We’ve been getting Field Doctor for a couple of years now. They’re amazing. We’d never get anything from supermarkets now. The difference is huge - Field Doctor meals are not only delicious - they’re also extremely healthy and we feel much better for eating them. Lovely super helpful company too.

Have ordered veggie meals from here a few times now as am wanting to eat more nutritious and less processed foods. There’s only been one or two meals I’ve personally not been keen on but the rest have genuinely been delicious. The ordering process is easy. Delivery always smooth and the ease and convenience of cooking the meals are a godsend.

Had a second delivery of these meals all deliveries on time and well packaged. They have been super convenient and above all tasty, healthy and with a low calorie count.
Would I buy them at full price not sure, I think a bulk order discount would persuade me.

After loosely following a low fodmap diet for many years, to save the hassle of cooking after becoming a carer, I was pleased to discover Field Doctor.
I've just receive my second order as I was happy with the variety of menus on offer and the food when it arrived.
The meals are pretty filling so I share them with my husband, sometimes with added veg or protein within keeping of low fodmap. Other than then, I don't have to keep working out what I can or can't eat each meal.
The menus have meant that I stick to LF more and consequently, (I think), my digestion and stomach have improved somewhat - bearing in mind that my diet was fairly low fodmap anyway.

Great company. Very glad to have found them The food choices are great. I've definitely got my favourites. Their flexibility with changing and postponing orders is very much appreciated. Food quality is excellent and simplifies my life with tummy issues. I've been a customer for a few months now and this feels like a great investment in my health and simplifying life a bit. Thanks!

I've been suffering with IBS and a gluten intolerance for a few years now. Field Doctor's low FODMAP products has helped me mange a busy lifestyle with flavoursome meals quickly.

I thought the meals although nutritious were all very samey, nice but just tasted like a stew with rice on the side. I'm disabled and wanted easy to cook but healthy as opposed to supermarket ready meals. Trying to be constructive here -
Even the sweet and sour chicken was the same consistency and taste as the risotto with a slightly oriental flavour but barely there, add some bamboo shoots or more ginger, green pepper pieces, some crunch please. I was expecting big pieces of veg, ie. Peppers, asparagus, spring onions, broccoli, but there were tiny pieces barely noticeable just mixed in with the mush. I think it's a shame because I think the idea of this company is good but poor execution of the recipes, especially for the price. Big chunks of veg please! The photos of the chunks of chicken in the recipes is misleading as it is small pieces again just mushed up. It's like every recipe starts the same, stewed basics, then different 'flavours' added to make it a 'different' meal. As I got 20% off for my first order there is no way I would pay full price for these. May order again in the winter and try the ones with potatoes or pasta to see if any different. Thanks very much for the effort just wish had been a bit better.

First started trying Field Doctor meals quite a few months ago really, just to eat more healthily, I opted for more plant based meals . Since that I have been ordering fairly regularly.. And still continue to do so. Find I feel much better health wise for doing this.

The food is tasteless mostly using herbs which are overpowering. Very watery in texture. I ended up trying one meal one night but it was dreadful, so decided to try another just as bad, then one more. They all ended up in the bin. The mac and cheese, where was the cheese? The potatoe topped meal was terribly disappointing. Won't try again sorry.

Couple of meals I didn’t like but you learn from trying them. .i have ibs which is why I changed to fieldoctor meals. . .Seem to be helping me. Only little niggle is I wish the meals for one were a bit bigger. Apart from that everything is faultless. Deliveiy is first class and meals taste nice. There will always be a couple you don’t like but you learn which ones you like best. Thai green curry not for me but i ate it. All other meals are great though

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep companies and in context of them all I’d say this is one of the better ones.

There are certain things though that will always limit the quality of the product.

For example spinach.. yes it’s good for you but does it need to be in so many of the meals when a microwaved frozen piece of spinach .. say no more.

I also think sending the meals in a box with extra cardboard and an ice pack and calling it insulated, again say no more.

These issues aren’t unique to this company but I think the price just can’t be justified based on these factors.

Nothing can really fix the limitations of it being a frozen ready meal sent in the post, so the only thing that would make it acceptable is if it were around 50-75% of its current cost.

I don’t mind eating slightly sloppy food that’s easy and convenient and healthy (as it is these things) if it costs a reasonable amount.

Can you really reduce the cost though? Likely not, so I’m not saying you’re ripping us off, it just is what it is.

So for that reason I won’t be investing, I’m out

I have suffered with chronic psoriasis for the past three years now. I was advised by a nutritionist that I was sensitive to several foods which I needs to cut out of my diet it was impossible to do this myself that’s when I cam across field Doctor. They tailored my diet and removed the foods I am sensitive to, and after approximately 12 months my psoriasis has completely gone away and I now have a healthy Gut too

I suffer with Diverticula Desease and was having continuous issues with flare ups (diverticulitis) which can at times be very uncomfortable and painful, everything I tried to eat would cause me lots of problems because most foods contain onions, onion extract or onion powder which is the main trigger causing me to get Diverticulitis. I basically stopped eating just having some very small bites to eat and not enough to satisfy me. So I didn’t know what to do and where to turn. Then I came across Field Doctor which was creating foods that helps people with my condition, I have the option of very nice foods with a great menu to choose from which I have the opportunity to have no onions in and other things taken away to stop these issues from happening, now I feel a lot better and able now to eat with no problems. The meals are created by a professional dietitian and made up by professional chefs with healthy and exceptional quality. I’m Very Very happy I have found Field Doctor and would definitely recommend.

The food is good quality and perfect size portions. It has been nice to not have to think about what to cook for dinner.

I have suffered with IBS for years and more recently, I had to switch to a low FODMAP diet due to the worsening of my symptoms. This made meal time anxiety inducing and to cut the worry, I cut out a lot of ingredients. Then I found Field Doctor - needless to say my symptoms have improved, I'm eating more of a variety than I ever have before! Their meals are delicious and good quality. I worry less and have less stress around food. Thank you Field Doctor.

Excellent choice of day and timed delivery. Good menu choice. Normal or smaller portions. Quality is good, with detailed meal ingredients appreciated.

Excellent food in sensible portion sizes. Easy to order and pause deliveries. Makes life easier and good value for money
