, I was woken up by the chirping of one of the alarms, the battery was flat.
Then started the battle with Amazon about whose responsibility is the replacement. The model they sell now still has a 10 years' battery only, hold tight, this 10 years' battery is guaranteed only for 5 years. Nice, isn't it?
There seems to be something fundamentally wrong with the reliability of these batteries. Not only that quite a few break down way before the 10 years is up but even the manufacturers fail to back up their 10 years' claim.

A fire alarm had an emtpy battery inside the warranty. I contacted the support and Nikkita was a great help and directly shipped a new device to my address.

As usual went off in the middle of the night.
Tried everything but fortunately it was faulty. ( 3yrs old). Phoned fire angel next day and could not have been more helpful. Completed the tests..definitely faulty.Received a new one a few days later. No charge,very helpful customer services people. Talked an OAP with mobility issues all through the process ( it will happen to you too one day,). Anyway ten out of ten. Thank you and well done

The FireAngel CO monitor failed 20 months into a promised 10 yr life. Screwfix were terrible; they procrastinated & then ignored me. I contacted FireAngel direct & ROBBIE was great ! He listened, agreed with me & promptly sent me a replacement. Such a refreshing change. Of course I hope it was a one/off or a small batch problem & the replacement will last the 10 years!

Sophia and the team at FireAngel answered my queries and provided the answers to everything we required (a replacement for a unit that had developed a fault within warranty). It wasn’t the quickest process, but we weren’t in any rush and so that didn’t matter at all. I was really pleased with the outcome of my queries. Thank you, FireAngel.

I had an unexpected failure of the alarm. I contacted Fire Angel and Robbie asked me a few questions to ascertain my problem. He was helpful and resolved my issue in full by arranging for a replacement to be sent to me.
