Gli stivali sono magnifici, la pelle morbida e di alta qualita', bellissime rifiniture. Il servizio clienti e' stato veloce ed efficace sia al momento dell'ordine per confermare le misure che dopo. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la spedizione ma si sono prodigati/e ad aiutarmi per ritrovarlo e poterlo ritirare senza problemi. E vogliamo parlare della scatola? Perfetti anche per un regalo, mi sono sentita come la mattina di Natale. Grazie!

Stivali perfetti, ho comprato due diversi modelli e tutte e due le volte mi hanno aiutato per identificare altezza e gambale giusto!
Gli stivali sono di ottima fattura quindi anche con l’utilizzo rimangono molto belli.

Gli stivali che ho ricevuto sono perfetti, oltre le mie aspettative. Ho meditato a lungo sull’acquisto che per me è una spesa importante, ma assolutamente riconosco il valore della calzatura che mi è arrivata. Oltre all’evidente pregio dei materiali, la cosa che più mi ha fatto felice è stato proprio il gusto estetico delle proporzioni: temevo l’effetto scarpone visto il mio polpaccio importante, invece assolutamente raffinati e fanno un bella gamba. Molto molto soddisfatta.

Calzature artigianali con materiali di prima qualità, vari i modelli per tutte le esigenze e tutti con ottime linee estetiche che donano. anche a chi ha il polpaccio magro come il mio pur avendo un 40.
Indossati si nota che sono un prodotto di alta gamma.
Sono un investimento che vale

I bought two pairs (Mora and Diana in Suede) more than 4 years ago, these are the most comfortable, high-end boots I've ever worn! This year I've ordered more pairs. And the first heeled boots of my collection. They are not only comfortable, but they age with almost no damages, I change the soles every year, and have them cleaned by a professional. I brush the suede regularly and put on protective spray. That's basically all the maintenance. The high-knee boots are high quality, made of good material, that fits perfectly, and that adapts quickly to the feet. I wear them for long city walks in Rome, events (long hours standing), or simply daily! If Cinderella had boots she's choose Fillies and Boots!

E’ la prima volta che scrivo una recensione negativa in vita mia ma qui devo dire che sono davvero incavolata! Ho fornito le misure corrette seguendo alla lettera il tutorial e mi è arrivato uno stivale dal gambale che mi arriva esattamente al ginocchio risultando anestetico (si vedono le pieghe delle ginocchia) e molto scomodo (mi taglia la parte dietro facendomi malissimo). Risultato mi tocca spendere 99€ per farli accorciare o rischio di aver buttato i soldi. Segnalerò all’Agcom perché questa storia della personalizzazione (solo di misure) che comporta l’impossibilità di rendere e’ borderline e mi puzza di truffa. Se l’artigiano non sa adattarle al modello (rendendolo come da foto indossata) è colpa sua, non mia. Tra l’ altro non sono mai stata contattata su whatsapp per ricevere assistenza.

Gli stivali di fillies and boots sono uguali, sono gli stivali più comodi che abbia mai indossato. Ne ho un paio da due anni e presto ne prenderò un secondo. Sono stivali su misura che calzano come un guanto, di qualità ottima, si puliscono benissimo, ho preso stivali con il tacco e sono comunque comodissimi infatti li indosso senza problemi tutto il giorno anche se devo camminare. E sono bellissimi, di classe, slancianti. Francamente li comprerei tutti!!

I have to say I was very skeptical about buying more boots, but in all honesty that is what I wear most of the year. I have bought Hermes, and Christian Louboutin boots, and never found them comfortable. I was totally excited when I stumbled across the Fillies, and Boots web site. The Customer Service is absolutely stellar, and so patient working with me to make sure I got everything right. The boots even shipped, and arrived a week earlier than I expected. I asked many questions, and never felt like I do so often on other web sites, or in stores from sales reps, pressured to make a decision. I immediately put the boots on, and ran out of the house to do holiday shopping, and cooking with my daughter. So I wore them the entire day and actually fell asleep with them on. I think that speaks for the boots themself when they are brand new, you can wear them the entire day while on your feet, and then sleep with them on. My feet never hurt. The leather is so soft, and the color matches my purse perfectly. I was buying for my capsule wardrobe, and these are bang on. So what did I do when I woke up, I ordered 2 more pairs of boots. The best part of this experience was the entire experience from my first contact to the product. It is so wonderful to have a pair of boots that actually fit

Fabulous custom made boots. Usually buying boots is a form of torture for me because they are always too big around the calf and far too short to count as knee boots. This wonderful company has changed all that! I could specify the exact height I needed and the correct calf width. The boots I received are truly gorgeous - soft leather, a sleek and elegant design with a concealed zip. Toes are not too pointed so that the boots are comfortable to walk in and the leg height actually reaches to just under my knees, it's so flattering instead of the usual mid calf height. I found the company so helpful, my questions were quickly answered and there was no problem making a colour I chose that wasn't shown as available in the style I wanted. They also came beautifully packaged. If you are taller than average, wider or more narrow than average or you just appreciate exquisite well fitting design - Fillies and Boots is the place to shop. Wonderful company!

I always have a hard time buying boots because I have high arches and wide calfs. These boots fit so well, they are roomy without looking huge (as many wide calf boots do) because they fit and they are custom. Great customer service as well.

Stivali bellissimi… di qualità eccellente! Pelle morbidissima…modelli eleganti e ricercati. La lavorazione su misura richiede pazienza con i tempi di realizzazione.

La nostra sicurezza non dovrebbe dipendere da cosa indossiamo, è chiaro; ma dopo una vita intera dietro stivali elastici per colpa del mio polpaccio ingombrante, avere finalmente una scarpa come l'ho sempre desiderata mi ha fatto perfino camminare più dritta! Valgono ogni centesimo speso: comodità oltre misura, bellezza indiscutibile, qualità eccellente e tanti, tanti sguardi (che non guasta!).
Una particolare nota di merito per l'assistenza clienti: una gentilezza e una disponibilità veramente rare. Grazie, davvero.

Ho dovuto modificare lo stivale per averli proprio perfetti per la conformazione delle mie gambe quindi ho acquistato il servizio di modifica. Sono stata seguita e guidata per giorni con foto, misure e consigli... Diciamo che non sono stata una cliente facile, ma la modifica fatta ha risolto perfettamente il "difetto" che vedevo ad altezza ginocchio! Unica pecca forse i tempi di attesa lunghi, ma capisco benissimo che è un su misura! Personalmente spero di acquistare nuovamente da voi!

Stivali perfetti, fatti su misura per polpacci di ogni grandezza. Pelle morbidissima e tacco comodo (ho acquistato i Cosmea). Appena arrivati e sto già pensando al prossimo acquisto tanto sono stupendi.

Stivali bellissimi e comodi! Un bell'investimento. Sono arrivati in una confezione accurata, con un bel fiocco, spediti dopo 21 giorni dalla conferma quindi puntuali,mi sono fidata di loro anche perché sono chiari in quello che offrono, e c'è un buon dialogo. Io ho scelto il modello senza zeppa perché per motivi di schiena, senza rialzi forse si va più sul sicuro. In ogni caso prendendo bene le misure, non ci sono problemi. Sono tanto 😃felice
