Amazing flowers! Absolutley beautiful - i hope someone invests in them so they can grow

Beautiful concept but the tracking service needs updating as I’d bought a bouquet for my daughter’s birthday which arrived mid-afternoon. I’d have preferred a morning delivery. I emailed & was assured they would arrive but it’s a gigantic flaw in the service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Late deliveries and wilted flowers. No phone number to contact them.

Was supper excited to receive some Feyi flowers for my birthday but was so disappointed with the flowers I received. Some of the roses I received were already wilted and on top of that there was an issue with the delivery. I was also surprised with the size of the bouquet, for £40 I was expecting something much greater in size and quality. I’d recommend if you buy, to purchase in person.

This was a gift for two friends that deserved some flowers to cheer them up, and Feyi flowers delivered the freshest and most beautiful bouquet. I would highly rate the service and flowers 10/10. professional and reliable delivery as well.

Birthday flowers arrived 2 days later and came damaged not happy at all.

There is no florist like FeYi flowers! The most beautiful flowers and wrapping. I’ve ordered a few times now from them, both for myself and as gifts, and they have been perfect everytime! The flowers always arrive in amazing condition and last well over a week! I’ve also emailed asking them a few questions about delivery etc. and they’re always so quick to respond and super helpful! 10/10 on everything! I can’t wait to order more as gifts! Would 100% recommend!

I ordered a bouquet from Feyi Flowers recently and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. The flowers arrived on time and looked just like they did on the website so pretty! The blooms lasted over a week which was awesome. Definitely recommend if you want to send a beautiful gift!

This product has a lovely idea and concept, but unfortunately, the execution fell short. While the flowers appeared fine in the box, they began drooping immediately after being taken out, suggesting they weren't the freshest. This was disappointing, especially since I purchased them as a gift, and it's disheartening to give flowers that look half-wilted. On a positive note, the wrapping is beautifully done, which adds a nice touch to the presentation.

Another downside was the lack of tracking information for the delivery. In an age where most packages come with tracking, this is a minor but significant detail that should be addressed. Overall, the concept is great, but the quality of the flowers and the delivery experience need improvement to match the beautiful packaging.
